I'm so disappointed with this place after coming here regularly for 8 months. My first time here I came with my fiancé to get pedicures since the place across the street was fully booked. We were accommodated without an appointment without a problem. We got snacks and waters during our pedicures which was nice. We both really enjoyed our pedicures and service, so kept coming back. I usually get a full set or fill and a gel pedicure. I feel their prices are reasonable and they get the job done. I was always happy with the way my pedicures turned out, and my nail tech paid attention to detail to ensure my nails were what I wanted. The shape was always perfect too. So all this is what kept me coming back. But about a week before Christmas, I made an appointment for a fill. Once I got there I waited 30 minutes and decided to leave because I didn't have extra time which is why i made an appointment. I came back the next day and was immediately sat down but didn't sit with my nail tech until about an hour later. In the meantime, she had someone else remove some of my nails. I guess removal here means wedging a loose plastic nail tip between my acrylic and natural nails and ripping it off. This was EXTREMELY painful, at one point I couldn't take the pain and flinched. Turns out she ripped a layer of my actual nail off. After she did this to 3 of my nails she gave up and I was asked to sit with my regular nail tech. Even she looked surprised but didn't say anything and quickly removed the rest of my nails and clipped my natural nails. This all happened so quickly I didn't even get the chance to tell her I was growing my nails out and didn't want them cut. I didn't even want a new set I just wanted a fill lol. But because I trusted her I let her do her thing. So she continued working on the set I wanted, but when I saw the finished result I was so disappointed. They looked sloppy, not shaped to perfection like they usually are, really thick, and just not cute. I ended up going home and painting over them, which I've never done before while coming to this place. Then I went back for a fill in January and my nail tech refused to file my nails down, stating "they look better long" when I asked her to please cut them. Again, the shape was not what I wanted and at this point I was unhappy they weren't doing what I asked.. as a paying customer. I've tried to go back a couple of times since then but they haven't been able to accommodate me. Not sure what's going on after me raving about this place for months. Maybe I'll go back someday. read more

I really wanted to like this place because it's local and decided to give them another chance. I called to make an appointment one for a gel with design and another for acrylic with design and two spa pedicures. We arrived and they took us right away. The pedicure was amazing with a scrub and stone massage. This time the gel manicure with design, I received was spectacular! She took her time taking off my last gels and the manicure and shape was amazing. I wasn't sure what design I wanted and she was patient and totally worked with. Girl! Let me tell you! Saisy is my new nail tech! He recommended the dipping powder which looks way better and took half the time. My toes came out bomb! The sugar foot scrub smelled too good to be true. The only down side is that they don't have calls remover, but it'll be worth buying some on my own they offered to do it if I bring it in. Great service! And weren't over crowded! Barely had to wait. They even served refreshments! Saisy is also from LA which being from LA it's cheaper so we like to go all out, so I inquired about designs and she said she likes to do them all! Highly disappointment with this place. Heard great reviews and was recommended to have Fin do my nails. I made an appointment at 1. I arrived and they started on my toes immediately. Fin was still working on another client. When the clock hit 2, I asked how long it was going to take. They couldn't give me an answer so I left. I didn't understand the point of my appointment. I understand that people run behind. But to have me waiting an hour? And when I asked about the time Fin had an attitude. Unprofessional. read more

I'm only giving an extra star cause my pedicure was okay. The owner did my pedi and she did a good job except one of the gems fell off literally the next day. An older lady did my full set and they started lifting after 9 days. To me that's just very low quality. I paid $85 for them and tipped $20 so just a disappointment to pay so much and not even have them last 2 full weeks. Don't waste your time and definitely don't waste your money because they're going to charge you way more than what a Manicure and a pedicure actually Cost. I went in on my off day to get my nails done and my toes which was supposed to be an hour and a half appointment something like that. I was in that shop for damn near four hours. I asked Maria for Christmas themed nails I showed her a picture of what I wanted her to do and she said she could do that , Although when she started doing my nails she said that she was going to add her own little touch to it and I thought that was going to be great until she completely disregarded the picture and the Christmas theme That I asked for. My nails were a hot ass mess. Every finger was different and not to mention not Christmas themed at all I asked for a nude brown to be the base color of my nail. She added brown blue and gold on one finger the other finger, A tiger eye silver to my middle finger, my ring finger she did like a half blue with half rhinestones with a snowflake, didn't even lay the snowflake down properly and it broke the next day and my pinky and my thumb had some weird purple sparkle on them. I didn't take a picture because the nails were not picture worthy and she had to redo my nails. The messed up part is she spent her sweet little time doing her designs on what she wanted on my nails but when I showed her the picture and she had to redo my nails and give me what I asked for she did everything in about 15 minutes. Didn't even give my nails the time to properly dry, And that's why they are not smooth that's why there's a hair in my nail on the side and it's crooked. Not to mention she pretty much begged me to keep my ring finger the same. It was also one of the only ones I liked and I wasn't gonna spend any more time in the salon if I didn't have to.This is my second time coming to this location but based off of this last service I had with them I will not be returning and I will not be recommending them to anybody read more

