Bloody thieves!!! THIS location is the stingest location when it comes to full scoops of ice cream.They have scrawny little employees who have trouble scooping the frozen ice cream.You are left with 3/4 of a scoop if you are lucky.They cover it up with lots of whipped cream. YOU DONT FOOL ME ! I get the banana royal and the price jumped to 9$ WTF for whipped cream and no rocky road.YOU CAN DO BETTER BASKIN...TRY HARDER BUDDY and I'll return. read more

We come here often, we bring our babies/kids and they love it. Employees are always welcoming and friendly, the place is clean and the ice cream is delicious! We recently ordered a small birthday cake for my dad (he's not a fan of desserts) he loved it and even had a second slice! I came in a couple weeks ago it was pretty busy and the workers there were super nice and patient. I came in to buy a cake but I wanted to try a few things since I was already there. Once you walk in it smells amazing. One girl helped me out she recommended me the Dubai bar (I did try it and it was amazing definitely coming back to get it again)!!! I believe her name was Marisa? The other girl was super sweet too didn't get her name though, she tried her best to write on the cake(props to her for trying). Definitely would love to come back to this location very clean and everything is so good and the cake was amazing. read more

Ice cream and cone/ sprinkles both tasted weird . The chocolate on the cone tasted like wax and chapstick . Also had a chapstick texture. Haven't been to BR in a long time , but yeah not itching to go back anytime soon based on the taste from this location . Definitely Would rather spend my money at yogurtland next door , sorry ! read more

This Baskin Robbins location deserves a five star review. I was in need of a cake to be made for a special event in a 24 hour notice or less and willing to pay an additional fee for the short notice. (Yes, totally my fault) I needed a miracle at this point. I've called plenty of locations in Orange County and its surrounding cities in a 25 mile radius and no Baskin Robbins had the ability to fulfill my request due to the slim time window or issues with not having a cake decorator. I was at the point of giving up until I stumbled upon 8750 Washington Blvd's Baskin Robbins. I called this location, let them know my situation and they were willing to accept the challenge. My cake was ready for me the following day early than the set time we discussed, LOVE THAT! Thank you to the owner for easing my stress. I was willing to drive from Costa Mesa to Pico Rivera to pick up the cake and drive back to Costa Mesa. I will always do business with this location from now on since I feel that my business is appreciated here. read more

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE KICKED OUT PRIOR TO CLOSING AND ARGUED WITH!! RUSHED TO FINISH ICE CREAM! My family and I came in for ice cream at 9:15pm. We went to sit down at the tables and chairs inside to enjoy our ice cream at 9:20pm. Right when we sat down, the worker told us we had till 9:40pm to eat our ice cream because they were closing up. My family and were at first rushing to finish our ice cream until I thought about it, the place closes at 10pm. At 9:40pm we still weren't finished, so I asked the worker don't you guys close at 10pm, she said yes. I said then why are you making us leave at 9:40pm. She said because that's when they have to close up. I told her that it didn't make sense and was actually rude and unprofessional because the store closes at 10pm and she wants us to leave at 9:40pm. Most places that close at their designated time, lock the door at that time and then clean up; not before- these girls obviously wanted to try and go home early. Also, I've never been told I have to leave 20 minutes before an establishment closes. The two girls were already putting spoons away and covering the cones at 9:30pm. That's bad service because if customers were to come in, how would these 2 girls help them. Then the two girls (the rudest had blue/green hair) started arguing with me from the cash register till when I sat back down at the table trying to explain why they need us to leave at 9:40pm...Which is extremely rude and disrespectful. I told them I'm not going to argue with them, I'm trying to enjoy my ice cream. I asked for the managers name and she screamed Alvin. I told her I will be contacting the manager tomorrow to let them know how rude and inconsiderate they are. I just moved to the area and will not come back here to be argued and yelled at for being right. My family and I will be going to the Whittier location moving forward. I also will be telling my family and friends to stay away from this location and will be complaining to Alvin. read more

So my coworker wanted a shake and found this location near our office. I got a cherries jubilee shake and he got a snickers shake. Took it back to the office. The shakes were a little too watery but tasty. The problem was we both got really bad stomach problems. I think it was from the milk they used. I think they either left it out or it was expired. read more

