Was looking for a dessert place in the evening and came across this place. Located in the same plaza as the Superior Grocers there is plenty of parking. As I went at night the front was lit well and the sign was clearly visible. The Grand Opening sign was still up as well as a sign displaying items from their secret menu. The inside is pretty spacious, very well lit and gave a very ice cream shop vibes. The ivy decorated side wall had pink neon signs in Spanish and in the center the shop name in white neon lights above what I think were ice cream cone wings, a very photo opp worth area. Now the various treats on man, there were so many. Different flavored paletas, so many different ice cream including various Mexican treat inspired flavors like Gansito (SO GOOD). Martin was helping my bf and myself as we were the only ones there. He was so friendly and was more than happy to let us sample different flavors. He even let us store the paletas we bought in the freezer so they wouldn't melt and we could enjoy the ice cream in store. Super considerate and we were so thankful. We decided on the concha bread ice cream sandwich. We watched him prepare it, through the glass. He split the concha and scooped the ice cream, we chose the strawberry cheesecake and Gansito. Included were various toppings (I don't know if there was a limit). But you have a choice of different sauces like chocolate or caramel, different toppings like sprinkles. When I tell you y'all need to try it, y'all need to try it. The concha bread was so nice and soft, ice cream so flavorful. We picked up 3 different paletas to go as well. But there were so many flavor that I need to come back to try it all. I definitely want to try their savory treats. But if you are looking for a fantastic ice cream spot during the hot months or just looking for a treat in general COME HERE and show em some love!!!

Great service and we loved everything! All delicious and fresh they also have walls to take some picture and the setting are great! They got busy after we walk in but they were fast and professional. We went in for the Dubai crepes and some ice cream, everything was made to order and the taste was great! Definitely will come back!

    Lots of ice cream options

You won't have to stop at any other ice cream stop because of the endless ice cream options.

Tried Dubai Kunafa Crepe. It was very delicious. Pistachio butter was very fresh. Loved the combination with strawberries and Dubai Kunafa icecream with chocolate sauce. Worth trying.

Went in today 8/10/2024 for the first time and I was impressed. They have so many delicious treats to choose from especially with this heat. I got 5 paletas, an esquite, and fresas con crema. Everything is fresh and tasty. The inside has plenty of tables and it is clean. They have music playing and overall a good ambiance. Service is on point. The highlight of everything for me personally was ADRIANA's customer service and friendliness. She's really sweet and gives a list of everything they have to offer and always with a smile. It is those type of employees that keep customers coming back. There is plenty of parking even though the plaza is busy. I will definitely keep coming back.

they have the Dubai strawberry & chocolate there bomb definitely coming again

They even sold candy which I kept staring at while I waited in line. Also it is cash only so definitely keep that in mind if you're like me and never carry cash on hand. There were so many flavors to choose from and we were able to sample a few. The lady helping us was really nice and was able to recommend some fan favorites and limited seasonal flavors! I ended up going with one of the fan favorites, which was the cookie monster. I just love cookies and cream in general so this was a safe option for me. I loved the different cookie bits that they had in there! It was also really fun because of how blue it was and stained my entire mouth. Luckily I had nowhere important to be after so maybe keep that in mind as well... Overall a great experience and I get why people waited in line for it!

Recently I went to an Ice cream shop that sells their ice cream and they totally marked up the price. They wouldn't be able to pack ice cream to go. It was only limited pre-packed flavors. So I had to come back to the original store to get the flavors I wanted! Wow! They didn't disappoint! They let us sample as many ice cream flavors as we wanted! My mom was so happy to try many flavors, I was worried if they would get impatient. The young lady that helped us was super patient and nice!!! And later another young boy helped also was also super nice!! We to total got 5 pints to go, but I only took pictures of mine. The We got coffee and cookies, 2xcoconut pineapple, banana, and dark chocolate. I already have rocky road at home from the other marked up store. At Fosselman's, you can see they made sure it was fully packed that the lid almost couldn't cover it. Love this historic ice cream shop that still charge a reasonable price and having affordable ice cream!! The ambience is very cute with lots of candies for sale. We got some too! Very happy with our experience again! Love Fosselman's ice cream!!

