The pastriese we ordered: pecan tart, pumpkin streusel tart, and other pastries were all great! The seasonal drinks, pumpkin streusel latte and pumpkin sweet cream cold brew were also good. The ambiance was typical of a Paris baguette

Lovely and large place for a famous bakery that i am in love with for the past decade! Lots of parking right outside the store and decent seating area and clean restrooms!! PB has a large variety of pastries, breakfast items, sandwiches, cakes, breads, macarons and all the fun stuff that u can think of. In $10, we got: - chocolate chiffon cake slice - 5/5 - it was delicious, moist and creamy. Very good texture and lots of chocolate indeed! Loved it :) Definitely coming back to try coffee next time

Paris Baguette has really upped their game recently. The curry croquette and the tart were very good.

Stopped in about 2pm, not that busy. Been here before so knew the drill about picking up a tray (and paper on it) and tongs as you come in and then pick and place items you want on your tray. Also ordered a cake to pickup another day. Pretty bright, low volume pop music playing. Items we picked: crookie (3 small croissants under a cookie), a pastel DeNata, a fruit pastry, a large mango smoothie and a large hot matcha latte. Also splurged by buying the last baguette left. Register help was friendly and helpful. Totally enjoyed everything we got. Nit picking... matcha latte was a tad sweet. Matcha flavor was decently strong. Mango tasted like real mango. Only item I wouldn't order again was the DeNata. It wasn't bad, just that it wasn't that great. It was so-so flavor, and the inner blob was a little tough but not really flavorful. Outside pastry was super flakey and crunchy. Will be back. Will try other items.

The pastries tasted good. Fast service since they just opened and we're the only customers at the moment. Store has a vintage vibe due to natural wood tables.

The service was ok. Place is spacious and big. Food is always good for this company but today was a bit different. Pastries were out of their bins. It was laid on top of the middle table. Don't know if that's how they sell their pastries.

I stopped by this Paris Baguette location this morning to grab a few croissants for my coworkers. Unfortunately, the pastry selection was very limited; not sure if it's always like this or if it was just because it was still early (around 10 a.m.). I picked up three croissants and was about to hang the tongs back (like I've done at other locations), when the cashier suddenly shouted at me from across the counter and gestured for me to bring the tongs over. I get that each store might have different rules, but there was no need to be so rude or loud about it. Then, when I asked if she could place the third croissant in a separate box, she gave me an annoyed look and closed the box so carelessly that she crushed part of the pastry. Overall, terrible customer service. It left a really bad impression and I honestly have no desire to return to this location.

Love this chain bakery. Their sweets are fresh, light, fluffy, and so tasty. There's a nice seating area inside to eat and catch up with friends, or go solo and get some work done. Service is easy self-serve and the staff are always so nice.

3.5 stars. Went in at around 6.30pm, it's a shopping strip so there's ample parking and the store itself is quite big with lots of seating options. Most of the pastries were sold out. The options I saw on their app were not available in the store, so that was a bummer! Staff greeted us well. I decided to get a chocolate croissant and coffee danish. A few bites into the croissant i couldn't get the chocolate inside which was a little disappointing (i eventually did but was very little amount). Pastry was flaky and buttery! Loved the coffee danish, was dense (i think its supposed to be that way), perfectly sweet and had a great balance of coffee flavor.

Interior is very neutral/beige with the pops of color coming from some plants scattered inside the space. There's WiFi available and for 6pm on a Saturday, it was empty. We ordered two cakes: pandan raspberry and a tiramisu. Both were really well layered but it tasted like the tiramisu had far more cake layers than the pandan raspberry. The pandan raspberry was more raspberry with minimal pandan flavor. The tiramisu tasted just like its name and was great! Both were very lightly sweet cakes, and it was surprisingly easy for my friend and I to devour two slices and still feel ready for dinner later. I wouldn't get the pandan raspberry again, but would be willing to try other slices with how the tiramisu was. The downside is the cakes are pricey. And it feels the interior can't decide if it's trying to be minimal on purpose, or the furnishings were meant for a smaller space/grab-and-go only spot originally but then they moved to a larger location with seating. Good cakes, I would consider swinging by here to pick up a slice for a special occasion.

They were so kind and patient in our back-and-forth about the cake details and it was packaged so carefully on the day of the pick-up. I am beyond grateful to the wonderful and talented staff at La Patisserie.

