They had chicken so many different ways it was pathetic. Mind you, I'm sick and tired of these no good franchises that are lacking and we have to settle. Not me!! Not anymore! Seated: I was seated and given a menu. I just didn't know what I wanted but I remembered reading a review about the Secret Spicy Chicken and I ordered that. They brought me out some radish and chopsticks along with my order of water. I must say that radish was hittin hard!! I loved it! I almost asked for more but I didn't want to mess my palate up too much. Video: Now as I'm sitting down waiting on my order they had this video playing constantly with this Korean kid with a mound of fried chicken and sauce. That chicken was looking so good but I knew I had to let it cool a little. He explained to me how they have it in marinade for so many hours and use their "special" seasonings and that's why it stays so juicy. Man, once it cooled a little and I bit into it, I lost my damn mind!! I've eaten at 2-3 places with really good chicken and your Churchs, Popeyes, and Bojangles isn't amongst them! This chicken was so juicy! There was not a dry spell in anything they cooked from the breast to the thighs, it was ALL GOOD and juicy!! Koreans: About 2-3 years ago I decided to try other cultures of food and the Korean culture has been my main priority and favorite as of yet. They know how to take an American dish, if they had to, and take it on to a different level and that's what I LOVE!! This location was fantastic. We ordered a large set of the honey garlic and soy garlic wings and they did not disappoint. The two flavors are similar and both a bit sweet, but the magic is in the perfect crunch. Even though we ate these as takeout and had to drive about 20 min back these had a perfect crunch and the meat was super moist. I love bb.q chicken in general specially when it first opened in NYC. Moved to NC and was excited to see that they have a store in Suwanee. Ordered from Uber Eats to pick up after landing in Atlanta. My 82 year old Mom was getting really hungry and I thought we can just eat the chicken in the restaurant. When I got to the restaurant and informed them of our plan to eat inside. We were told that we CANNOT do that because I ordered take out and it is a different policy between in dining and takeout even its their own product we were going to eat. I offered to order other menu items and was told that we CANNOT eat anything in the takeout bag. This was really absurd!!!! I asked the employee if they are denying my hungry 82 year old mother and my 70 year old disabled friend the service. He said to not guilt trip him! Basically rude employees! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Instead we were seated at a table next to the grungy hallway to the bathrooms. We asked to be seated at an empty booth and we were told NO, those are reserved for larger parties(!). We look around and the other booths were occupied by a party of one and several parties of two. Only one booth had a party of four. All of the tables were empty but we were placed at the worst one. Best chicken in town!!! Taste is great and quality is great. Price is on the more expensive end compared to other fried chicken places in the area, but that's why you get better food! My usual order is boneless half&half (golden original and sweet&spicy chicken) with their spicy rice cakes, ddeokbokgi (original or rose cream sauce). It's kinda sad to say that a chicken place has the best ddeokbokgi, but it's the truth. It's very spicy (I have a low spicy tolerance though) but delicious. You can also add in cheese! Their chicken skin is crunchy and flavorful while the meat itself is tender and juicy (also flavorful). The sweet&spicy chicken is mostly sweet with just a kick of spice. the worst service ever. never have had fast food take 20+ minutes consistently and have the order still be complety wrong. I have been to this location at least 10 times and never have my order correct. the customer service is not polite and even the manager was rude. We did end up waiting longer than the estimated time because one of our wings was forgotten. So it took a good 40 mins :/ With a toddler, let me tell you not fun to wait so long. So I would recommend calling ahead. Which was my oversight, but we walked over to Ding tea for a treat. So ddeok so ddeok: for two sticks it is pricey...it's rice cake and sausage. The sausage tasted good but probably wouldn't pay $8 for it. Sweet potato fries: tasted good! Tasted even better after air frying it at home! Wings of fire: was a disappointment because it was not spicy at all. I am convinced they gave us the wrong wings...because it wasn't spicy at all. Soy garlic wings: tasted pretty good, a little heavy of the soy sauce part. Golden original chicken: love the crisp to it! This was my favorite out of this order. It had a slight hint of spicy seasoning to the breading. Overall the chicken is tender and cooked all the way. i used to go here all the time, to the point where when Id call, they already knew my order. stopped going for health reasons. This is the 2nd bb.q chicken location I've tried and it definitely didn't disappoint. We ordered the tteokkbokgi, wings of fire, the honey garlic wings, and the cheesling chicken. The tteokkbokgi is probably the best one I've found in the area and much better than the other location I went to. It's flavorful and actually spicy. As for the wings, the honey garlic is always a go to and never disappoints, but we didn't particularly care for the wings of fire. The cheesling chicken was surprisingly delicious. I didn't really know what to expect at first, but the more you eat it the better it tastes. Oh and did I mention, draft beers are half off Monday through Friday ALL DAY! When I asked about trying one of the other flavors the response was that "corporate" wouldnt allow that.... wth? My response was " well they arent here" and was still denied.
