Who doesn't love ice cream?! And 31 different flavors of it seems nearly impossible to pass up! Tonight, I had the Love Potion #31 with a scoop of the new "flavor of the month" Love Potion Dark, (which is basically an inverted version of the regular love potion) bc I couldn't decide which one I wanted initially, so I got both! Problem solved. Well....I came to the conclusion that I'm not a huge fan of chocolate ice cream. The Love Potion Dark was chocolate ice cream based, so I will pass on this flavor of the month the next time I have a craving for some creamy ice. The flavor was good though, and the white chocolate hearts gave it an interesting twist. However, my heart is set with the regular Love Potion #31! If you like raspberry, I highly recommend trying this one. Whenever they don't have Love Potion, they have my other favorite: Baseball Nut! Loaded with cashews and raspberry ribbon swirls, you can't strike out on this ice team! And making it a hot fudge sundae is a home run! The customer service is impeccable. The cashier was SO nice, patient, and helpful. AND you get a FREE waffle cone when you check in on Yelp! Awesome!! Not to mention the coupon they give you for $3 off any ice cream cake. Weird thing happened to me today, I believe Baskin Robins it's doing pranks on its customers by saying we won free ice creams and the employees are not aware of their promotions. I got a call at the store saying I won three free ice creams but the cashier didn't know anything. So here I'm, the line to order it's like the bank line, and we are not speaking of a lot customers just slow workers, they were very friendly just slow, like the movie Zootopia with the sloths at the DMV, but fine I get to place my order, one banana Royal and a cup with two scoops of ice cream, to my disappointment the ice cream was melting before I even get the chance to get a spoon, talk about eating hot cream, but I figure the owner mustn't care because not only your freezer it's not working fine, but I also notice that one of the freezer outside its not working as well, and from my view up the ceiling it seems like they were going to fall any minute over my head, and not to mention all the patches on the wall, I love Baskins Robins but please put your place together. read more

I usually have a pleasant experience at Baskin Robbins. I like to occasionally add banana to my shake and it has never been a problem in the past. When I asked for a banana added, I was told it was possible. The worker turned around and proceeded to make my shake. My mother then added a chocolate shake and asked for banana to be added as well. We were then told by the same employee that she was not allowed to add banana and she did not add it to my order (after saying she could). Another employee stopped her and said that it was possible and that a charge for the banana would be added to the bill. We had no issue with the added charge and just wanted to make our order. I must admit that I am deterred from ever returning as it seems that simple adjustments to orders are inconveniencing to the point that an employee would purposely make my order wrong and neglect to inform me. read more

As I walked in the cashier was cleaning the front area. No greeting at all which ehh is fine I guess. I figured since she didn't greet me she would AT LEAST go to the register and ask for my order. Instead she walked behind the counter & started on a different order. Again that's fine, but at this point I would have liked some kind of acknowledgement. Her telling me she'd be with me in a sec would have been good enough. The other times I've been here I've been helped by an Asian young man- he gives great service. Place is clean, products are good.. Would just like to see good consistent customer service. Prices are slightly cheaper than Downey location. That's definitely a plus read more

I've come to this location a couple of times but to place an order for a cake it's my third time. Now the first time everything was fine but the second time it was so frustrating because I placed the order on a Monday for pick up on Sunday. When I got there to pick up my cake the so called manager is getting my cake and then says he needs to charge me more for the cake... at that point I'm like why if I paid for it on Monday. So he charged me and then was rude about it and took about 10mins just trying to figure out how to do it. Then I tell him the cake is missing the sprinkles it was supposed to have and he says oh well I won't charge you for them and I'll just give them to you! Like why would he charge me for it if I had discussed it with the person who took my order to put it on the cake! I won't be ordering cakes from this location anymore because they don't know what they are doing there when it comes to management. The workers are great and nice but management there needs to get better. I did make a complaint about this and someone reached out but he seemed like he cared at first but then when it came down to it he could care less about my issues. read more

I frequently started going to this baskin Robbins and after one time of being there I kept going every time! Their customer service is beyond amazing! I always get greeted every time I walk in and feel very welcomed! Their very fast and warming to every guest meeting and exceeding many expectations. I work by a baskin Robbins, but I prefer this one their service is phenomenal, the work environment is great they're always happy to serve every guest I very much recommend this one over any other! I am always going to Baskin Robbins as my first choice for ice cream. I went in to buy my first ice cream cake ever as a gift and of course who doesn't love coupons. They are constantly giving them out. Now this employee, Santiago, is telling me he is not supposed to tell people about their app because of the coupons. He said it doesn't help their store with money and all. Well pardon me, I am not focused on how much your store makes but on the customer service. But thank you, I suppose? ZERO stars. Went here a few days ago. Was the only non-Hispanic person there although the tall, skinny female employee may have been White. Four employees there & NOT ONE bothered to acknowledge me or wait on me. They pretended to be too busy. Skinny girl just stood there & smirked at me, refused to help me. At least the girl at the register was nice. (She couldn't wait on me earlier as she was already helping another customer.) When she was ringing me up, a Hispanic man came in w/ his kid & all 4 employees greeted him & the 2 male employees suddenly weren't busy & ran over to help him. No one said a word to me when I left but they all thanked the group of Hispanic people when they left. Obvious what's going on. To the business - you just lost a customer. To people reading this review - save your $$ & go to Yogurtland a few doors down. We happened to be in the area the next day so I went there instead of BR & was actually treated like my business mattered. read more

I hardly go to Baskin Robbins but something made me want to go and I'm glad I did. I had no idea they changed owners. The service was excellent they offered so many opinions. I called this place 5 times and they didn't answer I showed up at 9:20 and the sign says open, it has the store hours and it says it doesn't close till 10. I understand closing 10-15 mins to clean early but closing 40 mins before business hours is ridiculous. I knocked on the door several times to try to inform them to at least turn off the open sign as to not mislead other customers who were also standing outside confused. They completely ignored me. That's why I'm leaving this review not because they closed early I totally get why they would do that especially with the whole pandemic but they couldn't even acknowledge my presence. I'm standing right there I'm 6'3" knocking on the glass door calmly. And they ignored me 40 minutes before closing time. That's unacceptable and me and my family won't be supporting this business any further especially with all the other dessert options in pico. read more

Please make sure to not bother with purchasing the advertisement of 50$ on here. The head cashier Cinthia didn't really know what she was doing when I asked her about it. I then asked if she could contact the manager but basically told me no that she didn't think she could enter it. If the Manager sees this either you train your staff properly or take it off so that people aren't confused. read more
