I am fortunate (or unfortunate depending on how you look at it) :-) to live across from this fine place! This Baskin Robbins is busy quite often, and the reasons are plentiful. Who does not like Baskin Robbins Ice Cream? It is so delicious! Most recently, I had a Peanut Butter Cup Sundae, and it was heaven! No matter how busy this location is, the staff is always very friendly. They work so hard and so quickly; however, they always maintain a smile and great service. The prices are reasonable, and I just can't find a flaw with this place. read more

I'm impressed with the upkeep and service at this Baskin Robbins location. I can count on having our family's favorite flavors available in pints to go or have it freshly scooped served to eat. We've had ice cream cakes from this location as well and they're always fresh and delicious. Although there are a few fresh faces as another reviewer mentioned, the service is still friendly and outstanding which leads to a pleasant "let's go get ice ice cream" run. We really like to frequent this location because of the atmosphere and overall service. read more

The scoops of ice cream at Baskin Robbin's are getting smaller and the prices are getting higher. I paid $4.25 for a very small scoop of ice cream. I have to order non dairy ice cream. The company has the same three flavors for a few years. How about adding some more flavors? read more

First time visiting this Baskin-Robbin location. Came in for a badly needed dessert/pick me up after a long day. I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance of the interior. It was very spacious and there was a long row of ice cream and other items on display. Also, on the other side, was a long row of freezer cases with a huge selection of ice cream pints, cakes and other ice cream novelties! By far, this location had the BEST selection of items available! That being said we got some chocolate covered frozen bananas. They were delicious! Highly recommend read more

Very friendly staff here! This is my first time going into a Baskin Robbins in a long time, and I was happy to see they had nicely decorated cakes in the display case (more than the plain ones I had seen in their freezers in the past), and they even had new additions like chocolate covered frozen bananas! My friends picked out some ice cream, but I wouldn't mind getting one of their pretty new cakes the next time there is a party. You should stop by and check it out!! read more

Ahhhhh.., Baskin Robbins.. The wonderful world of delicious ice cream! From my childhood, as far back as I can remember, I have always loved Baskin-Robbins. I remember during my teen years how my sister and I would have a banana split practically every other day. Not just any banana split but our own style banana split...(see my tip on how to properly make this). Yes... You read that right, I would have one of these for weeks on end almost every other day! I love the banana splits here at Baskin-Robbins! Not only for the memories but how delicious they taste. This Baskin-Robbins in particular seems to always be busy, and I would assume for good reason, because they have good people working there and awesome ice cream. I had a banana split today (yes I'm still celebrating my birthday and splurging a week later) and seriously miss eating this. I wish I could still eat this every other day and not have it affect my body at all. Unfortunately, now I watch my sugar intake per my counselors instructions... I would totally recommend you guys grabbing ice cream here. I would totally recommend looking at my tip and trying the banana split - Jack style. Go enjoy a sugary treat!! (Sorry I have no pictures... I got so excited, I ate the banana split before I could even take a picture LOL maybe next time) read more

COVID review. Due to the pandemic I'm hyperventilate in watching how food is handled, especially when you can't microwave ice cream At the beginning of Covid, this location would only accept credit card, as a protective measure, so to avoid handling cash or any hand-to-hand transactions. Yesterday (01/22/21) I was craving a milkshake. The customer ahead of me paid with cash which surprised me but I figured that the cashier would throw out his gloves after handling the cash and put on new gloves to serve the next person, which was me; he did not. Before he started to go and scoop out the ice cream, I stopped him and kindly told him that I had seen him handle cash and if he wouldn't mind, to put on new gloves. He was kind enough to do that. I wanted to share this so others who have a craving for ice cream, just watch to make sure employees are following protective measures for their customers. I've had several friends who have been hit by Covid; some mild and some serious. Let's all try to be safe while enjoying some of our favorite things read more

This is actually the best 31 flavors in the area. It is worth the drive to come all the way over here just to avoid the bad service, poor attitudes, and dishonest service practices (children's scoop 4 full sized price) at the OTHER locations. At THIS location, the servers are always polite, give u a decent sized scoop 4 ur money, and do their best to serve everyone as promptly as they can-although it does get crowded, lines out the door, sometimes. Keep up the good work at this location. read more

I am very sad to have to write this review. I have been coming to this Baskin Robbins for over 15 years. Today I stopped by with my children for our weekly treat only to be ridiculed by the cashier MICHAEL. I ordered 2 sundaes, a kids scoop and a shake. Please keep in mind that I visit this place weekly and order 2 cakes a year. When I was ready to pay for my order I mentioned to Michael I had a coupon from the app. Okay, he tried scanning my coupon. It was a buy one Brownie get one brownie for 99 cents and it would not go through. Oh this one is not the one he said in a very demeaning tone. I asked how was that possible if it states any sundae? "You got pound cake not a brownie sundae" pulled out brownies from the fridge "this is a brownie" (there is white cake and brownie cakes in the same container). He pointed to them as if I was stupid. Read the exclusions this isn't it. At this point the coupon had been redeemed and I could not read it. Now there's a line behind me, looking at me. I am not trying to be confrontational so I pay my order. The whole time I sat there and ate my ice cream, Michael stared me down as if I was wrong??? It is not okay to embarrass a paying customer. I honestly have never been more embarrassed in my life. Trust me the $4.99 was not the issue, his attitude was and that's why I need to give him a review to fix his awful attitude. read more

