I come here very often with my family and every time has been a great experience but last night was a first... I ordered my layered Sundae and in the middle of pumping the marshmallow topping the dude literally and I mean LITERALLY started digging for treasure in his ear with one finger and continued to make my sundae.. he stopped, looked at his finger, stuck it in there again and took it out and looked around to see if anyone was paying attention and continued... Didn't even wash his hands... luckily he didn't touch my ice cream with that hand but I think they all should be wearing gloves! LIKE WTF unless you want an earwax topped sundae I suggest you make sure one of the girls in the place helps you!!! read more

Of course, it's not cool to go to get ice cream at 9:58 when they close at 10...but we knew exactly what we wanted and planned to be in and out Some teenaged boy came and said "I'm sorry, we are closed" and proceeded to let a girl his own age in the other side door. She sat down and they talked for a minute or so and then she went to the counter to buy ice cream. I have the pictures to prove it. Next time, turn everyone away or turn no one away. read more

Baskin-Robbins - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Pasadena, California

This BR location is my go-to even though there are stores closer to me. The store is well maintained and clean appearing. I have a son with nut allergies and they take it seriously when I inform them upon ordering. My recent experience was amazing... Despite the recent COVID turmoil, Arman went above and beyond in making sure that my son's birthday cake was made and ready for us! It was beautifully decorated and made my son's birthday special. Thank you!!They will continue to have our business!!! read more

Cool place for yummy ice cream on slightly cold night. They are out of pineapple coconut ice cream for now (my favorite) but still best place to get any flavor you like read more

I go there to buy ice cream not knowing they're ONLY accepting cashless payments (which is ENTIRELY ILLEGAL) having the moron that worked there inform me of this as I'm paying. She could've informed me of this beforehand, or place a notice on the door so customers are aware of this. She had the nerve to get an attitude with me, and started ringing up the person behind me before my transaction was completed. They got upset because my order was on their tab. Seriously...? What an idiot! read more

This is the best Baskin Robin's I've ever been to very clean great customer service thanks to Ashlie and Lauren

I'm a sucker for ice cream and this place brings back childhood memories for me. They have their seasonals but I'm glad they haven't changed their chocolate chip and mint chocolate chip. Always hits the spot for me! read more

I'm still very impressed with the crew here, specially Stephanie, still working hard to keep customers happy regardless of the big crowd that comes in. They always greet and smile to people young and old. They treat you like family and you will leave happy. Oh btw, the ice creams are superb too. read more

Never coming here again. We do not own a printer, and they will not honor the birthday email coupon unless it's printed out. And management was rude and unbending. I would go elsewhere for ice cream. This did not make for a special birthday. read more

What does one say about Baskin Robbins that hasn't already been said? Well for starters, this is the cleanest, brightest one I have ever been to (and trust me, I've been to a lot). And the service was excellent. Really made an impression. read more

Totally lame service. The collective IQ behind the counter equates to the temperature of the ice cream.

Probably the nicest Baskin Robbins location I've ever been to. Friendly staff, clean seating area, and tons of parking.

I love this location. The staff is friendly and they always have the best and latest flavors. The store is always clean and the display cases are clean with good choices read more

Went to buy ice cream for my daughter this evening. Both female employees were rude to us. Mako helped us and then refused to accept our coupon because it wasn't printed out. Baskin Robbins please update your policy to reflect paperless coupons otherwise stopping allowing companies to promote your coupons online! read more

What a sense of relief when you can go to a baskin robins last minute, pick up a quality ice cream cake and top it off with amazing service. The staff over there went above and beyond in making sure I got the right cake. Not only that, but they put the names of the celebrants on it with love and passion. Very beautiful! Shout out to Araceli and the rest of her team for making my experience very well! read more

I still call this place 31 flavors and look forward to smelling that distinctive icey, ice cream smell they have at every location. It's hard to explain but that smell takes me back. I have a feeling they changed their ingredients because a scoop just doesn't sit well with me anymore. Maybe it's just me. read more

The cashier was really friendly to us. We wanted to get a sample so she kindly let us have one. The cappuccino blast was delicious and my kids loved the ice cream. Their favorite flavor was Cotton Candy. Summer is coming, so if you have time after lunch stop by here. read more

didnt like the vibe in this place...my friend and i walked in and already we felt the weirdness...the employees just stood there and stared at us while we were looking at the menu...only one chick had enthusiasm and asked what we wanted...and while she was helping us..some guy come and stands next to her and stares at us without sayin anything. no smile no nothing. turns out he was the cashier...my friend ordered a cappuccino blast and i got the oreo n cookies...and they both tasted exactly the same..wtf?? all in all...the whole experience at this place wasn't what i would've expected at all.... read more

I always like BK for ice cream and the cakes. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at any BK. I always leave happy and satisfied whenever I have an ice cream fix. Love the banana royale. I also love that they are so generous with allowing you to sample multiple flavors. Staff is always friendly and patient. read more

Friendly and efficient service, good selection, decent prices and great ice cream! 5 Stars!

