I literally have my MBA, so I'm educated, but I asked him about where the restroom was and he went on a rant about how this is a private establishment and how they don't have public restrooms. Simple question, right? He asked me was I born yesterday. He was over zealous and overly drunkin' with the little power he has. Even after I told him say less, I walked away and he followed me onto the street still talking. Sad part is this is the best he can probably do for work, based on his size and not his brain. I'm never spending any money in this establishment again. It's been a while since I been here and now I remember why. If you like lounge/bar type of vibes this is the type of place to go to if you are down on the beach. Prices are pretty decent - they also have hookah with a variety of flavors and a full bar. Good litt music! Mainly twerk songs, hip-hop, and rap genre songs which is more my speed. The service was great and attentive. Food came out quick and she also gave us good recommendations on things to order. I believe after a certain time there is a cover fee. I got in prior to 10pm and did not have to pay but realized other who came in later we're being charged at the door - not sure how much. Age range for crowd appeared to be late 20s / early 30s. Must be 21+ to enter. Early arrival is suggested. The later it got the more crowded it became with fewer tables and seating available. Overall great experience! read more

The inside is nice & spacious! There is enough room to move around in and a lot of tables to sit in for hookah, to eat, and/or to relax in. The dance floor was lit with aesthetically pleasing visuals playing on the big screen. Beware of the bathrooms! It's disgusting! The music was okay. It could be just the DJ playing the night I went but I felt like the genre was everywhere and random. I do like a wide range of music but felt it was awkward going from a sing-a-long, in-your-feelings, slow song transitioned to a get-on-the-floor-and-twerk, fast-paced song. I still had fun dancing and singing with my friends but there were some moments we just looked at each other like... what's going on? Why did the music transition like that The service was surprisingly on point. Most clubs and bars are slow because of the crowd and chaos which I'm usually patient with, but our server was good at checking in on us and didn't really have us wait which I greatly appreciate. But then the food was pretty mid. I heard the wings are really good here but I was craving a burger and ordered just that. It was dry and hard to swallow and didn't really look all that great. I cannot believe the quality of food that was coming out of this place. You would walk in and never expect the menu they had available! This is noted as a bar & grill but it is very much hookah lounge & nightclub feels, and the DJ was good. First, our server Kendal was an absolute sweetheart and provided a pleasant experience. She suggested a great drink based on my preferences, I ordered two of them. Her recommendations were awesome, I almost regret not getting the parmesan cilantro lamb chops but the Chef Wimbo's Island was more than enough and delicious. This plate had mashed potatoes and on top was a fried lobster tail, white wine sautéed shrimp and salmon stuffed with crabmeat covered in a Gouda cream sauce. Pricey, yes, worth it, absolutely. Originally came here for an event & ended up staying until later into the night. To be located at the oceanfront, I must say it is semi-spacious. Long bar in the middle. Sometimes it's hard to get a bartender or waitress, but they are all super sweet! Drinks were good, loved the mai tai. All the way to the back is the VIP sections. They are actually well kept & pretty comfy though the tables could be smaller. I like that there's like a small open area for like a mini dance floor. The club dance floor is a little small as well, but it gets the job done. Great music (hip hop, R&B, rap). Fun lighting. Knocking down to 3.5 stars because security/entryway must be fixed. There's so much confusion and so many people standing there that there's a lot of uncertainty. There needs to be one person who stays there and does that one job. Also, it took over 30 minutes for my friend to receive her wings and fries to include other patrons. Aside from that, I would visit again. read more

My boyfriend and I decided to do a stay-cation and spend the weekend in Virginia Beach. We stopped here for lunch. I just so happened to be happy hour. The drinks (top shelf liquor) were half off and very good! The service was great too. We got our food pretty fast and it was hot and also tasted great. We ordered lemon pepper wings and fries, and also the lamb chop meal with string beans and Mac and cheese! They were both great! My co workers and I came around 8 pm on a Saturday and were very impressed at the food, atmosphere and all around experience. I got the jerk shrimp Alfredo, my co workers got the wings, shrimp and fries and the burger. Everything was fresh and delicious! Every single one of us were so surprised at how good it was. The music was great!!! But hookah was very week and we were the only two people here and the workers were sitting at the bar smoking hookah... Not very attentive!!! A friend and I decided to go for Taco Tuesday one night. Happy Hour is from 5-7pm and they were advertising Tacos for $3 each and margaritas for $5. We arrived around 6:15ish and the place was packed. I was a little hesitant as no one was wearing masks not even the staff but we ended finding a lone table in a booth in the vip section. We waited a bit and noticed no one was coming to our table. There was only 2 bartenders at the bar, who were also the waiters. Long story short we had to wait because there was so many people in front of us that we didn't get to take advantage of that $3 tacos deal. They were $4 instead lol! Apparently this was the first day they had opened since the pandemic and weren't expecting the turn out. They had a list of taco to choose from, we both chose the fried shrimp and chicken Caesar tacos. By the time they got to our table they were cold but they had a really good flavor. They would be delicious at the right temperature. They also had hookah for $15 which was fun. The drinks and music were great as well. I would definitely come again, hopefully they work out some of the kinks but it was an overall enjoyable experience. read more