I usually don't review chains. However, I was pleasantly surprised with this BR location. We walked in and I noticed the store was SUPER CLEAN!! I really appreciate that with most of the decor being white. I have been to other locations and they tend to be on the dirty side. Perhaps, its COVID or perhaps they pay attention to detail. This location's floors, walls and glass were clean. Service was quick and courteous. The ice cream is always consistent and delicious. We appreciate BR, especially when we were able to get (3) two scoop sundaes for roughly $20. Previously, we spent over $30 at cold stone for a similar order. Plenty of value here. If I could give this location 10 stars I would. I came in to pick up a last min cake for my stepson, not his main birthday cake just a little weekday birthday celebration with his dad and I before the weekends festivities. I expected a small cake with happy birthday. I asked if they had any Spiderman decorations that I could add and the kind gentleman in the front said he would ask the cake designer since he was there. Okay...so can I preface this by saying if they said no or go find one yourself or you need to pre order that, ALL would have been justified and I would have politely purchased my generic cake and been on my way. Nothing more was needed. However the universe decided to bless me with.... JIMMY. This kind man took my order, to my specifications and produced this gem in under 30 min. WARNING! GRAPHIC DETAILS! SORRY! :-/ Just finished throwing up...literally! Let me explain! I met a few friends over here at Starbucks in Pico Rivera and we were chatting. One of my buds went over to Baskin Robbins for 2 scoops of sherbet. When he came back with it, I was enticed to get a Reese's 31 Below Soft Serve. Ordering was easy. The guy got my order right and I paid, but when I was walking back to Starbucks I noticed the lip of the lid was slightly broken off. Not thinking much of it, I just dug into it. A few spoonfuls of enjoyment when finally I felt like choking. I felt a thin half inch piece of sharp plastic floating in my mouth and then another one lodged in my throat. I started to warf a little and finally the other thin half inch piece came up. I measured out the two pieces and noticed that they didn't make up the entire area of broken plastic. When I began swallowing a bit of my saliva, I felt one of the tiny pieces still lodged in my throat! I ran over to the BR and, barely able to speak, I told the dude who made my treat this: "Hey bro, I found this in my 31 Below!" and then I showed him the two pieces of broken plastic. He looked with perplexity at the manager and he was like, do you want me to make another one? I was like yeah, sure. The manager didn't think much of it. I then started to feel like vomiting because that tiny piece that was lodged was severely irritating my throat and I asked the dude if I needed a key for the restroom. He said no, and I ran into it and started spewing. I couldn't get that piece out of my throat. I started getting a nose bleed from vomiting. The whole while I was thinking, dang it, you guys are making me throw up my yummy Peruvian food a just had and the great Intelligentsia Latte! I didn't want to make a scene with my loud ralphing, so I left the restroom with my watery eyes and burning esophagus. With weakness in my voice, I told the manager I wanted my money back. He looked confused and I was like, "dude, I might have to go to the hospital!" He then gave me my $5 and was like, "here are some gift certificates." I ran out of there and waved bye to my buds sitting inside Starbucks. Told them I need to go home and try and expunge this thing. I went home and spent 20 minutes trying to throw that stupid tiny piece of plastic up with no success! As I write this, I still feel it with each swallow of saliva! My esophagus is burning like crazy! Thanks BR! Try and be a little bit more careful with the violent blending of your 31 Below Soft Serves. I know one thing is certain...I will never go on the Supermodel Diet! read more

I ordered an ice cream cake from there earlier this month online and it was 100% hassle free. Super easy process. I chose a standard round birthday themed cake for $24.99. I could've sworn I opted for a pack of candles for 1.99, but I guess it didn't go through! Anyway, the 4 stars are for the cake itself. The frosting is delicious as well as the icecream. I chose chocolate chip flavor and it was good! But the bread was very dry. I've had cakes from BR before, but never this dry. Boo! Service is 5 stars though! The younger guy was cool and helpful. Although he did not want to hook me up with ONE candle, since for some reason it didn't come through with my order. I had absolutely no money since I left my wallet at home so I couldn't purchase the candle. My sister and I came here on Tuesday night about 8pm and were greeted by two very happy employees. The place was cleaned and felt like a good environment. The shift leader was so kind and asking about our days It looked like he enjoyed being there. Totally made our nights. The ice cream was delicious and so hot Sri go with the scoops. We ordered one regular scoop in a cup Oreos and one pistachio. I will be returning more often on Tuesdays for those Tuesday ice cream deals. read more

Great customer service !! As so as we walked into the store the girl offered us samples which my son eagerly accepted !! As soon as he was handed the sample the girl told us about the special !! Buy 2 scoops and get a free waffle cone which my son insisted he get !! She served him his 2 scoops on a waffles cone and gave both my sons a coupon to return for a but one get one free offer !! Came here for an Ice Cream cake, store was empty so I'm not sure why the cashier had an attitude. It seemed like I inconvenienced by any questions we had. I forgot to get candles and asked to add them on afterwards and she slapped the stickers on the box of my cake. Hopefully she has a better day tomorrow, no need to take it out on your customers. read more

I love this local Baskin Robbins! Every time I visit, I'm always sincerely greeted by all the employees and they are actually eager to offer samples of their newest flavors. Our visit was prompted by a good week of potty-training with our 2 1/2 year old daughter and they made it a fun experience for her and us. They made a recommendation for a flavor that was popular among kiddies and she loved it. They put it in a cup with a cone on top. We had a great time eating in the store and were so tempted to purchase one of the many beautiful ice cream cakes they have on display. We ended up bring home a quart of the seasonal watermelon ice. read more

I've had a couple incidents happen and reached out to them and the only thing they said was sorry hope we can make it better next time. For Father's Day I ordered a cake in advance only to get there and they had given my cake to someone else. Another time I went in and ordered a special advertiZed on the app and in stores they had it on the monitor and on the window and when i ordered it the workers had no idea what I was talking about, even after I pointed it out on the screen. read more

I have a problem with the young Asian guy who works there..he always gives me the smallest scoop what the heck's up with that..the girls who work there always give me a decent size scoop and so does the Montebello location..somebody ought to let this guy know if you try to cut corners with customers they'll take their business to another location that doesn't pull chicken sht stuff like that read more

Haven't craved for ice cream in so long. I actually wanted shaved ice from Class 302 but I wasn't feeling well enough for a longer drive. Jamoca Almond Fudge (3 stars) - my bff's favorite, I just had to try it. It was okay. Maybe my tastebuds haven't recovered fully just yet but I'll try again later when I got home, considering I got a whole pint for myself. *cough-fats-cough* Peanut Butter Chocolate (4 stars) - I liked this one better and of course I got a pint of it, too. $9.99 for the two pints. Good deal. It's nice to indulge here and there especially when you're getting over a sickness or sumtin'. read more

I live in Santa Fe Springs but decided to drive a few minutes further to come to this location after reading all the horrible reviews for the location off Telegraph in Whittier. I'm happy I did! Apon entry I was promptly greeted by a young man named Joel. He asked if he could help with anything and I told him I wanted a cake for my son's 5th birthday party.
