Honestly. Probably the absolute worst service I have ever received. First let's start with the restaurant itself! It's ice cold & they never turn the heaters on even if guest request it & it's 43 degrees outside! The dinning room closes at 8pm, so kids & those guest of disabilities are stuck to sit on high tables and noisy bar area only! No one seats you they yell at you from across the bar to sit in bar area only. Now service, good luck! They are not friendly & all seem to hate their jobs, our waiter literally came up to table of four of us & gave us one menu & said drink? Didn't say hi, didn't give us her name, didn't even give us enough menus! When we start to order the food after every order she would say what else, what else, what else! Then the food comes one item at a time, fry's all came first without the actual dishes! Then another 15 min goes by & the rest of the food comes & you have already ate all your fry's! Came in on a rainy Friday for late lunch. 1 server was hosting, serving , and waiting tables with help from the kitchen and bartender,so took 15 minutes to be seated. Server was nice and trying her best to cover all the tables. Lots of variety on the menu and the food came out pretty quick. The portion sizes for the sides have grown smaller from what I remember and the wing size is definitely smaller. It's a bit pricey for the portion sizes but food did come out warm and cooked well. We did enjoy it. The TVs all had sports channels on and dining area was clean. Only concern since it was raining they had buckets catching leaks inside the dining area. read more

I hadn't been to BWW in a long time! I had a gift card and wanted to use it. We sat in the dinning area. It took 20 minutes before I finally asked one of the employees to see who our server was. It turns out that 2 of the employees were deciding who to tale on another table. To be honest it wasn't even crowed. Finally the server took our order but first asked to sit down at our table cause she was tired of standing. Ordered Salt & Vinegar bone-in wings from Buffalo Wild Wings for takeout. When I got home, I realized the wings had no seasoning at all--completely plain. I went back to let them know about the issue, and instead of making a fresh batch, they took the same wings (with our bite marks on them), refried them, and added the seasoning. What we got back were extremely dry wings that were unappetizing and frankly unhygienic. This level of service is unacceptable. Quality control and customer care are clearly not priorities here. I also enjoy the potato wedges and chicken sandwiches, they're well seasoned and delicious. The service is always great, they checked on us multiple times to make sure all was well. The beers got to us in another 7-8 minutes. During that time we watched five employees standing around chatting with each other. My brisket sandwich came out quick, less than 10 minutes. The other sandwich came out at least 7 min later. The brisket was smothered in an odd tasting sauce, reminiscent of slightly sweetened ketchup. The best part of the sandwich was the bread. My partner had a chicken sandwich, which she described as tasting like fast food chicken. When I tried it, the first thought I had was that it tasted like SPAM. Chain restaurants are never good and this is the case with Buffalo Wild Wings. While the staff was amazing and vodka and club soda is hard to mess up the food just doesn't satisfy. Wings both traditional and boneless are dry and rubbery. The flavors on both wet and dry rubs are good but that just masks the poor execution of cooking. While I love watching sports of all genres the excessive screens and sizes with all different kinds of activity going on was anxiety inducing and chaotic with multiple different sounds from multiple games. After pointing this out to our server, who acknowledged they weren't the expected golden color, a replacement batch was brought out--still burnt. We waited over 10 minutes, during which she passed our table at least five times, ignoring me when I tried to get her attention. I finally had to get up and take ketchup from another table. (Our food was cold by the time I had to get up and get the ketchup)It wasn't as if she was too busy she was only attending to three tables, each with just two people. When we finished our meal, we waited for the bill, but she ignored us again, despite clearly knowing we were waiting.
