Today I walked into this nail shop expecting a welcoming and professional experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case at all. The atmosphere felt very uninviting, and the staff came across as rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. I asked if they were busy, and the woman told me they were not and that she could take me right away. She immediately started filling the water for a pedicure, but based on past experiences at other nail salons, I asked how long the wait would actually be. Too often, nail shops say there is no wait, only to have customers sitting around for 15 to 20 minutes after the water has already been prepared. I simply wanted an honest answer about the timing. Instead of feeling welcomed as a customer, I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the service itself, and unfortunately, the women working there seemed to lack professionalism and basic customer service skills. No one should feel unwelcome or dismissed when they are spending their hard-earned money. I will not be returning and hope the management invests in better customer service training. read more

This place has gone downhill--they even have roaches! While I was getting serviced, a huge roach crawled out of the towel drawer. I pointed it out, and Tina swatted it back inside. They have new nail technicians, too--fresh out of school or inexperienced. A new girl did my manicure while Tina did my pedicure. Tina cut me three times. I said I've had bad experience and was only informing her of my skin. Service was great when I first start coming to Bebe nails a few years ago no complaints no issues as I've been coming recently. I have been noticing more and more roaches coming out big ones little ones and other bugs. made a complaint to the owner. I didn't want to go somewhere else so I tried one more time and was getting a pedicure and one came out from the side of my chair. I had the most traumatizing manicure. I came in for a fill,. Everything was fine at the beginning, she filled my dip nails and then things started getting weird. I told her I wanted to make my nails a little shorter, but keep the shape; instead she hacked my tips off and filed these little nubs on my nails. I kept telling her this isn't what I wanted and she wasn't listening. Then as she kept going I noticed her falling asleep which led to her filing my skin and cutting my skin instead of nail because she couldn't stay awake. She was extremely out of it and wasn't listening. Someone came over to look and tried to help correct but there was no way to fix them unless she removed them. I wanted a French tip and when she tried painting she was painting all over her hand and my fingers because she was barely awake. I had to leave because I was so uncomfortable and freaked out. I paid and left. I called a little bit later and talked to the manager and she knew exactly who I was and the situation without me barely saying anything. She had me come in the next day to repair it. I did not get a refund, spent 3 hours in nail salon but I did get the nails I wanted. Which is the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars. I will NEVER be back and HIGHLY encourage people to do the same. My fingers were in serious pain after this. Not only from her hacking away at my fingers but them removing and putting on new nails the next day. It was horrible and did not think I could ever experience anything like it. read more

Maria and her son are the best! They do a great job on my nails and toes every time. I show them a picture and they are able to duplicate it with my own little twist. They are also super sweet and offer small bottles of water. I suggest calling to make an appointment first because it's usually crowded and I've seen walk-in's have to wait for a long time. read more

I really had a great time at Bebe Nails when I went this past weekend after a friend recommended it. The customer service is unbelievable! Ryan was so helpful and sweet the from the time I walked in and attentive to my needs (as well as the needs of a filled shop) the entire time without missing a beat. He immediately offered me water and sat a plate with cookies and crackers to my left while I sat in the chair and waited for the water to fill up for my pedi. When my water bottle disappeared from sight (I had actually just put it in my purse), Ryan quickly asked me if I'd like a replacement. It was unbelievable how well he interacted with everyone in the shop and didn't seem to miss a beat. I tried to tip him when I went to tip the other ladies who had done my nails but he wouldn't take my tip. He just told me to come back and that he was glad I had a good time while I was there. My pedicure and gel manicure were also done by detail-oriented ladies and although I only remember Thi's name, there were a few that worked on me at different times. I made the mistake of getting a metallic gel color that really only looks good on acrylic and even though forewarned by the nail tech, I told her to go ahead anyway, yielding disastrous results. They were totally understanding and repainted my nails even though I had been the foolish one by rebuking the advice of a qualified professional. Thanks y'all! I went in this morning and was helped by Jenny. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she chose a beautiful color and shape that are just exactly right! I moved to the neighborhood in January and tried one nail spot before Bebe, and then have gone to Bebe ever since, except for once when they were full. (I recommend arriving a little before they open on the weekend). I went right back to Bebe the next time! Very reasonable prices. $35 fill, gel color change, shape change from square to almond, and glitter nail art. $62 fill, gel color change, gel pedi with massage, yummy smelling oils, all the good stuff. I come to babe's nails all the time, but this time will be my last. Firstly, my nails look HORRIBLE. I got my nails done by the RUDE lady named Phoung Kim Le and I will never got back to this nail shop after she failed to listen to what I wanted, started over on my nails twice and STILL go it wrong, and grew annoyed when I tried to correct her when I was in fact the paying customer! She argued with me, did what SHE wanted as far as the design on my nails, left light spots on my French tip where white was to be filled in and then had the AUDACITY to just walk away after she finished as if everything was peachy. The customer service was disgusting. Update: Left several hours ago- put gloves on, took them off. Cheap nail polish, bad customer service, bad attitudes by Phoung Kim Le. Went for a pedicure early on a weekday & was seated immediately. Location is nothing special, but it's relatively quiet & tidy, even when a half-dozen people are being served. The pedicure chairs are those electric massage chairs, which is nice for a little while then just feels like being shaken around. The pedicure itself was average quality. The technician didn't say a word to me other than asking what color polish. Her 'massage' technique on my legs & ankles was rough & I asked her to not be so hard, but she didn't change or acknowledge me. She was going to use an electric file on my feet & I said no way! I've never seen than in all my years of getting pedicures! This is skin, not a wood block. There's no reason to go heavier than pumice & files. The polish job looked good, but I noticed later that the nails are pretty uneven. Also, while the shop accepts credit cards, they charge $1 extra for any service under $100! So pay cash or pay more. read more

I LOVE BEBE NAILS. I always get their deluxe pedicure that comes with a scrub,paraffin wax, and hot stone massage! One of the big reasons why I come here. Since I'm a hair dresser I stand on my feet all day, I love the fact that they have so many options for your feet. I also got a full set done, my usual go to is Tina. I absolutely adore her and her beautiful work, but since Tina was busy I stumbled upon APRIL, and she did an amazing job!! She just started a month ago and she will now be my Goto. She listened carefully to everything I asked for and more. I'm usually not picky with my nails and I told her I wanted a design and she asked me what I wanted and as usual I told her "do whatever, just make it look nice" and everytime I tell other manicurist that they usually go the easy way out and do something simple or add a little glitter. But April suggested something that I never would've ever thought to ask for, which I love! She did a beautiful marble design on my ring finger and was super gentle and precise the whole time. So I'm thinking cool we're done.. but then she added 2 tiny gold strips on them for extra bling since I told her I love bling but can't have them since I do hair. Just moved to the neighborhood so I thought I would give this new place a shot. Bad idea. Walking in you can tell it's not the cleanest place, but I ignored that this one time since there were other people there. The technicians are extremely aggressive with the mani and pedi. They forget a person is attached to the hand and foot they are working on. I kept pulling my hand and foot away because they hurting me and were extremely invasive with their tools acting like they were surgeons. I should have known better. A week later and one of my toes is infected. Swollen red and painful. It's an area where the technician kept digging and pulling. They should not be doing all that. This is not a medical facility. On top of all this, it was overpriced and my gel manicure was terrible. Beware of this spot! read more
