Far and away the cleanest and roomiest BR I've ever been in. They have the dollar kid cups here, but only for bubble-gum ice cream or vanilla soft serve. The dollar kid cup policy seems to vary by BR location. Limiting your kid to bubble-gum or vanilla soft serve is a bit cruel, I think. The Todos Santos Concord store lets you pick any flavor. The Aptos BR has never heard of the dollar kid cup. read more

Horrible service. The people working there were rushing me and did not have good attitudes. They also had just gotten my order wrong and I called to let them know if there was anything they could do and one of the female workers told me no and then they had the manager calling me back once I hung up the phone on her. Their workers need to be trained better and know that a customer is always right instead of arguing over the phone. read more

Yay! I'm such a fan of this Baskin Robbins. It's always my go-to place to get ice cream cakes for my kids' b-day parties. I don't know why I'm always such a procrastinator, but I'm always dashing in on the DAY OF the party. Their selection of on-the-spot cakes is fairly large with popular ice cream flavors plus good color schemes, and they're always so accomodating. I usually come here, pick out the cake I need, give them the verbiage for the top of the cake, and then go to pick up some other last minute items from TJ's next door. Then by the time I'm done, my finished cake is waiting in the freezer ready for me. All that's left is to personalize it with the party's theme -- usually we do this with a separate cake topper and candles. It's one less thing I have to think about beforehand. Just attempted to go pick up some ice cream to enjoy at 930pm and the employees decided to close early for no reason and disregarded me when I knocked on the door. The establishment claims its open until 10pm, but this is the 3rd time this has happened within 2 months. Please fix the leadership and fix the lazy employees who close early. read more

I went to pick up some ice cream with my two daughters and the woman that was serving us I believe her name is Haddi ? Had the worst demeanor I asked her if everything was OK and she just shook her head and someone else took her place. I asked if they had a manager at the location and they said no they didn't ! We're new to Walnut Creek and I love Baskin Robbins but I will never go there again apparently her coworkers weren't impressed with her service as well. We flew into town and went to get ice cream at 9:22 pm online it says it's open until 10:00 pm. And they were closed .

The last two visits I noticed the ice cream was not good, and doesn't taste fresh. My last visit in particular I ordered a milkshake and it was the worst milkshake I've ever had. It had no flavor. I got a Jamoca and cookies n cream mix and couldn't taste either flavor. It was so washed down with whatever they mix in it. On top of the bland flavors it's definitely over priced in comparison to other local spots. Most likely not returning to BR again. read more

I haven't been to baskin Robbins in a while and will not going about any time soon. I took my two grand nieces and the person waiting on us was rude and very unhelpful. I ask to purchase a bottle of water and Noah insisted that I get the water from the cooler in the store. When I told him there was no water in the cooler, he kept insisting that there was and for me to look again. I asked that he give me a bottle in the cooler behind the register but he wouldn't. All this trouble for a bottle of water. I just told him to forget it. Then, he finally offered to get the water and i told him to forget it. It was ridiculous, not to be able to get a bottle of water when there was one just a foot away. BR needs to work with their employees on their customer service skills. read more

Love this place! I usually go to the Baskin Robbins in downtown Concord but I'm glad we stopped off at this one on Oak Grove and Treat. I went to get a treat for my kids after their game and Jamal assisted us. He had my kids cracking up, joking with them and even asking them about their game. They also liked his hair lol. So I have only been to this Baskin Robbins twice and I live very close, so I am actually quite proud of myself for only going there those two times. I am a huge fan Pralines and Cream so both times that I have been there I got that as one of my scoops and it was great both times. I cant remember what else I got the first time but this last time I got mint ice cream as my second scoop and boy was it good. You want an excellent Hot Fudge Sunday, Jeanette at Baskin and Robbins (Oak Grove and Treat Blvd in Walnut Creek) made me one of the best Hot Fudge Sunday's I've ever had. My hubby and I usually visit this location often, this past Sunday the "guy" behind the counter at about 2:00 p.m. was so RUDE! My husband wanted the Jamocha Fudge, but it was absolutely MELTED..my husband asked him " is that melted" and the RUDE worker said "it was earlier" what the heck??? "it was earlier" why they heck would the ice cream be melted in the first place and is it really sanitary to return melted ice cream back? I visit this location quite often and have had nothing but great service and even better ice cream products. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The products are competitively priced and I have gotten my money's worth every time. They are super sweet to my daughter and she loves to visit the ice cream shop. The store is clean and is usually filled with the sweet aroma of freshly baked waffle cones. They keep a good selection of ice creams available and seem to have a good rotation of new flavors. I cannot say enough good things about this store. The kids that work there are all good kids working through college so I always throw a buck or two into their tip jar. I've read the bad reviews for this place and I find them to be outlandish and false. I have never, NEVER, had a bad experience at this location. I have seen the employees have to deal with problem customers and they handle each situation professionally and courteously. I hope this store keeps up the great work they have been doing and keep serving awesome ice cream for many years to come. read more
