The service here is excellent. The employees are very friendly and work hard. I love the donuts here. Keep in mind, I watch my sugar, carb, and overall caloric intake per sitting and per day. So, if I am at a donut place it means I love it. Sometimes I get coffee, and I love the comforting flavor and the anti-oxidants, I have a strong liking for the coffee here. Parking is easy, there is a small lot in the back. Most people I have seen get donuts to go, so I always find parking. read more

For someone who wakes up pretty late and needs to leave early for the bus this place might just be my go to for breakfast, not only is it pretty empty but the service is so quick I dont think i spent a whole minute in there! I got the ham and cheese croissant warmed up and it was so good for the price of only $5 its such a great deal and pretty fulfilling. A great little hidden treasure in Montebello. They've go great donuts that is prepared old school. All there other pastries are fresh & scrumptious! I love their bagels & croissants. Also the ham & cheese croissant is great specially if you just want a little something. Donuts holes are good as well. Their customer service is always great! Yay this place opens 24 hour! Sadly they don't have a huge selection. Not sure if it's only at night or the whole day, we only ever came here after dinner to midnight time. I have been a customer of Miss Donuts since 2019. The owner, wife, and family have put in long hours to have the business thrive. They are gracious to all. I came home one day to find a mysterious white bag on the kitchen counter. I eyed it. Circled it. Could this be what I think it is? Donuts? I peeked inside and said "yesssss!" in a hushed whisper. My mom bought a few donuts! I immediately gobbled down the half of twist donut she'd left inside. And by gobbled I mean demolished. 'Twas finger licking good. Fast forward to the next morning and I eat my favorite, regular cake donut with the white frosting and colored sprinkles. I pull it out of the bag and the thing is COVERED with sprinkles. So jam packed you couldn't even see the frosting underneath. The donut was moist and delicious. And I made sure to eat every last sprinkle. 20 minutes ago, time for an afternoon snack.... I eat another twist donut. I eye it and notice the thing is COVERED in glaze. Not a spot was missed. This place does not go lightly on the toppings. It's a small place located in Whittier Blv. Their donuts are old school,simple, but tasteful. Environment is casual and friendly. I think these small businesses need as much support as "bigger/fancier" dessert places. If you are looking for a mom and pop location this is one of them :) read more

Fresh donuts 24/7! I bought 2 donuts and he gave me a free donut! Prices are fairly priced around 80 to 90 cents a pop. A dozen runs about $7. Cheap, fresh anytime of the day. I will be back :) read more

This place was horrible!!! Came here after reading some of the reviews. One review read, "best donut I've ever had!" Lies, these were some of the worst donuts I've ever tried. The sad part, This was my cheat day meal. Honestly I could have cooked up a better turd on my own, in the comfort of my own home. Instead, I got burnt chocolate on one of my twists. Is that even possible to mess up on something so easily made?? I think all the positive reviews are faked by friends and family. It was mentioned the staff was curious, another. The staff member we encountered, didn't even speak english. Was very rude, and did not even try to smile. read more

Apple fritters are really tasty at Miss Donut. They are pretty big so you can split them with a friend. Coffee is hot and good. Best time to visit this place is in the morning when donuts are fresh and the display is full. As the evening comes around the selection is not as good and you will be eating donut made in the am. Great donut spot in Montebello and if you are a crazy fiend like a few of my friends you can stay up till about three and go get fresh hot donuts as they come out. This donut shop has been around forever and they have never let me down. It is located across the street of Golden Ox and it is a corner spot. This is your basics donuts that hit the spot so don't go in expecting gourmet just stuff done right. read more

Solid doughnut spot. Coffee is decent and the maple bar was fresh! I noticed that they had an espresso machine, so I imagine they also do all sorts of espresso drinks too. The the service was great I walked out of there with a doughnut and coffee in about two minutes. I would stop by again if I come back this way. read more

When I called to place the order, I was directed to submit it online. I completed the online order and received a text confirmation stating that I would receive a response within two days. After two days passed with no response, I called to follow up and was told that someone would be contacting me regarding my order. Another two days passed without any communication, so I called again to check on the status. At that point, I was informed that my order had never actually been placed because a deposit was required. However, I was never informed of any deposit requirement during the ordering process or in any of the communications I received. I was then told that, unfortunately, the bakery would not be able to make the custom cake. I explained the entire situation and shared how much this cake meant to my father-in-law, as this bakery has been a special place for him over the years. Despite explaining the circumstances, no effort was made to find a solution. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes can happen. However, I also believe in doing everything possible to make things right for customers when issues arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Due to the lack of communication, misinformation, and poor customer service, I will not be ordering from this bakery again and cannot recommend it to others.

They also have great salads, other sandwiches, and soups. And they have package deals that saves you extra money. Also, have to mention, they have a great bakery, with bagels, all sorts of bread, and delicious pastries. If you go there off meal time, the parking in front of the store is usually available. During meal times, it can get pretty full, but there is a parking structure nearby, so, it's convenient and is free. The service is always really great at Panera, as they are very helpful. And the kitchen staff is really accurate and they get your food out pretty quickly. There is a board with all the current orders so you can track your order to see if it is ready. And the ordering board actually works and is very accurate, unlike other restaurants. They also give you a pager that will notify you when your order is ready. There is a Costco right across the street with a gas station, so you can get a lot done with pretty much one trip.

I get home and realize the bagels were tossed in the large paper bag with no container (per usual) or other paper bag to hold all the bagels. They're loose with napkins and other ordered items on top. Is this really the most sanitary way to give customers their baked goods? I've never had this happen before and I probably won't be back to this location. No thanks.

The employee flipped through a notebook and couldn't even locate one of my son's memberships. We left because my son's patience was gone, which is directly related to his autism. This entire experience left a very sour taste. If a business offers social recreation services through Regional Center, accurate hours and organized membership records are essential. What's even more upsetting is that I later discovered Regional Center was charged for six months of membership, even though we never attended or used the membership at all. I never signed a contract agreeing to ongoing charges. I also received a text stating the membership would not be active if we didn't attend--yet they still billed Regional Center. Also, never extended services. Between the inaccurate hours, lack of accommodation, disorganization, and billing issues, I would not recommend this business to Regional Center families.