They have a great selection of cakes in the store. The girl that helped us even went to the back to see if there was a design we liked more than what was out in their display case. It's also a pretty decent sized store, unlike most BR. read more

31 flavors...need I say more? Classic American icon. I grew up with it. Always satisfied with the choices. Quick, efficient service and generous servings. Within vicinity oc my neighborhood Ralph, so whenever I go grocery shopping, I always makes an effort to stop by! read more

Love this location as opposed to the ones closer to me. Always friendly service. Came in on the 31st and there was enough staff to help whoever came in, my family of four came, not to mention they helped each other serve! Keep up the great team work ! read more

What a terrible service they have. I have given this place so many chances but from now on I rather drive to Santa Anita mall to get ice cream than go to this humiliating experience of ordering ice cream at this place and dealing with unprofessional teenagers who throw cones and scoops around, on the counter, on the floor, then serving kids with the same scoops.! Plus not to mention the horrible attitude that they have, very sad unpleasant experience read more

This is a nice Baskins - roomy, clean and the service is cordial also. I've been eating at various BR's since I was a kid, and over the years, they have remodeled, but the ice cream is still as good as I remembered when I was just a child. read more

Can't go wrong with Baskin Robbins. This one is very clean with booths and seats to choose from, the staff was smiling and friendly, and the ice cream was cold, solid and full scoops. read more

Staff is awesome! Even when they are swamped they always greet you with a smile, tell you they'll be right with you and then make yummy drinks or desserts when it's your turn, Love this location! read more

I came here to buy a milk strawberry milkshake and from the moment I went inside I felt welcomed. There was a girl and a guy working. They were both very nice. They both had smiles on their faces through out my visit. Place is very clean. The milkshake was really good. I definitely recommend people to try their milkshakes. read more

Very friendly staff. The shift manager, Lauren, was very patient with my daughter while she tasted lots of flavors and then had a hard time deciding between a cup or cone. We will definitely come back to this location because our experience was so good. read more

Came in today, and James was AMAZING. Alex was sweet too. They both helped me out with what my five kids wanted. They were very patient and made it an awesome Wednesday! Will be back. read more

The worst customer service ever! There was 4 people , and 3 of they were just standing there looking stupid knowing I was waiting to get helped . I waited for 10 moms until the one who was busy finished and helped me ! I would never go back !! read more

I like to think I'm a connoisseur of Baskin Robbins as I am a mocha blast-a-day kind of person. I've been to every single BR in the Pasadena, Arcadia, Monrovia area and this location is by far the best. The manager is awesome, always quick to take customers' orders and fill them efficiently. The store is always immaculate and the staff is friendly and helpful, even when they have a rush of customers. Their cake selection is fabulous with lots of creative choices and certainly within a decent price range. They offer frequency cards for the shakes and blasts (buy 5, get the 6th free) and have gift certificates available which a lot of BR's simply aren't able to carry. I also enjoy the modernization and up-to-date look that this BR offers. It's consistency and efficiency is always something I can count on. read more

I went to baskin in Robbins with my family (group of 10) and I waited in line for more than 15 min. waiting for them to take my order. The play asked me THREE times are you ready, we said yes, and she took off, all three times. In the end all my family got mad and we left. Good job for loosing 10 customers bask-in-Robbins. Also when she was refilling the ice cream cartons her hair ACTUALLY went in the ice cream. DISGUSTING. In the end, JUST DON'T GO; if you want shitty service, disgusting ice cream bask-in-Robbins is the place for you. read more

Use the coupons from the local paper to save some money. This place is packed on a super hot day in Pasadena.

I'm very disappointed that this particular B&R could not honor my birthday coupon email that had a barcode on it. The cashier said she could not accept it & needed to be printed. This felt very old school to me. They made no effort in accommodating. Customer service could have been a bit better. Won't be returning there anytime soon. read more

I'm a kid, so I was holding back the temptation to get a scoop of Wild n' Reckless and settled for a soft serve cone. I'm glad I did.
