My wife, my self and my 4 year old grandson go to this Baskin Robbins one or twice a week. I can't say enough nice things about the whole crew but especially a young man named Zacaries. Excellent customer service and a great personality! read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Tonight is my grandson's birthday and this is the second time they've screwed up our order. Showed up today to pick up the cake at no cake. This is the worst Baskin-Robbins ever. read more

Ever since the change in owners it has gone seriously downhill. They never have waffle cones and their scoops sizes are ridiculous. Go to the one on Oak Grove and Treat it is excellent and it is owned by the previous owner of this pathetic Baskin and Robbins on Clayton Road read more

horrible! the bald lady was so rude to me and ny son! she gave me aggression and altitude. this is intolerable and non respectful!!! her music was also blastsing! she also had scooped the wrong flavor and flat out refused to rescoop hers! i asked for refund and then she threw the tips at me. there were only pennie's in there read more

They do not serve milkshakes anymore so I was told, they were rude. We arrived at 9:21 and they told us and had a sign posted on the door that they now close at 9:30. We were rushed they were rude and the ice cream was mediocre at best. It also smelled like human vomit in the place. The lights were half off and everything was covered. No toppings no milkshakes read more

The staff was awesome! So friendly and really great attitudes. I left in a great mood after talking with the staff (:

Answer your phone! We've been calling for 2 days multiple times during business hours.

I have been to this ice cream shop quite a few times since it is very close to my house. And my experience has been good every time. The flavors seem always fresh and delicious. My latest favorite being the STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE which is cool and creamy. Service is also prompt and polite generally. This is my go-to place to satiate my unexpected ice cream cravings. read more

Second time we went to get baseball nut ice cream and second time they didn't pack the container. Don't go there. They are ripping people off. Will drive to Oak Grove now. Don't mess with peoples ice cream!!! Super light in weight. Aren't they supposed to weigh them?? read more

Today came and there was sign saying closed for 15 minute break so we decide to wait. A women and her two kids were already waiting, after about 10 minutes I ask how long they have been there for and she said 15 minutes already. They end up leaving along with SIX other people who came and left. We decide to wait to just REALLY see how long it would take, after 30 minutes we go to the back door see if anyone is there and sure enough a girl says she so her break. Then takes another 5 minutes to come up. THIRTY FIVE MINUTE BREAK. Absolutely ridiculous . Whoever manages or whoever the new owners of this place needs to find reliable staff, because who they have now is doing nothing but losing them valuable money from customers AND from paying employees who don't obviously care. This baskin Robbins has went DOWN hill after it sold to new owners read more

If i could give this place zero stars i would. Upon entering i was greeted by the overwhelming smell of sewage. Everyone working looked miserable as would i in those circumstances. I can only imagine the serious health concerns that must come with whatever is causing it. Wouldnt recommend going here given the complete lack of concern for their customers as well as their own employees well being. read more

Went in for 1 small scoop for my son, there is a lady that works with very short hair and must be a manager because she's very rude to customers and employees. The way she talks to the other workers is horrible and the workers are kids. She also makes the customer feel rushed. I watched her help one customer and then sit on her phone while the other worker had a line out the door. She then just walked out leaving 5-7 customers for one employee alone. This store used to be fun to visit but the poor teenagers never look happy anymore to be there. Not sure if ownership changed or what but something needs to be done to fix this store. The smell is horrible too, it should smell like ice cream but the smell is almost like rotten food. read more

The best service! Super friendly workers and quick at making orders! Cares about customers and very quick with their jobs!

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter's 8yr old birthday party. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told they overlooked my order and they did not make the cake. I was only offered a refund, nothing was done to try to make things right. I won't be back. read more

Love baskin robins on Clayton road. Always fast and the employees don't complain like other ones I've been to. They are also clean and following the covid rules pretty good and Dominic always seems to be in a good mood and helpful with any questions. read more

Love the location of this BR, but the wait in line is horrendous. They need to schedule extra staff for days that school is only half day as well as for regular after-school hours. We waited in line for almost 30 minutes because there was only one staffer taking multiple orders. I'm giving 2 stars instead of zero only because the young man behind the counter kept the smile on his face the entire time. Management needs to amp up the service, or we'll be taking our business elsewhere. read more

