I've been here a few times, and overall we've had decent experiences- 2 other times we ordered carrot they forgot items and we had to go back but they accommodated . Tonight's order, however, was more frustrating. We placed a delivery order, and our driver forgot to deliver our two drinks. We understand that DoorDash and Wingstop are separate businesses; however, when we contacted Wingstop to report the issue, we were told to contact DoorDash for a partial refund. After speaking with DoorDash, they advised the opposite--that Wingstop should handle the refund since Wingstop received the payment. At this point, it's unclear who is responsible, and it's disappointing to be passed back and forth with no resolution. We paid a delivery fee, tipped accordingly, and still did not receive part of our order. Regardless of who made the mistake, it would be appreciated if there were clearer accountability and customer support in situations like this. We enjoy the food, but experiences like this make it frustrating to order delivery again or from this location. read more

This place ruined my damn night. They always screwing up orders in some way or another. I haven't ordered here in a while but I love wingstop when done right. I was having a bad day, wanted some good wings. I paid 50 bucks for food for ny family and it was all terrible. One I ordered 16 bone in Louisiana rub well done. First off they were ALL PLAIN!! second, they were NOT WELL DONE they tasted like boiled chicken. Same with the bone in KBBQ , they tasted like boiled chicken with sauce. I didnt even wanna eat them. Pissed me off. The fries were also not seasoned well tasted very bland , cold and soggy. The sodas were flat. Seriously, turned my bad day into a worse day. Wingstop consistently provides a great chicken wings. The chicken wings are always a good size and meaty. The sauces are fantastic and coat the wings perfectly. Wingstop offers excellent value for the quality and The Cajun fried corn is a perfect side dish. It is a must-order every time. read more

First the staff on hand gave my order to another customer before my pick up window even came up clearly without checking id or verifying the card paid with. Only then to inform me of their mistake and tell me i have to wait for my order to be remade when i didnt have the time to wait so i simply asked for a refund instead to be told ok yoy will see the refund in a week and they couldnt give me a reciept to verify a refund would be coming. When i asked for a customer service phone number i was told there isnt one and they would have the manager call me tomorrow to verify they are refunding the order it has been over 15 hours since i was told i would recieve a call tomorrow from the manager and still no call or even a sign that they care about doing whats right or even just taking care of a customer read more

I'm glad that we ordered extra food or we would have been left hungry, this was less than a child size be warned before you over pay for crumbs. We basically got bread crumbs only. Disappointed with this location. I tried placing an order through their website multiple times and it didn't go through. I went in person to place an order. The associate was friendly. When I picked up my order, I assumed everything was correct. I drove off and when I got to work, I noticed I was missing the ranch. Wingstop Rules. I order take out twice a week through their App. I avoid the boneless wings because they are made with a lot of batter. I order the 50 piece Classic (bone in) wings. Extra crispy drums only. They do not use a batter on their wings. Just a light dusting of corn starch. I recommend Louisiana Rub (dry), Lemon Pepper (dry) and Orignal Hot (Buffalo Wing). Their bleu cheese dip is amazing. Try it. Managment does a good job training the staff. Everyone appears to be in compliance with proper Covid 19 food handling procedures. Came here 2 days ago. I placed an online order around 5:00pm. When I arrived the store had a huge backlog of like 20-25 people all waiting for their orders. The wait went from 20-25min to 1hr. wingstop is wingstop and I never expect a grand meal but this location always messes SOMETHING up, I always go to this location since I live down the street. Fries are always soggy no matter what barely have seasoning. The past 3x I've placed an online order for an 8pc combo I get a 6pc NEVER fails. The first two times I let it go and just ate the food but the last time I decided to call because it's ridiculous atp, I spoke to the manager I didn't even bother getting her name but she stated "she packed up the order herself & that it was 8 wings not 6" so she basically said I was lying LOL, she either can't count or is imagining things. I ordered a ten piece wings combo to be delivered. The order was missing my seasoned fries. I contacted the store and they refused to send the rest of my order and also told me that they would not refund or credit me for the missing portion of my order. The store manager Diana stated that they would only give me an upgrade to a large order of fries on my next order which is a difference of one dollar. However they essentially stole three dollars plus tax and tip from me. Very poor business practice. I would not recommend ordering from them. read more
