I haven't been here in a long time, but my family and I wanted some wings and decided go place an order online and pick it up. We usually do the crew pack (30 wings) You can either chose bone in or boneless. We always go with bone in. I like their lemon pepper and mild wings the most, but their parmesan wings are also good. We do regular seasoning on the fries although you can choose to add extra seasoning to them if you prefer. The crew pack also comes with veggie sticks and dipping sauce. I have only eaten inside the restaurant once and that was fine. The only thing I didn't like about eating in was that they don't have napkins and with saucy wings that can get messy! Our wings were ready when we got there and the person who handed them to us was fine, didn't interact much but it's understandable since we were just picking up our order. So this is the first time I've ever had or experienced a wingstop. To be honest I wasn't expecting much especially after seeing the reviews and what others had experienced. Considering it was a birthday request I made my first venture and it was a doozy! I knew I would have to pre order considering I was getting the 100 wing combo so I looked online and they had an option to order on the web and set a pick up time so away we did with the order with 6 different flavors and 4 large fries on the side. Arrived at pick up time and the shopping center was a wreck of chaotic parking and sketch people fresh from drunk tank release all over so that's off putting. The inside of the restaurant was a little messy with a sticky floor so they either get quite busy or lazy on clean up. Staff was super friendly and the order was being bagged as we walked in so that was awesome. The wings were ok, not horrible and not memorable but decent. The fries were really good cooked perfect and had an awesome seasoning so that's a plus. I will say the boneless options you do get robbed a bit on a few pieces that are more like crumbs not nuggets but the bone in were meaty and good. read more

Dude, the manager Sam is a dick. I had a carry-out order last week. I paid for my meal, picked it up, and went home. Turns out they gave me the wrong order. It happens, no big deal. I called to let them know and the manager Sam asked me what I ordered and said he'd put my name in a notebook and next time I come in, I can get the same order on the house since they messed up my order. I asked if I had to come in tomorrow and he said he had my name down in the notebook so whenever is good. Cool. I come in a week after the call and told the girl at the register what Sam told me. She starts looking through this little notebook, flipping back and forth over it. She asked me to confirm my name, then she said I wasn't in the book. Lucky for me, I had the receipt in my wallet still. Shows the date, my order, the whole thing. She took my receipt and went to ask her manager. When she comes back, she said my order will be ready in 18 minutes. Cool. I wait the 18 minutes. My order came out, I looked in the bag and I was confused. I asked them for my fries and the girl said they're not giving me fries. I asked her to check my receipt because I ordered an 8 wing combo that day. The guy taking phone orders came up and said their manager isn't going to give me fries. I asked him why and he didn't have an answer. I'm getting irritated at this point because they were the ones who messed up my order (and some other customer's, since they probably got my order instead of theirs). Sam the manager told me on the phone to come in and that they'd make it right. I come in, and then get treated like some beggar. I asked to speak to the manager. The neatly bundled mound of take out bags just beneath the slightly opened lid of my trash bin at the curb in front of my house revealed my family's collective lack of basic cooking skills - and hinted at the extent of our impact on both the local economy and broader environment. The garbage truck continued to heave and lurch through the neighborhood giving me and each of my neighbors the renewed capacity to collect, accumulate and discard. I anticipated the arrival of my wings, encapsulated in a steamy paper and plastic container filled with delicious sinew, sauce and bone. The beeping and whoosh of the distant garbage truck grew nearer and louder. The beast approached to claim its fetid weekly sacrifice. I think the driver's name is Bill. Trash day is more than a route and routine. It is a safety valve for our society's shared consumer habits, proclivities and appetites. Bill and the beast are a loud and necessary imposition into the quiet enjoyment of our neighborhoods. Should it fail to arrive regularly and on time, our comfortable lives would be overcome by the refuse that none among us can refuse. My neighbors and I blithely pay the bill to keep the beast in constant rotation and avoid facing the real impact of our unchecked consumerism. The beast obscures reality, cleans the slate and absolves our collective sin - house by house, neighborhood by neighborhood, and city by city. As soon as I ravenously unsealed and started to consume my box of delicious Wingstop wings, an Amazon truck pulled up in front of my house near my brimming trash bin. The frenetic driver lept from her truck and sprinted up my driveway with my weekly supply of coffee pods and dental floss in hand. She dropped the packages, spun, and was gone before I could wipe the Mango Habanero wing sauce from my face. I quickly collected my coffee pods, dental floss, Orange Fanta, and the remaining wings and moved into the house, so I that I wouldn't have to acknowledge the roaring beast now just outside of my door. As I moved off of the sun-soaked front porch and into my darkened foyer, I pondered what my reliance on the beast says about me. The delicious and spicy Wingstop meal satisfied my hunger, but a cloud of guilt crept in as I contemplated my used plastic fork, knife, cup, straw, and large empty box of chicken wings. Emptied and used, I thought, to serve as but a small part of next week's sacrifice. Admittedly, I was concerned about the negative ramifications that my seemingly innocuous food choices might have on my family, society and the environment; but I was also in dire need of a nap after consuming the entire Big-Night-In-Bundle box of wings. I'd never been so serious about making moves towards intending to potentially implement some incremental and limited changes to my life, but I'm ashamed to admit that I took that nap. I've been to Wingstop before, and it was good, but not delicious, so we decided to give it another try to see if it would be any different this time around. We ordered through the app, which is always the easier choice, waiting in lines isn't fun. The food was ready within about 14 minutes, which wasn't bad at all. We ordered a 6 piece meal and an 24 piece meal with cheese fries. The wings were good, the Korean barbecue was really the best one out of the other ones we got, my least favorite was probably the Hawaiian, it just tasted like orange chicken to me really. The cheese fries weren't that great at all, not only did the fries taste like nothing, the cheese was just so bland, it tasted like mashed potatoes really. Then as we were eating, we found whatever this was in the wings. We thought maybe it was a part of the potatoe, but we still aren't sure what it was. Went there tonight and ordered thighs all the menus are up advertising is up in store. Order was made and cc was charged. Right after people came from the back saying they didn't have thighs anymore and it's not exactly clear to me if they just ran out or don't serve them.. The cashier was visibly annoyed even though the people in the back said "don't you remember?". Had to go through refunding the cc but they didn't want to refund the card but wanted to refund in cash... This being unacceptable the card needed to be refunded. There was confusion with the cashier and another person there on how to do it. Was told that there wasn't a manager there so they would only be able to refund cash. Had to insist that they call the manager to guide them through the process. After the they didn't want to give the voided receipt and wanted me to take a picture of it. After saying no they finally gave the voided receipt. I really like Wingstop but this was just silly. I drive across town because the store on the avenue is a mess after the sun goes down and their food is horrible. Despite having a negative experience with doordash (the delivery company they use) Sam @ Wingstop completely turned my experience around. He offered EXCEPTIONAL customer service and rectified the situation promptly. I could not have asked for a better outcome. And I need not mention how delicious their food is. I am one satisfied customer from the professionalism Sam displayed. Doordash is another story...