I have gone to this Baskin Robins for many many years, but during this COVID-19 days I am super impressed at how badly organized the staff is at this store. I'm so happy this Baskin Robbins opens earlier than all the other ones in the surrounding area. Every other stores open at 11am while this one opens at 10am. It's also the biggest, nicest and cleanest store around. The store is a little hard to find unless you know where to look. It's in the same plaza as the Ralph's on Foothill. The store is big and looks nice and new. They have a great selection of ice cream flavors, huge cases of over 50 ice cream cakes, mini cones, ice cream cake bars, frozen chocolate dipped bananas and tons of other items. The best part is the service. The employees are all so nice and helpful. I went in to get a bunch of gift cards for my work last time and they were so helpful. I was able to get in and out in about 5 minutes. Right now they have these turkey ice cream cakes. It looks kind of freaky but some old guys were ordering one for thanksgiving and getting a huge kick out of it. I guess it would be funny to serve it at the thanksgiving table. read more

If you are looking for a cool treat, stop by this baskin robbins. It used to be the hang out spot after going to the movies at the Pacific Hastings. Since my time, it has gone through some colorful remodeling. The lighting is better. The design inside is more appealing and modern. And, the ice cream is still as good and as consistent as ever. Plus, it's quite popular. Whenever I've gone there is a line, but they do their best to keep the line moving to keep their customers happy. I think because of the other ice cream competitors, they have expanded their menu to include new sundaes - the Tiramisu sundae is quite tasty. My favorites back in the day were Daiquiri Ice, Cookie 'n Cream, Mint Chocolate Chip, and Gold Medal Ribbon. These flavors are still around. Actually if you don't see one of the classics in the front displays, don't despair because they have another freezer located at the left back. See if you can find your flavor there. Lastly, the ice cream cakes are always a hit at a party. When was the last time, you had an ice cream cake for your birthday? read more

My wife wanted an ice cream cake for her birthday, and she loves Baskin Robbins' chocolate chip, so getting a cake from a BR was a given. I went to another location before coming here, and wow, what a difference! Whoever owns this particular franchise has way more creative people making the cakes here. There was a much bigger selection, and on top of that the person manning the counter was very accommodating when I was asking about the cakes. Being a franchise that doesn't even cook or prepare their food beyond blending and topping-scooping, no matter which location you go the stuff is gonna taste the same, so it's hard to stand out. It tastes moderately sweet, with the perfect balance of mint and dark chocolate. Another top flavor of mine is Hazelnut Cookies and Cream. I like that it is made with a hazelnut butter fudge that adds a roasted, nutty sweetness. Because there are so many good flavors, I feel like you can't just get one scoop here. My husband and I had to each get a double scoop cup. You also get a better value with the double scoop vs single scoop. There is also a fridge filled with ice cream pints that you can buy to take home.

Flavors I've enjoyed are butter brickle, chocolate chip, mocha almond fudge, pistachio, matcha, sea salt caramel, English toffee, and butter pecan. Bruster's also offer sorbet. Got here in the evening. Parking appears limited where I was parked, but I know there are more parking at the town center. Anyway, I got lucky with a close parking spot. No inside seating. Just a couple tables and chairs outside. They weren't super busy at the time. I was the only person in line. This is my 2nd time trying Bruster's. My first time was at their Rancho Cucamonga location. Nick, the staff member who helped me, was very nice and helpful. I asked for recommendations on their best flavors. He graciously offered them. Thank you Nick! I got to sample a handful of flavors... Boston Cream Pie, Sea Salt Caramel, Death By Chocolate, Caramel Macchiato, and Cinnamon. Thanks for the samples! All the flavors were very good except for the Cinnamon which I thought was very light in taste. Since I was driving, I chose an ice cream shake instead of a cup or cone. Caramel Macchiato was my pick! It had a really nice caramel flavor with coffee bean bits. I was slightly disappointed that they didn't pile up the ice cream to the top of the lid. It stopped at the top of the cup. I felt I was shorted some ice cream unfortunately. Hence, 4 stars! Nevertheless, Nick was amazing. His service was fantastic. Wonderful conversation and experience. Ice cream shake was yummy. It was finished before I arrived home. YES, I will come back to try their other unique flavors! Thank you Bruster's!

The store did indeed become quite busy at approximately 5:30 pm. However, I must say that the customer service we received was rather average. It is unclear whether this was due to the increased number of customers or if the cashier was feeling overwhelmed. Despite this, the staff remained friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our ice cream. read more

As far as I'm concerned, the only ice cream in the world is Baskin Robbins' mint chocolate chip. Ok, well, and the non-mint one, too. Not while they're ordering, and ESPECIALLY not AFTER! Crazy!!! So, I tell her we just won't be able to purchase these, and while I'm sliding my gift card back into my wallet, she peered over into my wallet, noticing a few dollar bills sticking out and loudly pointed out the obvious fact; "But you have cash!"
