This location was fantastic. We ordered a large set of the honey garlic and soy garlic wings and they did not disappoint. The two flavors are similar and both a bit sweet, but the magic is in the perfect crunch. Even though we ate these as takeout and had to drive about 20 min back these had a perfect crunch and the meat was super moist. We put in an order and we all order honey garlic and a secret sauce chicken. When we receive our order they bring a soy garlic (no one ordered soy garlic). The gentleman stated that someone must've ordered it so we have to keep it and pay for it. I let him know that no one ordered it that I wanted my honey garlic chicken and I didn't want to pay $27 for something I did not order and that that was not fair. He stated that unfortunately he put it in the system that way and he cannot take it off so we have to keep it. I have never heard of a thing like that. Working in the customer service field myself, if I make a mistake I will own up to it and do what I can to rectify the matter. The none challant lack of accountability and expecting me to pay for his mistake is unacceptable and absolutely wild. Best chicken in town!!! Taste is great and quality is great. Price is on the more expensive end compared to other fried chicken places in the area, but that's why you get better food! My usual order is boneless half&half (golden original and sweet&spicy chicken) with their spicy rice cakes, ddeokbokgi (original or rose cream sauce). It's kinda sad to say that a chicken place has the best ddeokbokgi, but it's the truth. It's very spicy (I have a low spicy tolerance though) but delicious. You can also add in cheese! I cannot say that this place impresses, simply because I did not get to try it. I met a couple of folks for Saturday late lunch. We wanted to relax over a leisurely lunch. We did end up waiting longer than the estimated time because one of our wings was forgotten. So it took a good 40 mins :/ With a toddler, let me tell you not fun to wait so long. So I would recommend calling ahead. Which was my oversight, but we walked over to Ding tea for a treat. So ddeok so ddeok: for two sticks it is pricey...it's rice cake and sausage. The sausage tasted good but probably wouldn't pay $8 for it. Sweet potato fries: tasted good! Tasted even better after air frying it at home! Wings of fire: was a disappointment because it was not spicy at all. I am convinced they gave us the wrong wings...because it wasn't spicy at all. Soy garlic wings: tasted pretty good, a little heavy of the soy sauce part. Golden original chicken: love the crisp to it! This was my favorite out of this order. This is the 2nd bb.q chicken location I've tried and it definitely didn't disappoint. We ordered the tteokkbokgi, wings of fire, the honey garlic wings, and the cheesling chicken. The tteokkbokgi is probably the best one I've found in the area and much better than the other location I went to. It's flavorful and actually spicy. As for the wings, the honey garlic is always a go to and never disappoints, but we didn't particularly care for the wings of fire. The cheesling chicken was surprisingly delicious. I didn't really know what to expect at first, but the more you eat it the better it tastes. Oh and did I mention, draft beers are half off Monday through Friday ALL DAY!
