They said it would take 3 or more hours to replace the battery unless I signed up for their monthly fee maintenance plan at 40$ a month. If I signed up for their plan, the repair would only take one hour. I asked for my battery that I paid for and I'd have the work done elsewhere as I was not interested in the monthly maintenance program. The guy then said I paid 120 for the Work in advance. The receipt does not specify what they charged me for, only says make and model of phone. It's nothing more than a shady money-grab and makes little to no sense. Won't ever go to this place again. The first time I brought my phone in for a screen replacement, the selfie camera became blurry afterward. I took it back, and he said there was dust inside. He cleaned it, which helped a little, but then the camera started glitching. A few months later, the screen had another issue, so we brought it back again. This time, we paid extra for the more expensive screen, thinking that would solve the problem. Just a few weeks later, the entire screen turned green! At this point, after multiple repairs and repeated problems, I felt he should stand behind his work and fix it at no charge. Instead, he offered only a slight discount and insisted that we pay in cash. His attitude was incredibly rude and dismissive, so we decided to leave rather than give him any more of our money. I've now paid for multiple repairs, and the phone is still not working properly. Based on my experience, I have zero confidence in the quality of his repairs or his willingness to make things right when something goes wrong. Save yourself the frustration and money. Go somewhere else, even if it costs more upfront.

I spilled coffee on my laptop keyboard two weeks ago. Within about five minutes I was getting an error message. I called around to different computer service centers the PC Service Center gave me the most affordable quote. $85 for a simple cleaning. If there were shorts and I needed new parts they would simply charge me for the parts above the $85. So the 85 was a simple flat rate for the labor on the entire job. nothing hidden. i knew upfront what all the charges would be. It turns out that my computer did not need new parts so all I paid was the $85 for the cleaning (thank you!!). This was far and away the best price. The next closest was drop zone (california location). They would've charged me $90 for a diagnostic. Then that $90 would've been put towards the repairs/cleaning; im pretty sure they would've charged me over 90 for the cleaning, tho. Everything else was much higher after that.
