Before anything the service, First time I've ever been cut off so rudely while trying to order food with my family and proceeded to rush me and cut me off multiple times as I spoke with my family to make sure their order was correct. I can understand if you're frustrated or overwhelmed because of rush hour but the joint was empty aside from 1 person waiting for their food. It's unfortunate because the food was great but the service left a bad taste in our mouths on this one. Just because you may be an older employee in comparison to others doesn't mean it exempts you from treating customers appropriately. However, all the other employees were attentive and kind and made the experience much better. Shout out to the cooks though! My wife and I were on the way back home from along road trip and we decided to stop for something to eat. In the shopping center we were happy to find wingstop. They offer great combos which gave us the ability to mix and match various flavors. We did the garlic parmesan boneless and the habanero boneless. Both had wonderful flavors and were cooked to perfection. The customer service was great and the speed of service was fantastic. We were quoted an 18 minute order time and I believe we received the food in about 8 minutes. I've been to this location a few times now and owed them a review. They are a chain so they are all going to be relatively similar when it comes to the food. I love chicken strips so this place really can do no wrong. I'm a simple girly and I usually just opt for extra crispy chicken strips plain and with some ranch and honey mustard (best sauces in the chicken strip game). When I am feeling adventurous I'll get buffalo, Louisiana rub, or Hawaiian but normally I would just prefer my strips plain so they stay crunchy. The staff at this location always have been friendly and they get the food out relatively quick. Today they told us the food would be out in 18 minutes but thankfully it was more like 10. We appreciated the communication though and the hustle to get everyone's food orders out in a timely manner. Being located in the Walmart center off Rose this location does get pretty busy so that's the only downside. The shop inside is pretty uncomfortably small and with them being busy I really try not to sit inside, kind of feels like you're on top of one another. Nothing they can do about that but for that reason I usually opt for eating outside. All in all I feel like wing-stop is a pretty good chain. The food is consistent and at this location I feel like they've got their business handled. Staff are efficient, they have indoor and outdoor seating which is great, and the prices are average. My experience last night was amazing. Wingstop is a bit pricey so I'm not always gungho on going there. But it was $3 tender (2 piece) night, so I thought, "why not?" Ordered online, very easy process. We were picking up from 2 different places last night, (hey not everyone wants the same thing all the time) and order number 1 was already in the car. Went into the restaurant to find out my order was not ready. She had just called (not my phone, my fiancé's, who told her, she's in there, ask her what she wants to do, the order is for her) to say that they had run out of strips. That $3 Tuesday night special is apparently very popular. I was given the choice of a 6 piece boneless or bone in with my chosen sauce. Or half and half. I went with that. 3 boneless (classic sauce, my original order flavor) 3 bone in (mango habanero) She offered to throw in ranch for the trouble, which I greatly appreciated because my cheap ass wasn't paying $1.99 for a side of ranch... no matter how good it is. Plus I got french fries. As I was waiting for my order, another employee walked in with a box of chicken strips they had picked up from another store. Esmeralda (who I had been dealing with the whole time) said the chicken strips are here and if I wanted, she could still give me my chicken strip order. I told her that's okay... the order is already started. But I did ask if they were good, because I hadn't had them before. She said they were, and I told her then maybe next Tuesday I'll try those. Well...when I got my order, not only did it have the complimentary ranch that she put in there, but she had also put in two chicken strips (classic sauce, as orginally ordered) Did she have to do that? No. Was it excellent, amazing guest service? Yes! With me customer service is EVERYTHING. I believe no matter how good your product is, unless who represents it is top notch your product is nothing. Esmeralda single handedly made me want to return to this Wingstop. Now the food.... well I found out I really like the mango habanero (which she suggested BTW... and I wouldn't have gotten had it not been for the running out of tenders debacle) it was just the right amount of sweet to spice and it left me wanting more. I also realized I like bone in much more than I like boneless. The chicken strips were indeed delicious, but again I think I really like a bone in chicken much better. The French fries were good, but I think I'll opt out on the seasoning next time. Funny, I didn't remember them having this seasoning flavor from past visits, but oh well..no biggie. Nothing wrong with it, kind of smokey sweet BBQ ish flavor.... just not my jam... but then again I don't even like salt on my fries, so there's that. I wish I had pictures, but my fat ass was hungry, lol. Overall, this whole visit was a 10 out of 10, and 6 of that belong to Esmeralda. I'll definitely be back, and maybe even splurge on ranch. Inside is pretty small overall. Not much seating area. Some tables outside that are shared with other restaurant in the shopping center. I ordered takeout and it did take about 15 minutes for my order to be ready. Part of the order was wrong. I check the order luckily when I got to my car, brought the order back, and they did fix the order. I do like that they have a large variety of wing flavors. In addition, you can get multiple types of wing flavors per order. They do have good wing deals during the week, but I think this is a little overpriced when there are no deals. Wings themselves are good and you have good flavors. They also have a variety of different types of fries which are good. Overall, Staff was friendly. The food did take a little longer to make than expected, and the order was wrong. If you are craving wings and they have a deal during the week, not a bad option. Don't get the teriyaki and the garlic parmesan, it's not as flavorful or saucy. The lemon pepper was sour and salty and I would eat that one again. Them butter rolls though! I actually like getting food at this Wing Stop. It can get busy, so if you're in a hurry I recommend you order your food ahead online or on the phone. Otherwise expect 10-25 minute wait times. Theres a small area for dining, around 6-8 tables (2 tables seat a couple) (4-6 tables seat 4). So don't plan on bringing a huge party over. Parking can be a pain since its in the Walmart Shopping Center on Rose. & they are doing construction on that same side (heard its gonna be a Starbucks). Great, just more reason to fight for parking smh lols. I've been getting the boneless wings lately, plain, & I like trying the new sauces on the side. I don't care for having my food all drenched in sauce, esp if its the mango habanero. Oowee, now that is spicyy. Haha. They have one of those new soda touch screens w/ lots of choices of drinks. I honestly never went to this side of the plaza whenever I was in the area because I was only ever here for Walmart but I'm glad I walked into Wingstop. It's always a great sign when you see other customers and this one was packed. It's wasn't even to watch sports or anything like that. There is a tv at the corner of the store but most of the people here were just simply enjoying their food. There were also a good number of people coming to pick up their orders like I was. I thought that my food tasted great. They were generous on the sauces both with what they put on the wings and how they fill up their dip containers. I ordered my food online and it wasn't immediately when I walked in, but I was able to get it in a reasonable amount of time. It took 5 minutes to get the food ready at lunch time (Noon on a Sunday), and I ordered a 15 piece Cajun and Mango Habaneros and both were juicy, delicious (Not dry like many of the other wings I see), and really filling for a adult male. Even though the Mango Habanero wasn't as spicy as advertised, the Cajun wings are your traditionally buffalo style Chicken Wings that you can't tell until you order it, which is really good. The drink dispenser is one of those 100 in 1 drink machines that's all modern and looks like a coke machine.