It's been a few years since I've gotten acrylics, and since my usual organic nail shop has been closed due to covid, I thought I'd give Bebe's a try after a friend recommended them. (PRO) During my first visit I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Jenny did a great job with my pedicure- got the shape just right (I usually have to ask ppl to reshape my big toe bc it grows uneven) and the paint was perfect. My pedicure lasted almost 4 weeks! Tina did an even better job with my gel manicure. The only con is that it started to chip a few days later (however, I always get white gel and in my past experiences- white gel peels/chips more easily). (PRO) I got an acrylic set my second visit and requested to see Tina since I really liked her manicure last time. I showed her the picture of the style and design that I wanted and she did just that! I like my acrylics short but like the coffin shape and she was able to still make it work. (CON) I only gave 4 stars bc unfortunately, during my last visit, the service was not as great. Neither Tina or the man at the desk was present and it seems more organized when one of them is there. I originally booked with Tina and the new location but opted to see someone else at the original location for convenience. Needless to say, I should've stuck with my original appt. I saw Lisa for my pedicure- I asked for a regular pedicure but she gave me the pedicure that was the next level up (so it was a bit more expensive). I noticed the difference when Lisa began to rub my feet with lime and legs with sugar exfoliation. I didn't say anything bc I figured I would try the upgraded option. All in all, I prefer the regular pedicure bc the sugar scrub is a bit too harsh for my sensitive skin. Lisa did do a wonderful job with my shape and paint and she was very friendly. Once my pedi was done, I waited about 30 mins for my fill with someone else. This time my acrylics didn't come out how I wanted. The shape and lengths were different for each hand. My left hand was more almond shaped and shorter, while my right hand was more coffin shaped and longer. Although I asked the nail tech to fix it, and she tried her best to fix it - it just didn't work out. I also showed her a photo of the color I wanted (see-through pink) and used two colors to try to achieve the look. She painted the upper half of my nail one color and the bottom half another color... which then made my nails feel uneven when you run your finger over it. She also didn't time the gel drying time, spray alcohol, or put oil on my fingers after. I know that it was busy and she was rushed/distracted. I paid and left tip per usual bc I know these women work hard but texted Tina right away to make an appt the following day to get my nails fixed. (PRO) Tina saw me the very next day and brought my nails back with the perfect shape, length, color (chose a different color), and design - see image attached. She also fixed it on the house for me. Overall, everyone has been great for pedicures so far but for acrylics I would recommend Tina! She takes her time and does a great job listening to what it is that you want. read more

I don't even know where to start. Confused why this place has such a high rating. If you make an appointment, you'll still end up waiting. Color choices are blah. They are extremely slow here. There is no in and out. Expect to be there for a long time. The lady who did my nails did an awful job. When she was finished, my nails looked a hot mess. She then had the audacity to blame me as to why they came out looking the way they did. Ended up arguing with her which I normally don't do. My nails have been in tip top shape and she ruined them. Alright, I've been all over for years always somewhat disappointed in one nail salon after another. My friend took me to this place about a year ago when it was under different management. I've been going there every so often when we'd get our nails done together but they didn't have dip which I've started to use so I stopped getting manicures and only got pedicures. Plus, I live far away so it just wasn't worth the trip. The thing is, my regular place kinda sucks, even though they have dip. BUT with new management came new options and they have dip now! So I've started coming in on my own, even without my friend. They're nice, funny, accommodating, professional, clean and actually do good nails. They last so long and they're beautiful for weeks. My only criticism is that they need more variety of colors for dip powder but that will happen with time I'm sure. And their closed on Sundays but when I asked about that they just said they need to spend time with families too. I was like, well I can't argue with that. They also have matte which I love. It's a bit of a showstopper. After about three sessions my nails are long and healthy. BUT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! They often have to turn away walk-ins because their regulars (like me) know to call in the morning. I hope you like it! read more
