That's a huge Apple Fritter !!! It is also about 1.5+ inches thick...

I stopped by J&B Donuts this past Saturday morning while on one of my early weekend shopping trips. I have read many great reviews on this place so I said, why not give it a try? The guy who helped me was friendly, ample parking, especially at 6 am on a Saturday morning. Hahaha!!! As you may have guessed, I purchased an Apple Fritter (and a Cinnamon Roll). Both were HUGE! (see picture below, that is you standard size 16.9 FL water bottle and paper plate). For only $1.55 each, that is a great deal. I got home and gave each a try; the apple fritter was good, but not great. Once again, I did not get the amount of apples inside that I was hoping for. However, the dough was soft and the two donuts were fresh. Final note, dollar vs. value, this place cannot be beat! Maybe add a little more apple to the fritter and you have yourself a loyal customer. =) Will I be back? Heck yeah, I will be...

Everything is yummy. Seriously, the donuts, the croissant and bagel sandwiches, the ice cream, the boba teas....yummy.

My friend Brian and I had some time to kill on a Tuesday afternoon before work/school. We yelped a good coffee or boba place in the area. This place had really good reviews so we thought we'd check it out. We came to this place around 2pm. We walked in to the delicious smell of donuts. I love sweets, so self control was tough. The donuts here are huge. We didn't try them, but they looked really good. They also had chips, candy, my favorite bubble gum ice cream, coffee, boba, lottery scratchers, and eyelashes because you never know when you might need to make a stop for ice cream and some nice long lashes. Convenient. Anyway, we got a couple iced mochas. The mochas were delicious and very reasonably priced. Service was pretty quick. We must've been the only people in there, but the second time we stopped by it was a bit crowded. Definitely worth the wait. The mochas are worth going back for, but I'm sure I'll give another thing on the menu a try next time I stop by. Good stuff. Good service. Close to home. No complaints here. Thanks guys.

When you ask for extra boba and they actually put extra boba this place is life.

This place is my second home. They have boba, donuts and my gym is 10 min away ( walking ) everything I can ask for. Plus they heat up my donuts, and when I ask for extra boba they hook it up fat. I spend my free time here.

Friendly service, quick drinks. Would recommend coming early as they do run out of ham and cheese often. Delicious breakfast stop!

Boba drinks are very good, better than a lot of Chinese Tea place. Flavored coffee are good as well. Variety of selections.

(Important Note: Bring Cash. There's a 75 cent added fee for card payments.) I arrived at Bumblebee Donuts (Montebello) on a weekday. Parking is EASY. The lot is HUGE, Staff is forgettable and businesslike. Staff was polite but quiet; staff quickly & tersely took my order and quickly returning to kitchen. As mentioned, I enjoyed the Chocolate Donut with Sprinkles ($1.70). It's affordable and good quality. It tastes fresh and fluffy. YUM. On ambiance, Bumblebee Donuts (Montebello) is uncomfortable. The interior is hot. And some tables were relatively clean. There's about four tables; there's an ATM machine, and there's a Lotto Scratch Ticket Dispenser machine. No music plays in this humid establishment. At the very least, I appreciated the bottle of hand sanitizer. Overall, Bumblebee Donuts (Montebello) offers affordable and fresh donuts. It's a good option if looking for a quick "order-and-get-out." It's not bad. 4.6 out of 5

It's also filled with a light, soft cream. DELICIOUS! I arrived at Old Ferry Donut (San Gabriel) on a Wednesday (around 3:42PM). Parking is simple. There's a competitive customer parking lot. And there's a city public parking lot about a two minute walk away. Staff is very friendly, professional, and welcoming. Staff maintained a bright smile throughout my visit. Staff immediately helped me. Customers can order at the self-service kiosk or counter; however, the kiosk felt very dated & the prices on the kiosk felt less transparent. I recommend just ordering at the counter. There's no penalty for using card at this donut establishment. As mentioned, I love the Tiramisu Donut ($4.95). It's not too sweet; rather, it all felt balanced. However, this is a VERY messy donut; I recommend eating this donut with a fork and knife. The powder fall everywhere, and your clothes can quickly get stained with chocolate powder. Still, it's a delicious pastry. On ambiance, Old Ferry Donut (San Gabriel) is comfortable. This business is more reminiscent of a cafe than a typical donut shop. There's customer internet with password; details on the counter. There's a gender neutral restroom. And there's an electrical outlet & outlet adaptor for devices. The location is fairly small; there's one interior table and one small counter. Fortunately, this place felt airy and well-ventilated. There's also some upbeat, fun music in this clean spot. Overall, I found unexpected joy at Old Ferry Donut (San Gabriel). There's sincere passion & hard work within these walls. If searching for a special donut for a special someone, this is an easy spot to recommend. 4.9 out of 5! Go!

Ordered a single shot espresso and the very popular butter pistachio donut. It was HUGE. I shared it with a co-worker as I knew there was just no way I alone could finish it. This thing was decadent... and totally up anyone's alley who has a severe sweet tooth. I typically do not like overly sweet things, but I have to admit, this was very good. The espresso was good and strong, and for me, a single shot was more than enough to get me through my morning. As I was the only customer in the place at the time, service was quick and friendly. I will definitely be back to try other donuts!

They offer breakfast burritos, sandwiches, hot food menu that consist of burgers, fries and the list goes on. Boba, thrifty ice cream and of course donuts. I ordered a bacon breakfast burritos. The ratio of the egg, potatoes, cheese and avocado were perfect. Taste was great but they could have given a little more of the bacon. Burrito comes with salsa that has no spice but still good. The ice coffee ehh it's okay it does its job. The ladies at the counter were just the sweetest. You can tell they have a lot regulars. They knew them all by name was I feel was just so homey. It's a great little quiet spot that I know gets busy. They're right across from RHS. I'll definitely be back to try some other items. So if ever in the area give them a visit you'll enjoy it.
