The manicurist started working on me while another customer's nails were still drying and completed my manicure in about 10 minutes total. Unfortunately, the quality of the manicure reflected the rushed service. The polish application was uneven, sloppy, and lacked attention to detail. Overall, the manicure felt careless, and I left very unsatisfied with both the experience and the results. I even returned and asked the manager to fix one nail, but at this point I'll need to get an entirely new manicure elsewhere. Definitely not the level of service or quality I expected

Like open a new package in front of you sterile. The staff here is kind and patient. I went with my daughter for pedicures and they treated her like a real princess! They brought out a special pillow for her and made sure she got the exact pattern she was looking for. The chairs look to be brand new and were very comfortable. I opted for a quick 10 minute massage while I was drying and I'm so glad I did! FYI cash tip only, but as good as it is I really don't mind.

The manicure itself was already chipped before I got to the airport. And the removal process was done incorrectly. She just filed my manicure off instead of soaking it off. When I got on my cruise and went to the nail salon on board, they pointed out that the manicure likely didn't last because it was just filed off and likely damaged the top layer of my nails making it harder for the gel polish to adhere to. First off as soon as we opened the door we were greeted very nicely by a young man who I assume Is the owner who proceeded to squirt hand sanitizer in our hands and sprayed alcohol on our feet and shoes (big PLUS for me). Second they have all stations protected for nails and pedicures and the protection is spotless. They are extremely sweet, extremely clean and efficient. This is my go to spot close to home and I do not have to travel back into queens. So happy I found one finally! One more thing, they took all the necessary precautions opening back up after Covid.

Almost every step something was dropped or banged into my finger. I asked her to cut a little and completely cut my nails. I asked her to keep them square she rounded them out. I've also never had to pay before service and I was asked and made to pay before receiving my manicure which was a little uncomfortable. After that her attitude and attention to detail lacked. I'm left with a bumpy uneven manicure with polish on my fingers as well as in my cuticles. Will keep in mind for future reference to not book with her again. I booked an appointment in advance for acrylic nails but still had to wait 15-20 mins. Then they call over a lady who's in the middle of doing a mans pedicure I had to ask her to change her gloves. I show her a fall design (brown French tip with glitter outline on the french) she says $165 so I tell her I just want French nails white tip and show her a photo of what I got last time at the same salon- it was $55 (65 with tip) and she tells me it's $95. I tell her this photo is what I got last time at this same salon the photo I had was even taken inside this salon and it was $55 but she just starts saying something fast I truly don't understand other than that's obviously not the price today.. At this point I've already got the tips on my nails and I'm leaving for vacation the next day so I don't have time to find another salon I tell her that's fine. I specifically tell her I want clear acrylic powder and gel nail polish (so I can get a fill elsewhere because at this point I know I'm not coming back) she starts putting gel builder on my pinky and I immediately tell her no I want acrylic powder. There were only two other people being attended and we were told to come back in a few minutes so we waited at the lot. When we got back we repeated that we're getting basic mani/pedis. My bf sat at the pedicure station while I spent a good 5 minutes still deciding on a color. Our pedicures started at the same time. I noticed the manicurist doing my bf pedicure was completely disinterested and rushing through. Whenever we go to salons he purchases the treatments and a clear coat. This spot didn't offer any. My bf was left halfway through his pedicure because the manicurist decided to take another client who walked in. We assumed it was an appointment and figured she would probably get her prepped and go back to him. My pedicure was done and I was already on my way to be seated for my manicure. While he sat for about 15 minutes. I alerted the manicurist working on me that he never got his clear coat and was also getting a simple manicure. She said something to the woman who was working on him originally and there was a little back and forth between the manicurist before the manicurist who was tending to me started working on his hands. She even finished his pedicure too. She did a great job handling the situation and apologizing for something that wasn't her fault. I would've loved to recommend this spot to my girlfriends here but I'm afraid they won't accept the service and be as patient as my bf. It's in a great area, cute location but unfortunately I'll have to pass on trying this spot again.
