I stopped by Thursday after my microneedling session and had such a great conversation with Kassandra! She was so welcoming, friendly, and made the whole experience feel personal. I actually came across Paradizo on TikTok and thank goodness decided to stop by because the matcha is AMAZING. I tried the Cookie Butter Matcha and oh my gosh... it was to die for! What really stood out to me was that she hand whisked the matcha. You honestly don't see that anymore! It tasted so fresh, perfectly sweet, while still having that rich authentic matcha flavor. I told her l'd be back and I definitely was! I stopped by again today (Saturday, May 23rd around 7pm). I feel bad because I didn't get the names of the two girls working in the front, but they were both incredibly friendly and made the experience even better. One of the girls gave really good matcha recommendations, and the other (she was a bit taller) made my drinks and OMG... so yummy! She also hand whisked all of the matchas I ordered which I absolutely loved. Between the amazing customer service and honestly some of the best matcha I've ever had, I will definitely be coming back.. a lot! wait...I am so shocked no one is talking about this place because the drinks were SPECTACULAR !! Stumbled across this place on a whim, and it surely didn't disappoint! The Banana Cream Matcha Latte blew me away!! I'm usually super against matcha paired with fruits because of how artificial and overpowering the fruit flavor can be... however, this place proved me wrong! I guess fruit matchas DO taste good after all if it's made right! It was creamy, not overly sweet, and had a great balance of banana and matcha flavors. 10/10!! The Matcha Latte with Vanilla Cream Top was also very good! Strong matcha flavor, but I have to admit it's REALLY sweet (even for my sweet tooth). I'd definitely get it again but opt for less sugar next time. HEADS UP: they haven't changed their signage outside yet so they are still labeled as Ding Tea. l've been to Paradizo a few times already, and at this point I'm highly addicted. My wife keeps making me come here, and honestly, I can't say no to her anyway. I'm the biggest fan of their matcha. The flavor is amazing, smooth, balanced, and never overpowering. I've tried most of the toppings so far, and I'm currently on a mission to work my way through the rest. This is definitely our go to spot whenever my wife and I are craving something sweet to drink. They also have cookies and other pastries, and they're just as good as the drinks. Kassandra the owner is the best! She always has great recommendations and provides excellent customer service. She deserves a raise... and probably a break too. Every time we're there, she's constantly busy and working nonstop. Also, less ice next time. I came here after seeing this place on TikTok and it did not disappoint. My only regret was not adding boba to my drink. I ordered the Cookiebutter matcha latte and it was incredible!!! I wasn't sure what to expect but it was flavorful and perfect for the summer heat. It was worth the drive. I believe it's run by a mother and daughter duo. The daughter was so polite and kind. I was greeted immediately when I walked through the door. She was the only one working there at the time and handled the rush with grace after a few people started coming in after me. 10/10 would come back to try the banana matcha latte. I never thought id fall in love with a beverage as fast as I did with the elote latte. Lent came around and I gave up COFFEE (lattes, and coffee, espresso... you get it). I should mention I'm also a barista at a starbucks so definitely not easy HOWEVER!!!!! The amazing worker Ruby helped me pick out a new favorite addiction... BANANA MATCHA! Ruby has helped me build my perfect banana matcha time and time again, and it's not just her. Her and the other never miss when it comes to quality!
