Came here for lunch with my fiance and wanted to try this place out…read moreFood here is amazing they have crawfish, mussel, squid, octopus, oyster, crabs legs, etc...everything was hot and very good. Service here was ok Wasnt all that great, waiter and waitress just walking around and I guess just wait till u finish and clear your table. You would have to ask for refill on your drink and ask extra napkins and etc.. ambience here is like any other buffet it looks alittle newer and it gets very busy after 2:00pm on a Sunday. Gave them 4 because everything was good except for service, it can be better and worked on. This place they seated you in and you pay after you eat. Like most places.

We arrived around 7:30 p.m., and the restaurant doesn't close until 9:30 p.m. Not even 20 minutes after we sat down, while there were still plenty of customers coming in and the restaurant was nearly full, the staff had already started removing food trays and weren't replacing them. It felt like they were shutting the buffet down long before closing time. To make matters worse, employees were mopping the floors around our feet while we were still eating, leaving the floors extremely slippery and making us feel rushed. The BBQ/sushi area closed at 8:30 p.m., and there were only three plates of dried-out sushi left. We never even got the chance to try the BBQ station they advertise. The desserts were dry and unappetizing, and overall the food was bland and lacked flavor. We spent $112 for dinner, plus a $20 tip because our server was attentive, friendly, and deserved it. The service from him was the only positive part of our visit. For the price, this experience was not worth it. I do not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.

The wait to be seated can be tedious as they do not move the line very fast. This place draws big parties of 8 or more and the food area is always crowded because they allow people to loiter and just talk near the food lines which backs up the flow of people trying to eat. The drink service is very slow but in all fairness, they really overwork the servers as they need more staff on the floor. I found enough things that I liked it was actually not bad from what I chose.

You pay first ( a wait ) then are seated by staff . The renovation has a flowing theme I'd guess this is a franchise as another near s kino area w Costco et al . Isabella came with water & nothing needed ; she was great thank you ! Read on Yelp that southern location also has Mexican food this had pizza ; beyond the Asian seafood & more experience. AYCE came back a few times . I started with sushi & salmon good ! Went back for soup & salad I'm not expert but sweet & sour seemed salty but maybe influenced by a Yelp review previous . There's a staff cook on a big Mongolian grill cooking to order on the Sw corner of kitchen . I would've like to try that option also . Might be more healthy choices that some others around the Tucson mall to consider?

The service here was good and staff members were all attentive. The booths are also very comfortable but the one we were sat in was so, so dark we couldn't really see the food as well. (Also, I didn't eat any but several of the people in my party all stated the mussels were extremely delicious!!)

She was absolutely polite and always wore a smile, but hard to track down for refills. I would offer some advice and make your cups bigger to reduce refill requirements. Food was OK. Salty for some items, stale on a few (expected). But we came here for Crab Legs. Now I thought I was the only one but I could NOT for the life of me, get a Clean Break on the crab legs. The meat stuck to the legs 90% of the time. It was frustrating by the 4th trip that I gave up. The table next to us asked for the chef to complain. I the felt that might have been a little much, but we all shared the same sentiment. I do love the sugar free dessert items for my father who is diabetic. So that's a nice touch. All in all, we'll probably be back again because it's a good deal. We just hope that the crab legs are a little bit better next time. Also salmon Nigiri was lacking. They kept on making rolls, but no salmon Nigiri. My nephew was so sad about that.

The staff is incredibly attentive and accommodating, making frequent rounds with all the favorite cuts and happily serving pieces to your preferred temperature. If there's something specific you're craving, they're more than willing to bring it out upon request. The entire team works seamlessly together, keeping drinks topped off and making sure every guest feels well taken care of. We arrived about an hour before closing, which initially made me nervous that we might feel rushed or inconvenient, but that couldn't have been further from the experience. No one made us feel like we were on borrowed time, and the salad bar was still stocked with plenty of crisp options while the meats were all freshly prepared. They even took the time to ask whether we were celebrating anything, with the thoughtful intention of bringing out a dessert to help seal the occasion. That extra bit of hospitality really captured what made the whole experience so enjoyable: attentive without being intrusive, generous without being over the top, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish.

Was suppose to be White/Chocolate Mousse cake. Not even close. Had Chocolate chips on icing, not Mousse at all. Just plain chocolate cake.