Best customer service I've ever received. Used a coupon and I got helped by a chill employee that went out of his way to make our experience memorable. Thank you! We appreciate your help read more

This is my favorite ice cream shop in the area by far. You'd expect it to be boring seeing as how it's a chain but the EMPLOYEES, Zack in particular, really elevate the experience. I came in mainly because I had a free scoop coupon. Zack was very accommodating allowing me to add my scoop to my 2 scoop sundae- cause let's face it if your going for Baskin Robins why not go all the way. Since he knew I was taking it home to eat he kindly put my hot fudge syrup in a separate container so it wouldn't melt before I could eat it. It worked perfectly. My sundae was perfect, delicious and EXACTLY how I wanted it. We'll be back. read more

The service was good! The guy behind the counter was friendly and speedy! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the ice cream was melted and had flaky ice pieces. Not sure if it's old or just not frozen. Couldn't tell. Otherwise a good experience. read more

This store should be removed. Since the change if owners it has become horrible. The customized cake are amateur at best . Their customer service as far as the managers is ridiculously stupid. Do not buy from this place , it is dirty . In fact I would say it's disgustingly filthy. This store is located in Concord California on Clayton Road . Again I cannot encourage you enough not to purchase from this store. Any other store in Concord is wonderful . I personally witnessed two people that had ordered customized cakes complain. One right after the other when they looked at their product was disgusted and the only thing the managers said was oh well . The owner's last name is Jimenez . Corporate will surely be notified of these actions and the filth that was there . I actually walked out . read more

Baskin Robbins is Baskin Robbins right? 31 Flavors for overpriced ice cream served by teenagers who hate their jobs and lives, right? Today was my first time into this location and I was blown away by the uniqueness of their flavors: raspberry sorbet, Oreo and cake, Oreo and chocolate, and so forth! And best of all, no angry teenager workers...just one lone older male worker on a pretty busy Wednesday morning. But this lone worker wasn't mad that he was alone...he was friendly and warm! He greeted everybody who came into the store, patiently asked all 5 kids in our party if they wanted more samples and never rushed us or lost his smile. Again, Baskin Robbins is Baskin Robbins but this one wins for its customer service! read more

Terrible experience with this shop. Just went to get some ice cream with a line out the door and the employees spent more time gossiping than taking orders. Also we're blasting inappropriate music that was so intolerably loud two customers ahead of me left the shop. Employees were also not wearing gloves. Over all this place was disgusting and unprofessional for a business read more

The lady with the short red hair was extremely rude, she was passive aggressive to us when we were trying to look for an icecream . The best part was when we were trying to get a sample after buying a cake and the same lady wouldn't bother to let us sample them. So we wwiref for a good 8 min to get someone's attention. I hope she gets more training in customer service , people ate here to have a good time and she definitely killed our vibe. read more

Always out of the same ice cream. (Gold medal ribbon). This was never a problem with the old owners. This is a very popular ice cream and should be stocked for that reason. Two weeks in a row and several attempts later, they are out AGAIN! read more

Clean and friendly every time I come here Recommend they get the Green Tea ice creams read more

Although I love myself a little B&R, I cannot believe the prices at this location! $7.99 for a large shake or smoothie? Are you kidding me? $3.00 for a single scoop of ice cream?!?!? What's going on? I'm all for a business to make a profit, but this location has serious greed issues! I'm definitely not coming here again. The location downtown Concord has way better prices for the exact same stuff! read more

Pretty standard-issue Baskin Robbins here. After school or after soccer games, you'll find crowds of kids here with harried parents. If you want a chocolate milkshake, ask for the chocolate fudge ice cream instead of the regular chocolate ice cream - it makes for a richer shake. I learned that lesson at this location, but you can apply it to whichever BR you visit. read more

Just stopped in for a few scoops and a cappuccino blast to go. The guys working there were friendly, fast, and took extra care In insuring that I was happy with my order. It's nice to see people who actually care while they are at work. I'm glad I ended my day by stopping in and grabbing an order from the positive and thorough people there. Baskin robins has been apart of our community for so long, it's good to know they still take pride in their quality. read more

The staff at this store were extremely nice and welcoming! I love ice cream but try to limit how often I eat it. The next time I'm having a hankering for ice cream, I'm going to this particular location! read more

Very friendly staff working there during COVID-19. Got my kids their ice cream to go and they boxed up the items for me for easy transport

Rude employees, filthy tables, ran out of bananas. How does a Basking Robbins run out of bananas?

