Was walking around the plaza when we decided to try Beard Papa's for the first time on a Friday around 7pm. I got one dulce de leche cream puff and it was pretty average. I would have preferred a softer crème puff as the outside was dry and hard, so the cream would almost explode with each bite. Very seamless and fast experience visiting Beard Papa's in Cupertino! Parking lot is very very busy but was able to find a spot in the back. Staff was very friendly giving me a recommendation on a cream puff. I just got one of their classic custard ones. The crispiness of the crust of the pastry just compliments the custard inside. We were kind of skeptical at first since the ones we had in the past were so-so. They had a lot of different choices for the fillings and shells. We got one strawberry shortcake with strawberry cream inside, original with cream, and original with chocolate. The cream puffs were so good. They had a lot of cream in it.
