Our most recent trip the complementary iced tea tasted a bit funky but the kofta meatballs were tender and juicy and the spicy rice packed a punch. Always love the complementary pita bread as well.

The inside was much more elegant than we expected. We started surf with Hummus and Baba Ganoush Sampler. It was tasty with a Turkish twist. Then, we ordered to Spicy Chicken which was made of chicken thighs. You could tell the chicken had been soaked in spices over night. We also had the Muklabah. It was a tasty dish of rice topped with meat, eggplant, and onions. I would highly recommend this dish. We finished off with a Rice Pudding Dish and Baklava. Afrah is to the Muslim community in Richardson as a glove is to a hand. It truly is a one stop shop for all your nostalgic cravings, and it would be a grave injustice on my part if I didn't stop by here and sing praise to one of the most loved Mediterranean restaurants in the DFW area. We visited here recently for an iftar buffet experience and were very very happy with the food we got.
