Every time I come out here it gets better and better. Everyone is so welcoming and has great customer service.

The cookies are not quite cooked enough. They need just a little more time in the oven in order for the butter and the sugar to blend and to create the lovely caramelized flavor that cookies are known for. I'm not talking about wanting burned cookies. Their cookies (at all locations) are consistently underbaked. My child has been given their large cookies many times by other mothers traveling with her team throughout the greater Bay Area and she has shared a taste with me many of those times. Besides being underbaked, the large cookies are much too big for one person to eat in one day and we shouldn't be contributing to the youth obesity and health crisis by pretending that one of those large cookies could be a reasonable portion for any human being. read more

I had a gift card that somebody gave me to Crumbl cookie and I used it and what a fun experience! OK first off I'm just gonna say it right out. It's not cheap. However it is cheap when you consider that you're bringing a cute box filled with cookies to an event and everyone is so excited! I was really lucky because the guy that was working tonight was so kind and so helpful. I ended up getting the mini cookies I got peanut butter and jelly which was my favorite and was so good, strawberry shortcake, which was good, chocolate chip, which was great and Tracie's favorite , Dubai chocolate, which was excellent, birthday cake, which was Vikki's favorite, and the brownie cookie, which was Michele's favorite so everybody had a favorite. The shop was really cute and clean, but I was surprised it didn't smell like cookies there. I highly recommend going especially when that guy is working. He's so kind. read more

Came today (Thursday) and ordered chocolate chip cookie thins not realizing it was a flavor from last week. The cookies completely fell apart and had a stale flavor so I'm assuming they sold me cookies that are a week old. Gross. Was shopping in the area and came by to this Crumble store to get a cookie. Located in a shopping center, there was not issues with parking. As you walk in, they have a display of cookies that are on the menu for the week, which is Monday to Sunday. You can self-order at the two terminals on the right side, but the clerk took my order at the counter since there were no other customers. The cookies are $4.99 each with discounts in packs of 4 and 6. After I ordered, she said my cookie would be ready in a couple of minutes. She got a cookie from the oven and placed it in a pink box and handed it to me. My Semi-Sweet Chocolate chunk cookie had chocolate chips within the cookie and nine square chocolate pieces on top. This was a moist cookie and chocolate lovers would enjoy. Glad I finally got to try a Crumbl cookie. A good place for a tasty and warm cookie. read more

I live in LA, so suggested we stop by this location while visiting family in Walnut Creek. 8:14pm and this location is WOEFULLY understaffed. At over 18.00 for SIX cookies, I expect more. Please get it together at this location because many people in line with us have already walked out. We're very close to getting a refund and doing the same. There are 23 people in line with TWO people working (one at a snails pace). Milk and eggs left out on the counter, trash bins overflowing. If we don't get sick after eating here I'll be shocked...if we don't leave this hellscape before then. *UPDATE-We got home with these 18.00 half dozen magical cookies we waited an hour for and, surprise, they're not even close to what we ordered (see photo). Can I give 0 stars? I ordered 6 dozen mini cookies from Crumbl's website for my son's bar mitzvah party. Despite getting a confirmation they were delivered, they never arrived at the event. After an exhaustive search, the cookies were found the next day in another building, completely inaccessible during the party. When I contacted Crumbl, I was told it was DoorDash's fault and refused a refund, even though I paid Crumbl directly for the cookies and delivery. DoorDash actually showed more empathy than Crumbl but confirmed the problem was with Crumbl who I paid $200. A Crumbl manager even said to me "whats the problem, you got the cookies the next day?" They also told me that the Doordash driver tried to call me three times despite that I had zero missed calls. The most accountability they offered was a free box of cookies. This was for a once-in-a-lifetime event, and Crumbl not only failed to deliver but also failed to take responsibility. Very disappointing customer service. read more

I saw this new location listed as Walnut Creek which is technically correct but it is in the heart of Rossmoor and so close to Lafayette and Moraga. Their cookies are so good! Even though it is a new location the staff knows what they are doing and they were so fast and friendly. We will definitely be back! read more

I've been a Crumbl fan since I first tried them at work in 2021. At that time, the closest location was in Brentwood. One can only imagine how excited I was when the Concord and Walnut Creek locations opened! I've been to both and the Walnut Creek location wins hands down. Here's why: 1) Parking is SO easy - OMG it took me at least 15 minutes at the Concord location to find parking tonight. I decided to head to WC as I knew I would be able to find parking quickly. Word to the wise: avoid the Veranda unless you want to spend more than 15 mins looking for parking. Don't get me wrong, the Veranda has some great spots (including Crumbl). However, I don't love spending more than a few mins looking for parking. If you're craving Crumbl on a Saturday night and hate finding parking, this location is your spot! 2) Service - both times I've been to this location I've been the only customer in the store. The employees who helped me are friendly and efficient. While I never had bad service at the Concord location (because I went on a Tuesday afternoon, I think), I believe it is more crowded during peak hours. Oh, and both times I've been complimented on my koala shirt! I had the M&M tonight and the Oreo last month. Both are my faves! As long as I live in the area, I will be loyal to this location! read more

