The waiting area is in the back of the restaurant, so make sure to check in with the host there. I ordered/tried: - House latte (5/5): I burnt my tongue on the first sip, so please be more patient than me and let the coffee below the foam cool down a bit first. The combination of honey and cinnamon is really good and stands out from your everyday coffee. - Green tea pancakes (5/5) & thai tea pancakes (4/5): My table split these two dishes so that we could all try it out. Although the thai tea pancakes did taste like thai tea, the green tea pancakes just seemed slightly more sophisticated. The green tea pancakes were not overly sweet, which gave a better contrast to the syrup/green tea sauce on top. - Corned beef hash and eggs (4/5): Whenever I see corned beef hash, I have to get it. Although it was good, I've had better. I think I would have liked to see the corned beef flattened a bit more so that there was more crispy edges. This was my second time going to Bea Bea's, and I was impressed once again! This time, I got the Green Tea Monster, which is essentially green tea flavored pancakes, mixed with white chocolate chips, topped with green tea flavored mascarpone & whipped cream for about $11! I love green tea/matcha anything, so I was a little disappointed that the green tea flavor wasn't as strong as I thought it'd be, but for the most part, I liked it! In addition, the portion was quite big, and I ended up taking the remains of my meal home. The staff was nice & accommodating despite how busy it was at the time (my friend & I came around 11am). However, since it was raining hard that day, service wasn't as quick. As for parking, Bea Bea's is located in a plaza, so you can basically park wherever you want because the area is huge! First I want to say the food is amazing but the complete lack of service destroys anything good about this restaurant. I have 2 almost identical experiences here. One during CoVid and one after when all restrictions dropped. We first came here during CoVid in oct 2020 and understandably there was a long wait, however there was No order to the waiting list. No instructions just a table with an umbrella. After 20 minutes of people complaining we realized that you just sign yourself in. After a 50 min additional wait we realized that when someone came to look at the list they were not going in any order from the list. We were a table of 4 and other groups of 4 that came 30 minutes after us were seated. Everyone standing in the hot sun in the parking lot was talking about the lack of order to the seating. Groups seemed to be randomly seated regardless of their order on list or arrival time. Empty tables would sit for up to 20 minutes. The workers inside seemed to be spending most of their time getting to go orders. Another 20 min before we get asked drink orders and then another 15 before food is ordered. Total time is now approaching the 2 hour mark and we don't even have water. So fast forward to end of June 2021. All restrictions life's. We try again at 10:45 for breakfast. Almost the same thing as last oct. virtually identical situation. We did get seated after 1 hour and others of same size group arriving after us getting seated. Then one group just walked right up didn't sign in and sat themselves down and almost instantly someone brought them tableware and water them took their orders. After our hour long wait and the other group getting waited on, they finally came to bring us silverware. Another 10 min before drink order but this time we knew and were prepared.... We ordered our food before she could leave lol. The owners clearly have no clue how to run a restaurant nor treat customers. That said, the food is delicious. Really really good food!! However we won't be returning. We gave them a second chance and it was equally bad experience. We are tired and hot and hungry. Good food just isn't enough to offset some of the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in my 56 years. Good food but not worth it. I'm usually more of an omelet or scramble type person. But I think I may have found my new favorite breakfast food: Bea Bea's matcha green tea monster pancakes. We came on a Saturday at 10am and were told the wait would be thirty minutes but it ended up only being a twenty minute wait. The restaurant is in a plaza so there is a parking lot right next to it. Just make sure you go to the back of the restaurant to put your name down (opposite of the parking lot, closer to the street intersection). Now that we got that stuff out of the way, back to the green tea monster pancakes. Did I tell you how good they were? I should also tell you that I didn't order them and I still regret it. I ordered the Sicilian scramble while my girlfriend ordered the Kin's sunshine and upgraded the pancakes to those delicious giant fluffy circle things for $2 more. Don't get me wrong: the scramble was good. The hash browns were also good, but needed a little salt and pepper (also, their salt and pepper shakers are AWESOME). But the real story is the green tea pancakes. I was already full but I kept eating the rest of her pancakes because she was done and there was still some left. The pancakes were so soft and light; they didn't make me feel bloated at all. The pancakes themselves had a slight sweetness and the whipped cream added that perfect amount of sweetness to the point where you didn't even need the syrup. Based off a recommendation from a coworker I was told I HAD to go to Bea Bea's. Well today was the day, and I'm glad I did! Parking: Parking was very easy today with many spots to park First Impressions: When you first walk up you notice a small outdoor patio, and then when entering the restaurant my guest and I were immediately greeted by a host to get a us seated. I was so torn with so many great options I had to ask for a suggestion so I landed on the Win's Omelette with an ice coffee. Food/Drinks: When my ice coffee came out I was shocked on how big it was. I loved it since I drink so much coffee in the morning. My omelette OMG so delicious. I'm telling you fam, this place is definitely worth the wait (even though it's not that long). We got here around 10am on a Saturday morning and was told the wait would be 30 minutes but it was barely 20 when they called us. The service was quick and friendly which I appreciated. I was hoping this place would be great - but I had a horrible experience here. 45min wait - then when my family and I finally sat down - after ordering we waited another good 30minutes - we weren't served the basic breakfast condiments - such as butter for my waffles.
