Everyone is so nice and sweet in there. They're always able to do cute designs I bring in and they always come out great.

I got powder mani and regular pedi last Saturday. The 30 min waiting time didn't bother me until the lady had to do my mani. She did not take any type of cuticle off. She only used the machine to hopefully remove the cuticles off and buff. she forgot to put fast dry on my nails so I had to come back as the polish came off. 3 days later, my powder mani that suppose to last for 3 weeks starts to crack. I absolutely do not recommend this place. read more

I have regularly patronized this shop mainly due to convenience close to home... With the exception of 2xs when the one of the owners did my nails, I left the shop underwhelmed. I went yesterday and paid $78 plus tip..... I am digusted! None of the nails were eventful shaped, the color acrylic was not applied evenly. I had to ask for UV top coat which they originally put regular top coat. I'm off to soak the new set I put on yesterday!!! A waste of $78. I tried this place for the first time on Saturday. The staff was nice and the place was clean, but I was not impressed at all. They had barley any SNS (powder gel) colors. The color I picked looked nothing like it when my nails were completed. The lady kept hitting my cut on my thumb with the electric filer and I kept bleeding. It made me wonder how many other people's blood was on the electric filer before me. 2 days later and my thumb is completely infected!!! The worst part about it is that 3 days later, 3 of my nails already cracked. read more

So I usually love this place. They usually do my nails great. But this time my experience wasn't so great. My nails come out looking great. Two days later my left thumb nail broke. I took it as I was not careful and probably used my nail to open something because I didn't even feel it break. I went to get it fixed that day and paid $5. Now today two of my nails broke while I was at work. I've had full sets before and this has never happened. I'm upset because I paid $48 and this set hasn't even lasted me 3 days. If I remember correctly, I have been coming here since 2010 for my nails. I was here when Steven was still always there! I now live 20-25 minutes away and still come here because they do my nails so good. I always get the Pink & White and then when it's time the Pink & White Fill In. A new set is $50 and fill ins are $20. I barely ever break a nail and lasts for at least two weeks. Make sure to ask for a card because after I think 8 visits they will give $10 off. **Strongly suggest making an appointment, always busy!** **Plenty of parking in the back lot, short walk and it is free. Friendly, helpful, approachable salon. I got acrylic nails and I was practically in and out and they look completely perfect and more natural than any fake nails I have ever seen, ever. The place appears clean and well-lit and the manicurists don't sit there chattering at each other. I came with my wedding party because this is my sister-in-law's regular place. They had the seven of us done with manicures (two acrylic), pedicures (with the basic lotion/massage treatment) and any waxing people wanted in three hours with only four people working there (one of whom was usually working on someone else). They gave us a phenomenal break on the price, too. The woman who did my pedicure wasn't that careful with the polish and she cut my big toenail a bit too short, but she did remove the bulk of the polish on my skin with nail polish remover. She was also not that good at massaging and may have killed my foot. But I cannot say enough good things about Steve (who did my acrylic set) and Anna, who did a bunch of our manicures and is a total sweetheart. My sister-in-law tells me they give you gift certificates on your birthday and are always willing to do free touch-ups when you nick your polish. Neat-o. read more

I usually get acrylics (cut super short) and a pedicure.. They have some nice options for the pedicure and my nails always look perfect. The last time I was ready for a "new set" my old nails were still on so well that they wouldn't come off! My sister my mom and now even my fiancé goes there now! I never make an appointment due to my unpredictable schedule, and they always do their best to squeeze me in. The salon is clean and the prices are reasonable. The acrylic nails last 3 weeks, sometimes I can push it to 4 weeks. Up-date: I am no longer using this salon as of Fall 2015. Owners changed over recently. This place is great!! Your everyday, simple nail salon with EXCELLENT customer service and care. The workers are so sweet and nice, without being annoying and pushy. YES, they can get very busy and there may be a little wait even with an appointment, but clearly if they're so busy it's because they do great business! I made an appointment for noon and got there on time and they started on me right away. I was looking for a new nail salon in my area and chose to go to Magic Nails because I remember hearing that they were well known for doing permanent French manicures (which is what I was looking to get done), having great service, and being reasonably priced.... and I must say that I will be back! It was actually a really nice experience and very clean!!! Every time someone was done with a pedicure, they scrubbed the tub with Lysol cleaner and they wore gloves when they gave pedicures so I was very pleased!!! First of all too much attitude. They did a pretty decent paint job but when it came to the design she made a heart look like a blob. When I kept saying I didn't like it she made it even worse looking and clumpy. The owner even heard me talking to her and saying I didn't like it but didn't even stop her worker and try to fix it for me. Not good professionalism. Previously I had yellow dip gel on my nails and the women put a blue dip gel right over my yellow and you could still see it. I was soooooo upset, they were closing and the woman told me to come back the following day and I didn't have to pay for the blue junk the previous woman had put on my nails.
