The wait to be seated can be tedious as they do not move the line very fast. This place draws big parties of 8 or more and the food area is always crowded because they allow people to loiter and just talk near the food lines which backs up the flow of people trying to eat. The drink service is very slow but in all fairness, they really overwork the servers as they need more staff on the floor. The renovation has a flowing theme I'd guess this is a franchise as another near s kino area w Costco et al . Isabella came with water & nothing needed ; she was great thank you ! Read on Yelp that southern location also has Mexican food this had pizza ; beyond the Asian seafood & more experience. AYCE came back a few times . I started with sushi & salmon good ! Went back for soup & salad I'm not expert but sweet & sour seemed salty but maybe influenced by a Yelp review previous . There's a staff cook on a big Mongolian grill cooking to order on the Sw corner of kitchen . I would've like to try that option also . I saw the ads on Facebook and TikTok and we decided to give them another try , Pre covid the food was decent ,not great , but for a buffet , decent . Tonight The food was mediocre at best . We were in on what should be " prime time " this evening , and , the food bars were pretty well decimated , the team that worked there was really scrambling to get things caught up . If I could give a negative star review on cleanliness , we d be right there on the very bottom . A little background , I was a regional director for a major retailer X and oversaw bakery and prepared foods with hot and cold food bars , and beverage bars . Part of my job was to make sure that the food was being handled correctly , and cleanliness was maintained . Issues 1) there was masking tape on the floors on the seams of the flooring throughout the restaurant , it didn't appear that the floors around the food where being maintained . 2) In the span of a 45 minute visit , I did not see anyone temp the food . 3)I went to the restroom and it was disgusting . It resembled a really bad restroom on the outside of an old gas station . If it isn't policy to do a bathroom check hourly , it should be . My partner is a commercial plumber , and my daughter is a RN , and they both had that experience this evening . If I had done what I used to do and checked out the restroom for cleanliness before we ordered , we would have walked out . I would've taken the 71.00 hit , and we would've gone somewhere else . I would've shut the restaurant down , apologized to anyone who experienced this mess ,and closed until it was 100% /excellent on their food handling and cleanliness .The team would have weekly inspections and pop ins to make sure it was being maintained . A very nice-Looking, reasonably- priced ($16 for lunch) restaurant with an enormous number of choices and bright green veggies. Water came quickly and the food was tasty. Our plates were cleared promptly. Try the Hot and Sour Soup. Growing up in Hong Kong, I learned a chef is judged by his soup and this selection was very good. After paying for entrance ($15 per person for lunch and 18.89 for dinner), which wasn't that much expensive compared to to other buffets in the area, I noticed when my family took a seat, the whole booth caved in. Guests need to wait until their number is called, but some were confused about having two receipts. Your server will both seat you and provide your beverages. They were well trained and attentive. The food selection is decent for omnivores. Dishes are labeled with both allergens and animals ingredients. They neglected to mention that the egg rolls included pork which I found out after taking a bite. This upset me. There weren't many vegetarian options and the sushi rolls were terrible. The saving grace was the made to order Mongolian grill bar. The price point was excellent, but the check-in process, vegetarian options and sushi need improving. 1st Timer. Value 5/5, the Chinese Food offerings cannot be beat for the price and flavor. Plus the salmon and Yellowtail Hamachi sushi were worth the price alone. A late lunch early dinner at 3:30PM the stations were crowded; they definitely could of spaced the buffets further apart. Cooks come and go and sure consistency can sway also depending who is on shift. Some flavors shine (Chinese Spare ribs, fried rice & noodles, chicken broccoli, clams black bean sauce, head-on shrimp with jalapenos & onions) others were more bland-shrimp zucchini - baked whole salmon -octopus not tender, too chewy, had slight soy flavor and tiny bit of heat -hot & sour soup had a ton of mushrooms yes, but needed vinegar, white pepper and more hearty pork broth, it was weak. People complain about the food being cold - I think it's because they use plastic plates that don't retain heat well, so if you don't take too long to fill your plate or overfill it, you can eat it reasonably warm-hot. Conversely the room is reportedly too hot - it's true.. AC is very cool as you hit the restrooms but a 80% full dining room with hot buffet makes it a bit stale inside on a 76° Nov day outside. I wouldn't come during the height of summer if this is their max AC... Icky bathrooms? Basins and toilets appeared clean and good but would need more attention as day goes on and dinner hour rush due to volume use. A grout brush around the stall walls holding doors maybe what peeps looking and talking about, as they do their business perhaps? As it could use attn. Service was good, and yes a couple seem grumpy but when we did engage they were helpful -needed steak knife (odd no basket of knives at grill or regular knives by forks) they obliged