It's new so I understand that they're still getting their flow of things but nevertheless such kind people I met. Specifically Venz, Zhayna, and Malachi! All three served exceptional customer services and added to the ambiance by simply always willing to help. The interior is chill and comforting with the TVs! Venz constantly came and asked if I needed anything and even came around to crack some jokes! Zhayna was always there for assistance and truly cared if I needed anything and was zooming to other tables at the same time. Malachi was fantastic at food recommendations and amazing at detailed explanations to the food. DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON HOW CRUNCHY AND FILLED WITH FLAVOR EACH CHICKEN HAD. This place is a breath of fresh air in an area that desperately needs more diverse food options. The honey garlic chicken is amazing! Chicken is crispy, double fried, and juicy. The tteokbokki is good (although the rose version isn't really my thing). The pickled radish banchan is sweet, tangy, and bright. The restaurant is clean and the service was fast / friendly considering how busy they were. We need more Korean style restaurants in this area and reading the negative reviews on this place honestly upset me. It shows that people out here just don't understand food outside they're limited exposure and are actively keeping good restaurants from opening in the area simply because they're too basic to realize that Popeyes and Wing Stop aren't the gold standard for fried chicken. I honestly think most negative reviews are from people who were either upset waiting for a popular restaurant, paying higher prices then typical wing spots (each wing is enormous btw), or just don't like / understand Korean style chicken. I saw one review that claimed the place smelled like rotten vegetables when what they were smelling was the pickled radish banchan they make on site. This place is so in demand, but it's well worth the wait. The chicken is cooked to perfection, so no need to rush the cooks. Best chicken I had in a while and the inside is cozy and a good place to eat with your friends or even by yourself. One of the workers, Venz, was so helpful and informative. He really knows his flavors and helped me pick out a tasty flavor. Do plan in advance to get your order ahead of time since this place is so new and everyone wants a piece of the chicken. I usually get an 8 piece wing with a side of rice to balance it out. Korean Fried chicken takes longer than any form of fried chicken as it's fried low and slow to maintain moisture and create a nice crunch. So when dining in except to wait at least 10 minutes or so for your meal. This is normal and expected when knowing about the process to make chicken this way, they did not forget about you. This is a good thing, knowing your chicken is fried fresh and not sitting under a hot lamp. My favorite flavors so far are Gangnam and Honey garlic. The radish is refreshing and a good palette cleanser. Prices are fair considering how large the wings are. I wish they'd have the sandwich at more times though instead of Monday-Friday lunch specials. Besides that I'm happy about this spot even though we are over saturated in Ventura county with fried/hot chicken places as I think this place does it best. Also please allow takeout of different sauces besides hot/spicy or secret so I can throw my preferred sauce on my side of rice. read more

Gave me a raw chicken sandwich to eat, didn't offer to compensate, and instead were hostile to me and my mother, wanted to kick us out and started cleaning our table and made us uncomfortable. Didn't let me take a picture of the mistake that they made, and didn't give a receipt or a way to contact them if I become ill. The food didn't even come out in time and well, it wasn't even cooked.
