My friend put me onto this place and I haven't been the same ever since. Hubby and I love KFC so when I brought home the Honey Garlic Wings he lost his mind. The wings are light on heat and heavy on flavor. These wings have surpassed all of the KFC spots we've tried. Especially Mad For Chicken. MFC is an afterthought now. We tried bone-in Honey Garlic. We've also tried Honey Garlic Boneless and Galbi Boneless. The boneless chicken is made with thigh meat. It's juicy and the pieces are huge. It was a nice change but we prefer the bone-in wings. We're not fans of the Galbi. It was too smoky for our liking, On a separate occasion I placed an order to my job to surprise my hubby when he got home. Unfortunately they forgot the lemonades I ordered for our daughter. When I called to report it an employee told me, "oh yeah the drinks were made but I forgot to pack them, sorry." This is the 3rd time we order chicken wings in the last 5 months. I like the flavor of the wings, the box in which the chicken is packed is great as it keeps food warm and crunchy. The wings have the right amount of sauce. What bothers me me is that every time we order, the amount of dikon radish you get on the containers changes. First time i got 3 small containers last time i got 2, today i had to ask for radish and i got 1 container. This is annoying because either the employees dont know the service standards or they just dont care to follow them. Dont get me wrong, they hsve a very good product but for the price i am paying for chicken wings close to $43, there are plenty of other brands that have similar options. Would be nice if store manager would enforce customer service standards because clearly they are not doing a good job at following the rules. Its a shame because that is the fastest way ti loose customer in any business. As for placing the order, we did it vis grubhub for a pickup. This location renovated earlier this year and it looks a lot cleaner inside. BBQ chicken is probably one of my favorite places for korean fried chicken! This place is take out only and you can preorder online so you don't have to wait. Even after a 20min drive, the chicken is still super crispy & not soggy at all! My personal favorite is their golden original - might not be for everyone but I enjoy the slightly sweet and super crispy batter that is not drenched in sauce. Read a couple of review about the long wait time so we ordered a bit over a hour before we picked it up. Lucky we did because they were so busy and even after an hour our order was just prepared. It's a shame that this place literally never answers their phone. I always try to place an order on the phone because the wings take about 30 mins to make. However, they never pick up the damn phone. I watched the woman at the counter literally pick up and hang up the phone while no one was in the restaurant. Does this business not want to make any money? Was excited to see it was open since we love the one from ktown in Manhattan. I guess we're used to the efficiency of the one in the city with the grab and go option. At this location, it is not the case. They insist you order over the kiosk when you walk in even though they are all standing around. They make the chicken to order but the turnaround time is painfully long. We ordered in person since their phones were ringing off the hook and we couldn't get ahold of anyone. It took about 40 mins for our order to be ready. I think it really defeats the whole purpose of it being fresh if it takes that long, they might as well have it ready as a grab and go option like the city. Being completely honest, in my opinion the food here tastes so bad. If it was just one item that's one thing. I tried four menu items all of them were worse than if I made it at home. The chicken tenders taste like frozen lunchable microwaved mystery meat. The chicken wings taste so bland , zero seasoning and the sauce they gave tastes bad both for tenders and wings. Time wise, this place says it takes 25 to 30 minutes for one person's order. Yes...that long to make this food on top of that, I paid almost 30 dollars for tenders , wings , rings...I didn't even finish it because the flavor tasted like chalk, frozen meat,and no effort. I decided to check this place out because I had heard they have a couple thousand locations worldwide. This place was okay but it was not the best Korean fried chicken I have had. I tried the original olive oil fried chicken. It was honestly not much different than KFC chicken, except less salty and with a slight tinge of olive oil flavor. As the side, I chose the pepper munchers. These were basically like cheese munchers you find in fast food places, except with bits of green pepper in it. I also tried their ddukbokki . This is a famous Korean snack food commonly sold by street vendors. It consisted of thick, dense and chewy pieces of tube shaped rice cakes, soaked in a spicy red chili paste. One of the better korean wings places imo. The batter they use is easily one of my favorites. I usually stick with original, but have tried the sauced up ones and this restaurant definitely does not OD on the sauce. Results in flavorful wings and still retains the crispiness of fried wings. The biggest knock here are the size of the wings, all korean wing joints are stingy as hell in regards to wing size, this place is the worst offender of them all. The wings here probably come straight from baby chicklets :( FYI, the radish here is not too sweet (personal preference). Other non fried side dishes also on menu, but I dont see the reason to order those from here, didn't try them personally. Delivery packaging is as good as any other spot. Paper boxes with strategically placed vents so whatever fried goodies you order will survive the delivery trip. Speed of service is decent as well. read more

For under $10, they give you a good amount of chicken, and the rice and veggies were super filling too.
