Pretty good. Probably won't be back. Very little meat for a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Fast service however the guy who helped me had zero personality. I was the only person in there even after I gave him a tip not even a smile or a thanks. I think all fast food workers need to take the Trader Joe's employee training program. Do you notice that every Trader Joe's employee is fun and happy and they smile. The fries were really good though. Not expensive. read more

After mentally going postal for the deli being closed beachside at Harbor Mart, saw that this was the next closest sub place (yes cheesesteaks count G.) Drove 6 miles inward 12 round trip (sigh) and arrived around 1130am. Small place and nice surrounding food options like Pho and Mex in same lot. I've had this cheesesteak before at the Topanga Mall in the valley, but it was like a decade ago. Plunked down $17 and change for a #2 (fountain drink unlimited, cheesesteak with mush, pepp, onion, lettuce tomato, must and mayo style which is what I like (not gonna order that processed goup of gross ass fake cheese cheez wiz ruining a steak sandwich but to each their own) and side of hefty portioned tasty fries too. Table had some seasoned salt, Tommies style for the fries. Gobble gobble, too fast for pics (sorry.) Next time will bring my pickles and make it extra-extra ordinary (yeah I'm a freak like dat.) It was delish, savored every bite. They have a great variety of chicken and wings and steaks, will definitely be back and bring friends. In retrospect, was glad the Harbor Mart was a Harbor Brain-Fart today, or I wouldve never known this location. Showed 1994 world cup penalty shootout, c'mon dudes let's get some live games if you are gonna put up a TV! 5 stars with a bullet, thank you for saving me today and my borderline fiendish sandwich craving. read more

Also got the strawberry shake super yummy and strawberry and peach lemonades which were super refreshing and you don't taste any thick syrups because they use real fruit. My mother and I ran into this place and decided to check it out. I came in today to try the old classic cheesesteak, some cheese and bacon loaded fries, one fountain drink and an extra small fresh lemonade with fresh cut strawberries and crushed ice. I have to say this order was way better than even my basic expectations. I tried the fries first and not only did they hold over time but tasted absolutely fantastic. When I got to the cheesesteak I was blown away to find crisp pickles inside. Not the sad limp ones everyone else had. Actual crisp and flavorful pickles. All of it came together beautifully. So much so that when I finished both drinks I realized this was the first time in a long time that I had anything that was worth five stars and then some. I will also admit the fresh lemonade and strawberries is so good that I am pretty sure I found my new drink for the next several months. I highly recommend trying this place. With the crazy prices hiking up as the months go by. It is nice to find an AFORDABLE place to eat that is both satisfying and fills your stomach up real nice with the proportions you get for ordering. The owner Nate and his entire staff are kind, generous and very lovely to speak with. The ambiance of the shop in incredibly relaxing. I took great care to see that the store is immaculately clean, including the fountain drink dispenser which I am sure many know can be a hard thing to keep clean. I will be telling everyone I know about this place and will be going again to try everything on the menu. read more

It was our first time at this location and we did not know about the bar/sit down area and the order up window. We wanted some food to go with our young kids to eat outside. The woman at the restaurant/bar area (bar was empty and she was standing there) told us that I guess she could take our order but to just go to order over there. No smile, unbelievably rude and just walked away. We went to the window and the young girl was on her phone. We got our food and she didn't remember our order when we went to pick it up and had to tell her all over again. We ordered hot wings that didn't come with a side of ranch. When my husband went up and asked for it, he was charged. Food was hot and good, but expensive for the lack of service, a smile and such bad attitudes.

I initially ran into some issues ordering online because the website requires at least 24 hours' notice for delivery. We considered using DoorDash instead, but catering orders weren't available there either. Thankfully, I called and spoke with Ana, and she was absolutely amazing. Her patience, professionalism, and outstanding customer service made the entire process so easy and stress-free. She went above and beyond to help, and I truly appreciated it. The food, as always, was delicious! The subs really hit the spot, the cookies were perfectly sweet, and the chips and lemonade were a great addition. We ordered the Deluxe Package, and everything was fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyed by the whole team. The food was great, but honestly, the customer service was even better. Thank you, Ana, for making this such a wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

I have learned that my personal preference is "no lettuce" as that seems to make the bread less soggy, but that just works for me. Ordering on their app is BEYOND easy and convenient, and very quick if you're busy like me. Sometimes, they are completely slammed with customers (awesome for them!) and if you need to edit something you ordered on the app, you might not be able to get through on the phone. That's the only negative thing on the Firehouse app is that you can't make comments or requests to orders. PRO TIP: Ask them to toast the bread FIRST on the garlic bread. That way it's also ^not soggy! I love Firehouse. I highly recommend and if I had to pick one of their sandwiches to try first, I would recommend the Meatball or the Club on a Sub. A zillion percent better than any other place out there, esp. Jersey M's or Jimmy J's. Those places don't begin to compare to the goodness of Firehouse. Enjoy!
