There's parking in the back, which is right next to it. When I went in there I was only one other person in there, and after she got her pedicure, they offered her a free massage. I was staring at my phone and when I looked up 10 minutes later, they were still massaging her. I was looking forward to that. I got an expensive pedicure, even though I went in there just for a basic the basic is $25. The next one up is $38 which included a leg massage and hot stone. I decided to do that it was nice. The only complaint there was when she was clipping my skin around my nails she definitely cut off too much and when she used the nail polish remover, it was stinging & I pray I do not get an infection. The staff was very polite, but my next biggest complaint was that I did not get the free massage that the other lady got!! Yes, more customers came in, but I thought that they would've finished with my massage or maybe even just given me a little massage before they went to the next customers I felt slighted. I do realize they got busier, but it just wasn't fair because when I've gone to Floral Nails on Tyson Avenue, Floral Park, no matter who's in the place they always give me a little shoulder and neck massage so this was a bit of a disappointment! I got the higher priced pedicure, gave a nice tip (and would have given more for that free massage) Oh well... maybe if I patronize them again - I'll get the cheaper pedicure and just mention the free massage in the window to confirm I will get it!

She also pressured me for a tip, glaring over my shoulder to see how much I was giving--very uncomfortable. During the massage, she was invasive, staring me up and down and eyeing my jewelry, and the massage itself brought my leg cramps back. I asked for round nails, but she pushed almond. The result? Out of 10 nails, only 3 looked almond-shaped. The rest were an inconsistent mix of pointy and round. Bottom line: my money is my money. The service felt pushy, invasive, and unprofessional.
