A women and her two kids were already waiting, after about 10 minutes I ask how long they have been there for and she said 15 minutes already. They end up leaving along with SIX other people who came and left. We decide to wait to just REALLY see how long it would take, after 30 minutes we go to the back door see if anyone is there and sure enough a girl says she so her break. Then takes another 5 minutes to come up. THIRTY FIVE MINUTE BREAK. Absolutely ridiculous . Went in for 1 small scoop for my son, there is a lady that works with very short hair and must be a manager because she's very rude to customers and employees. The way she talks to the other workers is horrible and the workers are kids. She also makes the customer feel rushed. I watched her help one customer and then sit on her phone while the other worker had a line out the door. She then just walked out leaving 5-7 customers for one employee alone. This store used to be fun to visit but the poor teenagers never look happy anymore to be there. Not sure if ownership changed or what but something needs to be done to fix this store. Love the location of this BR, but the wait in line is horrendous. They need to schedule extra staff for days that school is only half day as well as for regular after-school hours. We waited in line for almost 30 minutes because there was only one staffer taking multiple orders. This is my favorite ice cream shop in the area by far. You'd expect it to be boring seeing as how it's a chain but the EMPLOYEES, Zack in particular, really elevate the experience. I came in mainly because I had a free scoop coupon. Zack was very accommodating allowing me to add my scoop to my 2 scoop sundae- cause let's face it if your going for Baskin Robins why not go all the way. Since he knew I was taking it home to eat he kindly put my hot fudge syrup in a separate container so it wouldn't melt before I could eat it. It worked perfectly. Today was my first time into this location and I was blown away by the uniqueness of their flavors: raspberry sorbet, Oreo and cake, Oreo and chocolate, and so forth! And best of all, no angry teenager workers...just one lone older male worker on a pretty busy Wednesday morning. But this lone worker wasn't mad that he was alone...he was friendly and warm! He greeted everybody who came into the store, patiently asked all 5 kids in our party if they wanted more samples and never rushed us or lost his smile. Pretty standard-issue Baskin Robbins here. After school or after soccer games, you'll find crowds of kids here with harried parents. If you want a chocolate milkshake, ask for the chocolate fudge ice cream instead of the regular chocolate ice cream - it makes for a richer shake. Not a fan of a business not just closing earlier than their listed time on Google, Yelp & their premises but also after having called 20 minutes earlier to double check that even in these tail end of covid they are in fact open till 10pm and the listening weren't just remnants of pre-Covid era hours. I get it. I've worked in restaurants and I've even worked in retail so I get the frustration when you've had a long day and it's gotten slow and you wanna go home early or at least on time but someone shows up 14 minutes before you're officially off and you just know they're gonna make you stay late... No wait, that doesn't apply at an ice cream parlor in a time when dinning in isn't an option and there is still 14 minutes till the door is to be locked and all customers should be out. I know it's ice cream, so what's the big deal right? Here's the thing I get it, I totally get being done after a long day & trust I disliked the last minute customers too. Except it took another person checking my behavior toward their showing up so close to closing to get me to change my attitude. Someone opened my eyes to the fact that I don't know them. They may have had a bad day or something that prevented them from coming in earlier when it was more convenient for us. I didn't know them or their lives so I couldn't judge em but what I could do is look at the fact that I had a job and by taking that job I agreed to do that job a specific hours 5 days a week and that I needed to treat every customer no matter what time in my shift I interacted with them with gratitude for their patronage at my place of employment because it was their hard earned money as well as that of all the customers that provided that business the necessary funds to pay my salary. So yeah it just ice cream but when you're hotter than usual and miserable because you're on yet another round of chemo and you're finally able to get to the thing that tastes good to you when you feel like living death and are so hot both externally and internally you've been anticipating 9:30pm come because that's when you're means of transportation will be home so you can get that one thing that might give you even just little comfort only to pull up to the Baskin Robbins at 9:47pm and before you can take the key out of the ignition an employee previously behind the counter rushed to the front door so as to turn their key and lock the door essentially saying that despite the time listed on the building, Yelp, Google, the companies website and the mobile app was in fact inaccurate as this location clearly closes at 9:47pm a fact that must have slipped their mind as well only to have been reminded not when I called earlier to check the time they closed since I was assured it was ten but when my car pulled up in front of them. So maybe I'm over reacting or maybe I'm frustrated cause I'm still hot at no point tonight will I get that moment of contentment I would've gotten when I had a bowl of rainbow sherbet and while I could go to the grocery story and gotten one of the little Baskin robins ice creams they sell but it doesn't taste the same maybe it's all in my head but they taste drastically different and it the real thing I wanted. So if I'm over reacting I apologize i guess I'm just tired of the universe giving me the middle finger over and over again this time using Baskin Robins employees to do it. read more

Then asked what ice cream I wanted in the cone then when everything was done I made sure to ask again if the ice cream an cone was free by holding it up an saying this is free right? An they said yes. That was the third time I confirmed it was free cuz I thought 25 for a few thing was a little expensive. Turns out they charged me 3.99 for the one scoop an the cone was free.