So I already know I'm not going to be popular with the fan boys, but here it goes. I love cookies, who doesn't? My first ever encounter with the Crumbl phenomenon was yesterday. Never had heard about it at all prior to this. O had the semi sweet chocolate chip cookie. Yes, just one, not to 4 pack, or the dozen. It was hot out, like 105°, and it was a little to gooey for that temperature as we went outside. It was good, not great. I know fan boys hold on. Upon getting home where it was like walking into a closet on the sun, I put the cookie in the fridge The next morning, after being in the fridge, it had more structure and was quite good. Just not sure it is $5 cookie. Also, this bad boy is 100 grams of net carbs for 1 cookie. I don't consume that many carbs in 7 days. OK here comes the hate..... I make a much better chocolate chip cookie at a fraction of the carbs and insane hit and wack to the pancreas. I did not try the other cookies offered that day 'cause I'm just not into cake batter or strawberry milk cookies. People's, yall'z really need to consume this in moderation. If I could give a zero I would, based on the non existent customer service received at this store. I ordered a box of 12 mini cookies through the Crumbl app to be delivered to my friend's house as an early Christmas gift to her kids. I also wrote a Christmas message to go with it. My friend received the delivery and sent me a picture of it. It was not at all what I ordered! I called the store and told the employee what had happened. She put me on hold and a man got on the phone (I'm assuming it was the manager). This man proceeded to tell me it was not their fault, it was Door Dash's fault, no apology at all. I said that I made the order through the Crumbl app, not Door Dash, they use Door Dash for delivery, which is not my fault. His response was, "I never said it was your fault." I asked if he would help in the matter by giving me some sort of refund since my bill was more expensive than what they delivered and he said, "No". I called DoorDash and they were apologetic, but couldn't refund me, because I made the order with Crumbl, she said Crumbl was responsible for the refund. Horrible customer service from this store, it needs new management, someone who understands the concept of good customer service. People like this give Crumbl a bad name. read more

We needed something sweet after eating in WC, so we stopped over in Rossmoor for some cookies. Surprised to see they were open til 9pm, with hours soon to be til 10pm. We received a friendly greeting from two young women who were hard at work shaping cookies. We ordered a 4-pack from the kiosk: Brookie, Semi-sweet chocolate chip, milk chocolate, and the raspberry danish. We got our cookies quickly and dashed home to eat our still warm cookies. Closing at midnight gives us sweet-toothers that opportunity. As soon as you walk in, you can tell it's set for straight up business like all the other ones I've been to. An iPad or server to order from, a short line to fit maybe 8 people, a small section for a pickup window, no tables inside but big baking section paints the picture that it's strictly for pick up and go. Every time I visit this location close to closing, the portions seem noticeably smaller. Last night, I ordered a butter cake that had very little whipped cream on top. The cake itself was half the size of those I've seen in online photos, and the presentation was disappointing. The whipped cream was poorly applied, as if done without care. A few weeks ago, I had a similar experience with the toffee cake. It came with so little icing and topping that I felt it didn't match the advertised product. I've been a fan of Crumbl Cookies since the company started. I was obsessed with it when I was still living in San Diego, I would drive out 20 min even at night just to get my Crumbl fix. This newish Crumbl location is in the Tice Valley area. It's across from the new Savers store. I've been here twice already in the last month. The menu changes every week so make sure to download the app to check what the latest offering is. My first visit I got a Sea Salt Toffee cookie which was bomb, I wish that was a regular flavor. Last week I got a carrot cake cookie, when I opened the box I saw there was a hair baked into the cookie! Yuck! I had to go back inside to get a new one, but it was quickly replaced. Crumbl cookie in Concord is a consistent way to satisfy your sweet tooth. Not all cookies are my favorite, that's why there's so many to pick from. The sugar cookie with pink icing is my personal favorite and almost always available. However, the chocolate chip cookie tends to be a bit flavorless IMO. Be prepared to wait a while as this location tends to be very busy. There is very little interaction with the workers since you typically order online or at a kiosk. read more

I was very disappointed by the Tres Leches cake because it was soggy. It was sitting out when I got there and it wasn't cold but he assured me it was not sitting out long. I put it in the fridge and ate one bite the same day but it was too wet. The lemon cookie tasted like alcohol in the middle (the kind used for disinfection) and when I reviewed the ingredients online alcohol was listed and not in the flavoring but as a stand alone ingredient. I threw out the cookie because the alcohol flavor was strong. The only reason I'm giving two stars is that the first Tres Leches cake was great. read more