I've been coming to La Patisserie in Cupertino for years, usually when I'm already in the area…read moreshopping. There are a lot more fancy dessert shops around the Bay Area these days, but somehow I still come back for their Guava Cake. It's actually a strange craving. I don't think about this cake every week. Sometimes I completely forget about it for months, then one day something goes wrong in my brain and suddenly I NEED a guava cake. I've had this cake many times over the years and that's probably what impresses me most - it really hasn't changed much. Same fluffy cake, same very fragrant guava flavor, same bright old-school appearance. Maybe the angle of the whipped cream piping has changed a few degrees over the years, but I'll allow that process deviation. The guava flavor is the main reason I keep buying it. To me, it tastes surprisingly natural and close to real fruit. I've had plenty of guava desserts where you immediately get that artificial syrup/flavoring impression. I don't get that here. The guava is strong and fragrant, the cake itself is very light and fluffy, and the mousse and glossy guava topping give you that fruit flavor in almost every bite. This is definitely an old-school cake. It's not trying to be Lady M or some modern Instagram dessert. And that's fine. A good traditional cake is still a good cake. Usually I'm buying the whole cake to bring to someone's house, so I've watched a lot of first-timers try it over the years. Guava is guava - some people think it's on the sweet side, others love how fragrant it is. But somehow this is the one guava cake I've brought around that pretty much everybody ends up liking. And one comment I hear a lot is how natural the guava flavor tastes. It's around $70 for a whole cake now, which definitely isn't cheap. But if I'm paying that much for cake, at least give me something I can actually remember the next day. This one I can. If I'm planning to pick one up around 4 or 5 PM, I normally order earlier in the day. I've learned not to conduct unnecessary cake-inventory experiments. After all these years, La Patisserie's Guava Cake is still basically the same cake I remember. Dr. C long-term stability study: PASSED. Whipped cream piping angle may have experienced minor process drift. No CAPA required.

I was surprised to see a scripture reference on the seal. As for the tiramisu, I tried the classic as well as the mango tiramisu. It's a very small shop, and you'll most likely have to take your order to-go or scout for seating elsewhere in the plaza. I fully vouch for the ube tiramisu! It's a really cute dessert with a lovely smooth ube cream, and the Biscoff crumble pairs well with the nutty ube flavor. I am interested in returning to try their other tiramisus. Unfortunately, the drinks I tried (namely their cold brew latte and Hate My Boss signature) were not great. The coffee to milk ratio in the latte wasn't great, and the Hate My Boss tasted primarily of sugar, even at a less-sweet specification. I will say that I think their business is focused on its desserts, with their drinks as a sort of side attraction. Their drinks are on the inexpensive side, I'll give them that, but not so inexpensive that I feel like I can excuse their shortcomings. For what it's worth, the service was great, their store was clean (albeit a bit cluttered), and their desserts are tasty, so I can recommend it, but only for their desserts.

We happily purchased one right away, but wondered how fresh they could be if they had it on demand. Yup, most of the cakes were super dry and hard. The chocolate cakes also didn't have that deep chocolate flavor. Admittedly, we do not like buttercream and wedding cakes usually are limited to that as well as fondant. Every option here is buttercream based so we weren't huge fans, but leaned toward more the tropical flavors: mango, passionfruit, lemon. The mocha, hazelnut and caramel were pretty tasty too. Craftsman and Wolves is a killer crafts bakery that makes the perfect Kouign-amann. The shop does many things including a signature bread pudding, small in size but big in flava. Measures maybe two and a half inches diameter, an inch thick. Packs a wonderful wowie punch with the seasonally ripe berries and fruit, plus a few pieces of specialty chocolate. My friend who knows from excellent pastries says the goods at C and W are special because the sugars in each item are balanced, not excessive. The goodies we sampled together were scrumptious. Somehow even my pedestrian palate senses that these dessert thingies are distinctive and of ultra quality. Ambiance-wise, it's a noisy place with a few tables lining the windows. You are elbow to elbow practically against neighbouring tables. I know I heard every syllable of the conversation going on to my right-hand side. The pastries are very okay with a lot of them being pretty dry or lacking filling especially the triple chocolate croissant. Overall, I have been to this location three times and the customer service has been absolutely awful each time. The second time they had a new hire who was being trained and was extremely pleasant but the barista had an issue with asking for reduced fat milk in the mocha as he said it would mess with the flavor which I said I was fine with but reluctantly decided to just have whole milk. The most recent time the person working the front was taking inventory and after seeing me at the counter continued with taking inventory which is completely normal and I wasn't extremely bothered by. However, when walking over he looked at me without asking me if I was ready and upon entering my order tossed his pen on the counter in front and the clipboard behind him. He then proceeded to stand behind the barista on his phone while eating one of the pastries. I genuinely don't know if he was in a bad mood but this hardly feels like the craftsman and wolves experience that people talk about. Probably won't be coming back due to the awful service despite the coffee genuinely being good.