and got us what we needed. Drinks are brought to your table with napkins/ fork once seated and waiter refills you. Diet Coke was fresh and tasted spot on--been to a couple bars lately and soda has been really watery. Got 2 refills & empty plates cleared promptly, tipped waiter in hand, and let them know they did a great job for us. I saw them hustling to clean tables for the next hungry folk a-coming, they deserve a little love, this place is go-go-go and being buffet they don't need to engage as much, but they work hard and are hiring (could be understaffed at times?) maybe a lil pick me helps them get through the day! Small chocolate cake size of petit four was a bit dry as I got from last 2 rows; been out a while, not too sweet as I left the sugary frosting so that's to my liking.. unfortunately ha ha. Ice cream, self serve from tub is tasty but with folk leaning in to self scoop, I can see how hair gets into a tub easily (as Yelper mentioned). Also the wash station water for the scooper could be rotated more frequently with additional clean scoops in buckets...everyone is using the same gross scoop +Wished Lin's had small dishes vs earth unfriendly styro cups as small dishes would also be useful for choc & ambrosia puddings and sauces. BTW did not discover the Hot Chili Crisp Oil by the salad dressing until we finished dinner w@@h ;( next time!! I went to Lin's when it first opened, with a friend. We decided it was "okay" but didn't go back until this week. We (3 of us) got there when it opened qt 11am. The lobby looked like a run down bus station lobby. The bench seat had pieces of vinyl missing and was cracked - not a very sanitary situation for a food establishment. There was one cashier, trying to take money and also seat people who had paid. We were seated and went to get our food. Everything was well stocked and fresh. It's really the best time to go to a buffet - right when it opens for business. The room was cold and fairly dark, with the food being well lit. My food turned cold pretty quickly. Lesson learned to get small amounts of food and go back to get more, more often so the food isn't cold. They had Mexican and American food as well as all the Asian food, which we did not try. I was pleasantly surprised that the food was, in my opinion, much better than the last time I visited. The fried cabbage, plantains, salmon, shrimp, octopus, jalapeño chicken, orange chicken and ice cream were all really good. One friend got a vegetable roll and it was terrible, very dried out and flavorless. The other friend had chicken pieces that were dry and hard, apple pie with raw dough and tasteless rice. She also said the sushi was not fresh. I would have given a 4 star rating; one friend a 3, and the other a 3.5. If I go back, it will be when they open at 11am and when they get that nasty bench reupholstered. It seems people either love or hate this place. We recently visited this buffet and unfortunately had a very concerning experience regarding food safety and hygiene that we feel must be shared. During our visit, we observed a cook handling food without wearing gloves. At one point, he was touching all veggies and grabbing out the prep containers with his bear hands. On top of that his finger nails were all black underneath n the edges.The veggies appeared to be old that were on the line as well,or already served, which was very off-putting. We reported this to staff, but no action was visibly taken, and the employee continued working without gloves in full view of customers. Even more concerning, we also witnessed the same cook wipe his nose and then immediately handle clean plates used for serving cooked chicken and meat. He was actively prepping food for the serving line during this time and still not wearing gloves. This raised serious concerns about cross-contamination and basic food safety practices. Overall, the lack of hygiene and the fact that reported issues were not addressed made this experience extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. Buffets rely heavily on proper sanitation and food handling procedures, and what we witnessed fell far below acceptable standards. We strongly hope management takes immediate corrective action, reinforces proper food safety training, and ensures these practices are enforced going forward. read more

Definitely 5 stars for a Chinese Buffet! We went on Valentine's Day and it seems there are hundreds of others that felt the same way, the place was absolutely packed and folks still waiting in line at nearly 8:00 pm! When we arrived, the line to pay was out the door and the entire waiting area was packed full of folks waiting for their number to be called. The ladies taking the money and calling numbers were straight up business, no time to do anything else! They were efficient and got the job done! Surprisingly, the wait was only 15-20 minutes, we were very happy it moved along so quickly. The food was wonderful and plentiful! There are four two sided buffets just packed with all sorts of food from orange chicken to pizza and french fries! There's a steak station, sushi station and even a Mongolian grill with quite the choices! For Valentine's Day we were treated to snow crab, spicy shrimp and several other special items. Everything was being restocked quickly, it was all hot and fresh by buffet standards and flavors were pretty darned good! My first clue should have been no one was at grill. The sushi prep worker said she wasn't sure how long it would take since the grilled was wandering around. I picked up my food and wondered was it was so dark. He must have wandered off while cooking because it was completely burned.
