    Newly opened!
    Brandon D.

So glad this place opened up here in Pico Rivera, stopped in and got our usual amazing coffee and delicious Pan Dulce. I think this makes their 4th coffee shop now. If you're in the area, it's a must have!!

Food is great and so are the drinks. I got a hot matcha with horchata foam. My friend got the hibiscus tea. And other one got the Spanish latte. Nothing vegetarian for sandwiches and empanadas. Service was good. Friendly. Ambiance was casual. There were old school Mexican songs in the background.

Definitely not what my order looked like.

Stopped by on the day of their soft launch (around 10:30 AM) since it's conveniently in the same plaza as my gym. The place was already busy, but the staff taking orders was fast. I ordered a fresa con crema iced latte, chocolate croissants, guava cheese croissants for the family, and a single red velvet concha for myself. The pastries were all delicious. After a slightly longer wait, I received what was clearly not my fresa con crema iced latte (despite the barista checking and sticking the order label on it). I didn't want to hold up the line or cause a scene while juggling the heavy pastry box, so I took it and left. I tried calling later to sort it out, but no one answered the phone. For $6.25 on the drink alone, it was annoying to end up with the wrong one, especially because that same morning, I saw their post on Instagram and went in specifically for that drink. Pastries were the highlight of that visit. The location is super convenient for me. I'll definitely give it another try soon and try other coffee and food options. Fingers crossed for a better experience next time!

I really enjoyed the coffee, but I like the music to be a bit lower. The service was good.

New coffee spot in Pico Rivera. This chain is expanding. Located in a plaza with plenty of parking available. Definitely a plus!!!! The team was very helpful and sweet after my first visit. Pastries are fresh and delicious. Drinks are great too!!! I had the cafe de olla hot and my partner had the mazapan latte iced. Drinks aren't too sweet which is good!! Place is clean with plenty of seating available. 2 restrooms but no baby changing stations. Music playing in the background but you can still have a conversation. I'll definitely be back to this location since it is close to home. Thank you Pico Rivera loca.

Artisan Sandwich Spicy Chorizo con Papa

Was very sad to see they changed the bread for the sandwich :( the chorizo and papa is still solid but I didn't enjoy this one as much as the OG. The dessert's here are all delicious but their coffee isn't very strong. Definitely would recommend this place if you're trying to get something quick.

Guava Cheese Croissant and Cafe de Olla w/ Fresita Foam

Nice and clean coffee shop with the nicest workers! I ordered the iced cafe de olla with strawberry cold foam (last day for their Valentine's Day lineup), guava cheese croissant (so yummy!), and my mom got their hot horchata latte. Their drinks have the right amount of caffeine and sweetness!

This place just opened this week (wed) and I was excited to try its pastries and coffee. I came a Friday morning around 10:30am. It was busy considering the time. The line went by rather quickly. However, drinks weren't being called loud enough and numerous drinks were in the counter waiting to be picked up-- including mine. The sweet foam was already melting/watery and not creamy. I prefer my iced coffee to actually taste like coffee and it did, but not enough to my liking. The iced cafe de olla reminded me of the Starbucks brown sugar shaken espresso, probably due to the cinnamon. Wish it could have been stronger coffee taste; maybe an extra shot of espresso or two makes it better. The guava cheese croissant wasn't as good as I expected, even after requesting it warmed up. We also tried the tres leches red velvet cake -- oh my; it was so sweet! I'm a sweet tooth myself and found the sweetness overwhelming. Traditional Mexican pan dulce was good, nothing different. Maybe just my taste buds? In addition, Upon entering the small coffee shop; a chill, relaxing, casual ambiance awaits. Everything is very clean. There is ample seating and great natural lightning. The aesthetics are modern Mexican theme and they play mariachi music in the background. I will probably come back to try different items when the hype slows down and they improve a little more.

My first time here and everything went very well. The girls all greeted me and other customers as we walked through the door. They were all friendly and helpful. The place itself is nice and clean and in the background they'll play mariachi music that is perfectly fit. Lots of parking available in the shopping center. I ordered their iced Spanish Latte which was perfect for me; not too strong and not too sweet. I also ordered some pastries and pan dulce. My favorite was the banana cream concha. I will definitely come back for more cafecito y

    Café de olla -iced Puerquito

Friendly staff, clean establishment. Smallest selection of pan dulce. Seemed like a conscience store rather than a panadería. Ordered an iced cafe de olla and a puerquito. . Café had very little flavor, watered down coffee with cinnamon. Piggy also lacked traditional flavor, texture was so so.

Their Café Oaxaca is soooo good -- and that's saying something because I'm not even a coffee drinker lol. Somehow they converted me, at least temporarily. I'm also a huge fan of their chipotle bacon and egg breakfast biscuit. It's super tasty, but I will say you'll probably want a drink with it because the bread can be a little on the dry side. Still delicious though. Now let's talk about their chocolate-filled croissant... I'm obsessed. If you know me, you know I'm a SUCKER for croissants. Wee wee It's flaky, chocolatey, and exactly what I want in the morning. Their conchas are also really good and definitely worth grabbing. One thing I really love about this place that most people might not know is that they let you take their used coffee grounds for gardening. I've actually used them on my grass and, not gonna lie, it's helped it grow tremendously. So not only am I leaving with pastries, I'm apparently leaving with lawn care supplies too lol. Overall, great little spot for coffee, pastries, and breakfast. I'll definitely keep stopping by on my morning drop-offs.

For breakfast, we ordered a short stack of pancakes, the breakfast combo, and an avocado toast. Everything was very much like a traditional breakfast and tasted good overall, no complaints. I especially liked the avocado toast. Every place seems to have its own variation, and this one had a slight salsa flavor to it, which was actually really good and a nice twist.
