I typically go to Yogurtland, but decided to try Pinkberry. Pretty average pricing it was $9 for this cup. I chose matcha strawberry and plain tart with yogurt chips and mochi. The mochi was a bit stale, but they were generous with the toppings. The plain tart at pinkberry is superior to yogurtlands; it is more tart. The strawberry matcha had a light matcha taste, but the strawberry tasted fresh, less artificial. The young man serving me that day was helpful, it was my first time coming there and he answered any questions I had. It seemed clean and had seating areas both inside the shop and outside.
The plain tart is so so yummy with their chocolate crunch spread!! I get scared that since you can't serve yourself the portions would be small, but they are very generous here!! They have a couple tables inside to sit and its located in a plaza so theres lots of parking available!
Always a classic, love their original tart. Pomegranate is good too. Their flavors are pretty minimal but I always get the tart anyway and it always hits. I usually get mochi, cheesecake bites, and mini m&ms for the toppings. The chocolate balls are extra and not included even after paying for the other general toppings, which I think is interesting. But alas, I am still a happy returning customer of all of their locations.
Delicious as always! We came late on Thursday night and were greeted and offered a great service.
122 E El Camino Real Sunnyvale, CA 94087 I dropped by Pinkberry in Sunnyvale on a Friday night around 9pm. I saw they were open until 10pm, so I had a chance to grab some refreshing fro-yo and checkout this location. This is a nice Pinkberry. It's larger than Pinkberry @ Stanford Shopping Center. It has a few tables inside, and shares a common patio with lots of seating. Plenty of parking in the shopping center lot. Pinkberry is full service, fixed price, and toppings have a small extra cost. The menu is fro-yo and smoothies. Unlike other fro-yo shops, Pinkberry has a rather limited flavor selection. But I think the customer experience is better here. I have reviewed 25-30 frozen yogurt places in SF Bay Area, and Pinkberry delivers better value, quality and presentation. For me, service time was okay. There was only one person working behind the counter. He quickly greeted me and asked for my order. I asked for a regular cup of Tropical Mango and Green Apple. I wanted to taste the separate flavors, so no swirl mixing. No toppings, so I paid $7.99. Beautiful presentation. The fro-yo had a good creamy texture. Not really icy. It was cold and refreshing. The flavor was just right, not sugary sweet. It tasted like mangos. The green Apple had a rather sharp sour taste. Nothing unexpected. The refreshing sensation simply chased away the stresses of my work day. Well worth the price. Overall a great 1st time here, and I would return if I'm in the area.
So excited to find a Pinkberry locally since most of the Pinkberry shops I used to go to have all closed down by now. This Pinkberry is very clean and spacious, and their staff are always friendly which makes our visit pleasant. I ordered a small cup of 1/2 original and 1/2 chocolate and added some toppings (strawberry and almonds). It makes a delicious and healthy dessert after a heavy dinner.
Pinkberry has always been my go-to Froyo shop. I'm glad to see they are still active. I came here for dessert one evening with my SO. There usually isn't a line anymore for frozen yogurt, so we were immediately helped by one of the two staff working. They both were very friendly and let us sample the different yogurt flavors. FROYO * Plain Froyo is where it's at!! I always top it with tons of fruits and mochi. However, the toppings here were lackluster. The only options for fruits were strawberries and pineapple. Where were the kiwi, blueberries, mango, and raspberries? Hopefully, it was because we came later in the day. The store was closing in a couple of hours. Overall, Pinkberry never disappoints. The store is clean and spacious--an excellent place to grab a quick, fantastic dessert.
I absolutely loved the yuzu meringue yogurt topped with coconut and strawberries! Pinkberry offers a selection of yogurts for folks that are calorie conscious in a clean and spacious environment. There is a nice patio area if you are bringing your dog.