It's nice to be able to still go into places and get friendly treatment, especially during these crazy times. Dominic was a delight and super helpful! Recommend this place if you're looking for a treat with friendly service read more

Love Baskin Robbins praline and cream. Friendly service at this location, too, and open for a late scoop till 10 on Sunday. 5 stats!

I love this place. It's so cool to have this store close to home. The ice cream is always great and service is always friendly!

Loved the service there, super nice people and good ice cream! I think her name was Justine big shout out to her for the big smiles!

My mom and I came here to pick up a birthday cake for my little cousin and they did an amazing job on her Disney Princesses cake. The cake was, like always, super sweet so I didn't quite enjoy it but it seems like she loved it so that's all that matters. read more

Has ice cream always been this pricey? I spent $15 on 4 adult single scoops and 2 kids scoops. Hmmmm. But on a cold, below freezing temp nite I was determined to satisfy my ice cream need!! After being duped out of our ice cream at our sushi dinner spot (Thanks My Sushi), we headed here for some pick me up. A great choice for the kiddies as you can imagine their faces upon walking into the store. So many flavors to choose from how can you decide?? I applaud the worker with his patience and kindness bc when dealing with kids at an ice cream store it can be a headache. Ohhhh ice cream!! Vanilla w/m&ms, Mint Choco Chip, Cookies&Creme, Jamoca Almond Fudge and Caramel Praline :) Note: $1.99 on Tuesdays for single scoops on waffle cones!! read more

Not a fan of a business not just closing earlier than their listed time on Google, Yelp & their premises but also after having called 20 minutes earlier to double check that even in these tail end of covid they are in fact open till 10pm and the listening weren't just remnants of pre-Covid era hours. I get it. I've worked in restaurants and I've even worked in retail so I get the frustration when you've had a long day and it's gotten slow and you wanna go home early or at least on time but someone shows up 14 minutes before you're officially off and you just know they're gonna make you stay late... No wait, that doesn't apply at an ice cream parlor in a time when dinning in isn't an option and there is still 14 minutes till the door is to be locked and all customers should be out. I know it's ice cream, so what's the big deal right? Here's the thing I get it, I totally get being done after a long day & trust I disliked the last minute customers too. Except it took another person checking my behavior toward their showing up so close to closing to get me to change my attitude. Someone opened my eyes to the fact that I don't know them. They may have had a bad day or something that prevented them from coming in earlier when it was more convenient for us. I didn't know them or their lives so I couldn't judge em but what I could do is look at the fact that I had a job and by taking that job I agreed to do that job a specific hours 5 days a week and that I needed to treat every customer no matter what time in my shift I interacted with them with gratitude for their patronage at my place of employment because it was their hard earned money as well as that of all the customers that provided that business the necessary funds to pay my salary. So yeah it just ice cream but when you're hotter than usual and miserable because you're on yet another round of chemo and you're finally able to get to the thing that tastes good to you when you feel like living death and are so hot both externally and internally you've been anticipating 9:30pm come because that's when you're means of transportation will be home so you can get that one thing that might give you even just little comfort only to pull up to the Baskin Robbins at 9:47pm and before you can take the key out of the ignition an employee previously behind the counter rushed to the front door so as to turn their key and lock the door essentially saying that despite the time listed on the building, Yelp, Google, the companies website and the mobile app was in fact inaccurate as this location clearly closes at 9:47pm a fact that must have slipped their mind as well only to have been reminded not when I called earlier to check the time they closed since I was assured it was ten but when my car pulled up in front of them. So maybe I'm over reacting or maybe I'm frustrated cause I'm still hot at no point tonight will I get that moment of contentment I would've gotten when I had a bowl of rainbow sherbet and while I could go to the grocery story and gotten one of the little Baskin robins ice creams they sell but it doesn't taste the same maybe it's all in my head but they taste drastically different and it the real thing I wanted. So if I'm over reacting I apologize i guess I'm just tired of the universe giving me the middle finger over and over again this time using Baskin Robins employees to do it. read more