I recommend BeachHouse 757, because it is one of the few places that I can invite my friends to for a good time. I enjoy watching the big screen when games and movies are on. One of my favorite DJ'S is DJ FRESH. My favorite day is Sunday when the game crowd comes in. There has never been a reason that I would not love this place. In addition to such a great experience with music and food, the hookahs are nice and clean. i would love to see more people come out on Thursdays for the business special and looking forward to making this my regular spot to getaway. The girl who served us was a sweetheart and very attentive. The drinks were really good. The music was pretty good. This place as so much potential, but it just falls so short of expectations. The positives of the place include the lively ambiance and the ample seating in the lounge areas, outside patio, and at the bar. But it pretty much stops there. My girlfriend and I came after walking around the oceanfront and having dinner at an adjacent restaurant and decided we would take full advantage of the day at the oceanfront and check out this Hookah Bar. There were other customers sitting outside on the patio, but when we walked inside the place was empty with the exception of one guy standing towards the back. We tried to get his attention to see if we should seat ourselves as there was no hostess or bartender, and ended up sitting on the couches against the back wall. The one guy that did work at the place then disappeared and we were stuck seated there with no menu, and no one to help us. After waiting for about 10 minutes a separate employee came out and asked us if we wanted anything and finally gave us menus, but failed to give us the hookah menu. After finally given the hookah menu, we were pretty blown away at how expensive and how poorly explained the menu was and decided to get up and leave. I can totally understand that this is a new business, but the terrible service was just such a poor impression that made us not want to spend any money here. read more

My friend and I are from the DC area and came to Virginia Beach for a weekend girls trip. Without knowing much about the area, we stumbled across Beachhouse 757 last night and we had an amazing time! The first thing you notice walking into the establishment is the aura and set up of the place. The interior is very aesthetically pleasing and reels you in for the beginning of an unforgettable night. My friend and I arrived by 12 to a decent crowd of people but by 1230 the place was packed. The DJ last night played a wide variety of music, mostly consisting of hip-hop and R&B but he touched my 90s baby soul with a handful of punk/rock songs that I unapologetically sang along to. To note, his mixing skills were unmatched. From music to food, hookah and drinks this place has it all. Unfortunately, my friend and I ate before coming so I'm not able to give a review on how the food tastes but watching a few plates go around, I can vouch the food looked extremely appetizing. We did order hookah and a few mixed drinks, which were well mixed and reasonably priced. All the staff was extremely attentive and overall we are more than happy we decided to stop in. My first time ever visiting this club started out not so great. Me and a group of my friends went for the first time in September. We decided the patio would be a nice area to sit out since it was nice outside. After sitting for about 10 minutes, not one bar tender or waitress came to check on us. A few minutes later, Kendall, one of the waitress/bottle girls came up and finally checked on us and the whole patio. She asked every one on the patio, which was about 20+ people if they had been taken care of and repeatedly apologized and took everyone's order. I was a little worried at first because she wrote nothing down. When I tell you this girl remembered EVERYTHING and EVERYONE'S order. Everything came out perfect and correctly with no complaints. I knew she had other tables inside and after being there for quite some time, Kendall was still the only person that acknowledge the us and everyone outside. She was very attentive and entertaining. Me and my friends have been here several times and every time Kendall is the only one to really acknowledges us and takes care of us and we have come back about 4 times. It seems as though the other girls may prioritize their "sections" more since that is where people spend the most money even though me and my friends have at least a $200+ tab. The bar tenders can be hard to get ahold of but that's understandable since so many people go to the bar order. Every time we visit, Kendall goes above and beyond to make sure not just us but every one is taken care of. Last time we were there which was either the past Friday or Saturday, she got our DDs number to make sure we made it home ok since we had quite a few drinks. Also their food is really good! They have an actual chef and Kendall put us on to their Bang Bang Chicken and their wings. If you think about ever stopping by here, please ask for Kendall. She is the best and she will make sure you have a good time. We literally go back in hopes of her being there. She will actually take the time to talk to you and keep you entertained. She will get you up to dance and always has good recommendations. Overall this is a really nice place and will definitely continue to attend.