I LOVE frozen yogurt. I am a fiend for frozen yogurt. If frozen yogurt has no fans then I am no longer on Earth. Pinkberry is a bit pricey, but it's a treat that's worth it every once in a while. You can never go wrong with their yogurt quality or their toppings - although they have fewer options than your typical froyo place, they're meticulously chosen to give you the best options without overwhelming you. We got the cookie dough frozen yogurt with cookie dough and almonds: decadent, life-changing, scrumptious. This location in particular was decently sized, good service, and had cute light fixtures. My last meal on Earth? Probably froyo.
Honestly, I think this is the same manager that been here for a couple of years and she's always super unfriendly and rushed. I'm not sure if it's because of the language barrier, but I came in to try to use my reward and there was a total misunderstanding. I do love the quality of their yogurt, the tartness, and freshness of the pomegranate flavor. However, I hate having to come into this specific location because of the service towards customers. She comes across a little passive aggressive and condescending when asking simple questions, so I could only imagine how first time people feel when they come in here. Quality is great, especially compared to other frozen yogurt competitors like Yogurtland. I feel like the quality is higher for a higher price. I'm pretty sure they also charge you for using credit card here no matter how much you spend, which is almost unheard of. I hope things change in order for their business to do well.
Been coming to Pinkberry in Sunnyvale location for a few times this year. The quality of fro-yo has been consistent and service was nice and friendly. Dropped by recently, ordered two large cups of 4 different flavors to share. The fruity taste of the newly introduced Melon along with the rich creamy chocolate hazelnut was out of this world fantastic! Two polite young male servers even said "Thank you!" when we were leaving. Such a postive vibe! Loved the products, service and all the memories it served.
This establishment is great, good and fast service. Come here regularly. The toppings are great. Great overall experience.
We came right before closing on a Friday night. We probably were the employees worst nightmare - last order of the day ordering a smoothie. We told them if it was too much, we didn't have to make it. The employee insisted on making the drink. Thank you so much!
Came to Pinkberry Sunnyvale on a Thursday evening and ordered a regular froyo with chocolate hazelnut and the seasonal mango passion jasmine flavor. I also got 5 additional toppings (brownie, m&ms, cookie dough, cheesecake bites, and mango popping boba) for $1 more. There are indoor and outdoor tables available Loved the chocolate hazelnut! I wanted to try something different, and while the mango passion jasmine was good, it was a bit tart for my liking. I will probably stick to plain mango as my second flavor next time. All the toppings were great and definitely worth the extra dollar. Quick service and tasty flavors, I will definitely be back! read more

Out of all of the yogurt places this quality is for sure stronger, better, and more natural flavored rather than sugary tasting like Yogurtland. My favorite flavor is the raspberry and original mix because it's super tart and rich tasting. I always get the fresh mochi and it's very chewy and a nice addition to the yogurt. Prices are on the higher side compared to places like Yogurtland, but you pay for the quality here they do have their own rewards program that you could sign up. You pay based off of the size and toppings not necessarily by weight like most other yogurt places do. As far as service, the past couple times I've been here I've seen that's it's normally a hit or miss with who I get, but this time that it went in the gentleman was pretty friendly and generous. Definitely recommend if you're on the hunt for some refreshing froyo on a hot day! read more
If you're craving for a quick dessert or cold fix during a warm day, this is a nice place to go. A lighter alternative to regular ice cream with a good amount of toppings to choose from (not overwhelming). Right now they have strawberry, vanilla and hazelnut flavors for the frozen yogurt. It's situated in an area where other food available with outdoor tables. so you're in for a food adventure. read more