Second Visit & Still Such a Fun Dessert Spot!…read more This was our second visit here, and once again the service and ambience were very welcoming. It's a smaller dessert spot with about 3-4 tables available, but it gives off a cozy and chill vibe that we really enjoyed. This time we got the half-and-half milk and ube ice cream with taiyakis filled with: * taro * red bean * custard * cheesecake * nutella And honestly... I was really surprised that the cheesecake filling was actually delicious! Creamy, smooth, and definitely something I'd order again. The taiyaki itself was warm with that nice slight crisp on the outside, and paired perfectly with the ice cream. Overall, such a fun spot for dessert and definitely a must-try if you're craving taiyakis and ice cream. Happy eats!

This is in the same tiny plaza as Golden Deli and Bopomofo, so parking can be tough at peak dinner time. The good: the taiyaki texture was nice and crunchy. The ice cream was smooth and not icy. The price is good for amount you get. The bad: the store was extremely cramped and hot. It's a very tiny shop so easily felt packed inside. I was annoyed when they called my order but I was struggling to get through the shop to get my order. By that time the employee had walked away. I was annoyed because when she came back she completely ignored me and handed someone else their order and walked away. I don't understand why they keep the completed orders way behind the counter if they don't even verify the correct person is picking up... after being skipped over twice I finally cut in and interrupted the other employee for my order and she was like oh... sorry it's melted. Like yeah it's been sitting there and I didn't want to go into the employee area to get it! That was really irritating. The ube flavor was bland. It tasted like milk, I did not get any ube flavor. The custard in the taiyaki was just okay. The worst part was that the taiyaki had a really off putting taste on the outside... almost like the aftertaste of margarine or something, it bothered me. Overall the flavor and service was lacking and the experience inside was not good. I was not impressed by any aspect and would not recommend this place unless you were already dining in this plaza and wanted to just walk over.

They let us sample a bunch of options, and honestly...every single one was a hit. We tried Strawberry Jamaica, Guanabana, Nuez, Green Tea Matcha, Mango, Pistachio, and Chocolate Abuelita - and WOW. The flavors were rich, unique, and perfectly balanced. Nothing was overly sweet, which made the ice cream taste even more authentic and high quality. The texture was super creamy and smooth, and you can tell everything is made with care. My personal favorites were Pistachio, Nuez, and Chocolate Abuelita, but truly there wasn't a bad flavor in the lineup. If you love trying creative, flavorful ice cream that actually tastes homemade and premium, this spot is a MUST. Already planning my next visit.

Alfonso was extremely welcoming and easy to chat with felt like I was catching up with my friend's tio. All ice cream are made in-house. We stopped by right as they opened at 1pm and Alfonso apologized as some flavors might not have set enough to be served since he came in a bit late today. He usually comes in around 5am to prep when flavors are running low. Everything we tried wasn't too sweet. Definitely will be coming back and trying other flavors! Taro -so creamy, perfectly flavored and not overly artificial. Horchata -not too much cinnamon. Surprisingly good for it being water based, just enough creaminess from the condensed milk in it. Strawberry Jamaica -if you love strawberries, this flavor is it. Paired perfectly with chamoy and tajin. Mango -so refreshing, I added condensed milk on my own and chef's kiss. Wished they offered condensed milk here! Watermelon -liked this more than the Mango, but both are good. Chamoy and Tajin paired well! Mamey -creamy but the prefect amount of fruitiness. Also sooo good. Coffee -if you love Vietnamese coffee, this one is for you. It was so strong in a good way. We topped it with condensed milk at home and it was chef's kiss. Crack in a cup.. If you don't like strong coffee, stray away. Pistachio -tons of crushed pistachio throughout. Guanabana (soursop)- favorite flavor from water based we tried. It tastes just like the real fruit. Lime -just enough tanginess. My colleague ordered this and opted for no chamoy, personally felt like it was missing something but still good on its own. We topped it with condensed milk and also chef's kiss. Vanilla -sooo creamy and good, there is depth that I can't explain. Coconut- creamy coconut milk, not artificial flavor taste. Tons of coconut shreds if you don't mind texture. But it's a bit much if you get more than one scoop.

I love that they make teas as well as smoothies and milkshake type drinks. The wait time obviously will vary, depending on how many orders have been put in ahead of yours, but usually the wait time is not long.
