It was our first time at this location and we did not know about the bar/sit down area and the order up window. We wanted some food to go with our young kids to eat outside. The woman at the restaurant/bar area (bar was empty and she was standing there) told us that I guess she could take our order but to just go to order over there. No smile, unbelievably rude and just walked away. We went to the window and the young girl was on her phone. We got our food and she didn't remember our order when we went to pick it up and had to tell her all over again. We ordered hot wings that didn't come with a side of ranch. When my husband went up and asked for it, he was charged. Food was hot and good, but expensive for the lack of service, a smile and such bad attitudes.

I initially ran into some issues ordering online because the website requires at least 24 hours' notice for delivery. We considered using DoorDash instead, but catering orders weren't available there either. Thankfully, I called and spoke with Ana, and she was absolutely amazing. Her patience, professionalism, and outstanding customer service made the entire process so easy and stress-free. She went above and beyond to help, and I truly appreciated it. The food, as always, was delicious! The subs really hit the spot, the cookies were perfectly sweet, and the chips and lemonade were a great addition. We ordered the Deluxe Package, and everything was fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyed by the whole team. The food was great, but honestly, the customer service was even better. Thank you, Ana, for making this such a wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

MOOD: It's always a…read moregood time for Firehouse! REVIEW: It was way overdue for an update for this location. I am a regular here (proudly!) -- hehe -- and the sandwiches are always outstanding. I have learned that my personal preference is "no lettuce" as that seems to make the bread less soggy, but that just works for me. Ordering on their app is BEYOND easy and convenient, and very quick if you're busy like me. Sometimes, they are completely slammed with customers (awesome for them!) and if you need to edit something you ordered on the app, you might not be able to get through on the phone. That's the only negative thing on the Firehouse app is that you can't make comments or requests to orders. PRO TIP: Ask them to toast the bread FIRST on the garlic bread. That way it's also ^not soggy! I love Firehouse. I highly recommend and if I had to pick one of their sandwiches to try first, I would recommend the Meatball or the Club on a Sub. A zillion percent better than any other place out there, esp. Jersey M's or Jimmy J's. Those places don't begin to compare to the goodness of Firehouse. Enjoy!

Added bonus - they were playing the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings on their big screen. You can tell the difference with this food being made fresh to order and it's a real treat.