I've visited this location twice recently for my froyo fix because it's located pretty close to my apartment, and both times were great! Unlike other froyo places that are self serve, this one has workers that do everything for you at the counter like an ice cream spot. They have 2 flavors in addition to the original that you can choose from, though I do wish that you can choose multiple flavors for one cup. Then, you get to choose up to 6 toppings, and I love that they don't skimp on the toppings. I got the seasonal strawberry shortcake froyo both times that I went, and it's really delicious and slightly tart -- definitely would recommend if it's there when you visit! In terms of toppings, there's a huge variety ranging from fruit and popping boba to chocolate and candy. I've tried a good number of toppings, and none of them were bad or anything. read more
I received a free Pinkberry gift card from last Christmas and decided to finally drop in. This is my first time trying this place and I did not expect anything extraordinary since it's just yogurt. To my surprise, I was pretty blown away with the Hazelnut and Mango Lemonade flavor. Like Wow! The Mango Lemondade was the perfect flavor for this evening sunny day! I added some fruits and coconut flavor on top while my bf added his own toppings to his. It was sooo refreshing! In my opinion, their topping selections isn't much so don't expect all kinds of crazy toppings. The service was quick as we have arrived with a few people of ahead of us. Staff was friendly and happily served us with some yogurt samples before ordering. The inside have limited seatings, but there's plenty of seating outside. I'm so happy with their new promotion flavor. I cannot wait to come back. ;) read more

The good: The girl who worked here was very quick. I tried a medium seasonal pumpkin and chocolate hazelnut froyo and also a size small pink lemonade and pomegranate froyo. I got almonds, crunchy chocolate balls and peanuts on the first one and two flavors of popping boba for the 2nd. There is plenty of outdoor seating areas here and plenty of parking. I love that Pinkberry's froyo flavors don't taste artificial. They don't tasted watered down or made with syrups and candy-like flavors. I think Pinkberry has the highest quality froyo and best tasting flavors compared with all other froyo chains. It was around $12 for my two froyo cups. The bad: They ran out of graham cracker as a topping (that was the suggested topping for the pumpkin froyo). The girl who put toppings on our serving did so very rapidly and sloppily. She spilled toppings around the topping bar area which I thought was dangerous with the peanuts that I ordered. Unlike other froyo places, this one is not self-serve. I recall that other Pinkberrys required workers to hand you the cup with two hands but this girl just put it on the counter for us and didn't hand it to us. I don't know if this policy has changed. The interesting: I was very interested in their $29.99 froyo cakes (comes in 3 flavors). They are in the front fridge and are pre-ready. They look and sound delicious! read more

Tasty and refreshing!! Consistent with what I know Pinkberry to be. Good amount of flavor options and so many toppings-- I like the system of unlimited toppings, and being able to decide the ratio of yogurt to toppings. The staff was friendly polite and articulate. Would come again if I lived closer :) read more
Pinkberry is one of my favorite places to order frozen yogurt from! I've been here and also ordered through Door Dash several times and have always had a great experience. Today I ordered the Swirl with Toppings. I ordered today through Door Dash and picked the medium size, which allowed me to choose up to six toppings! For the frozen yogurt flavor, I went with the original tart flavor, my favorite. I love fruit, so I chose blueberries, bananas, strawberries, pineapples, and mango popping boba as my toppings. They were generous with how much of each topping they gave me, and all went really well with the original tart flavor! The medium size was perfect and was just enough to make me feel full and satisfied. Pinkberry is a great place to visit if you're a frozen yogurt fan! I can't count how many times I've ordered here, and am happy to continue supporting. Definitely a favorite! read more

In the world of chilled desserts, nothing beats OG tart. But even so, no other frozen yogurt joint has topped Pinkberry OG tart. For a bit of context, I always gravitate to new menu items. Fast food bores me because it's always the same thing, whereas ethnic restaurants have so many unique dishes that there is a possibility that I die during the meal (peanut allergy). However, I have ordered the exact same thing from Pinkberry over the course of 8 years because it's that good. Tart + mochi and strawberries. Maybe I'm kind of boring for having such simple tastes. But I have yet to have a bad experience with my bulletproof order. If you think I'm wrong, get whatever order you want, and then try mine. I'm sure you'll come around eventually. read more
