Appointment was required for Groupon but not for regular customers I believe. They have limited free parking spots available at the front of the entrance. The place is not exceptionally clean at all, but I would rate it as 6 out of 10 (1 is the lowest and 10 is highest). I saw some strands of hair in the sink which is located right in the middle of the salon. Hannah was sweet and polite to have a conversation with. Compared to other salons, their gel color selection is limited. My nails were done a bit too fast that often Hannah left traces of nail polish. I had to remind her to clean it up few times. But overall it was fine and I like the gel color I chose. It has been 4 days seems to be fine so far but normally my nails last 3 weeks. Hoping this last around the same time period!

So my experience overall was just odd. Luckily, I take everything with a grain of salt. I was in the area, and I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed. I knew Santorini's was across the street and I wanted to eat there (review for them is posted) Ok so I go into the wax room, lay down, and close my eyes. Open my eyes a little bit and there are 2 or 3 additional ladies in the room with me (employees) watching apparently a lesson in eyebrow waxing. Okay, the lady doing my brows "is a very good teacher" - her words. Go for it, girl. Despite this, I decide I want a mani. And then I decide I want a pedi also. So eyebrows done, I sit in the chair for my pedi. Basic stuff, no frills. The usual. It was 630 pm when I arrived and they closed at 730 so I wasn't trying to stay there all night. Plus, starving. In comparison to other salons a fill in and gel pedicure takes much longer and that's due to the size of the salon. Other salons you are able to get your services done simultaneously but since this shop is on the smaller side they have to be done consecutively. With that being said I don't mind the wait because of the quality of the final product. They are also very clean which is a huge plus! It's appointment based so be sure to call ahead and get your appointment. You could also walk in and make an appointment.

Almost every step something was dropped or banged into my finger. I asked her to cut a little and completely cut my nails. I asked her to keep them square she rounded them out. I've also never had to pay before service and I was asked and made to pay before receiving my manicure which was a little uncomfortable. After that her attitude and attention to detail lacked. I'm left with a bumpy uneven manicure with polish on my fingers as well as in my cuticles. Will keep in mind for future reference to not book with her again. I booked an appointment in advance for acrylic nails but still had to wait 15-20 mins. Then they call over a lady who's in the middle of doing a mans pedicure I had to ask her to change her gloves. I show her a fall design (brown French tip with glitter outline on the french) she says $165 so I tell her I just want French nails white tip and show her a photo of what I got last time at the same salon- it was $55 (65 with tip) and she tells me it's $95. I tell her this photo is what I got last time at this same salon the photo I had was even taken inside this salon and it was $55 but she just starts saying something fast I truly don't understand other than that's obviously not the price today.. At this point I've already got the tips on my nails and I'm leaving for vacation the next day so I don't have time to find another salon I tell her that's fine. I specifically tell her I want clear acrylic powder and gel nail polish (so I can get a fill elsewhere because at this point I know I'm not coming back) she starts putting gel builder on my pinky and I immediately tell her no I want acrylic powder. Again more fast talking about "you say gel you say you want gel". Yes gel nail polish I thought I was talking to a competent nail tech clearly I'm mistaken. Also I told her before she got far I don't understand what the attitude was about all she did was wipe it off and take out the acrylic powder.. The whole time she's doing my nails she's speaking her language which normally I wouldn't mind but she's clearly upset with me and the nail tech next to her keeps looking over at me and my nails another nail tech also comes to see my nails after she spoke with her so clearly things were being said. I'm pregnant and came here to relax and this experience threw off my whole vibe. I'm new to the area and had only tried this place once before and the first time I didn't have nearly as bad of an experience just a little wait time which I can deal with Then after finishing my nails she doesn't oil, lotion or massage (which I saw every other nail tech do to their client after finishing their nails and I got last time at least the oil and hand lotion would have been nice considering I just overpaid for short frenchies) Then she tells me $75 in the rudest way possible and walks off. Happy for the price cut from 95 to 75 but again why is the price changing over and over? I paid and left fast I came in for Kami and pedi but after my nails I couldn't even be bothered with a pedicure. Just disgusting behavior I would not recommend and will be trying some place else
