We'd been taking care of our Sweet Granddaughter for five days and she'd been asking for ice cream. The timing hadn't been right - too late after dinner, etc. On our last day together, we were asked asked again for ice cream or gelato ("no froyo"). We picked this location of Baskin-Robbins as it was on the way to her parent's house. She tried a couple of samples before picking the flavor she wanted to go with. They only had two non-dairy flavors for me that day. I seem to recall that they used to have more options in the past, more like four than two? Once Dear Hubby also selected his flavor, we ordered five small portions to go. We also took ice cream home for the parents of SG. SG pushed the envelope by having gummy worms and mini M&M's added to her ice cream. She was in 2nd grader heaven. Everyone was happy to have this capper to the weekend. My Daquiri Ice flavor wasn't quite what I'd originally had in mind, but it was cool and refreshing. The young lady who took care of us was very friendly, helpful, and patient while everyone decided what they wanted. We will return to this location in the future, I'm sure. We always shop at the Trader Joe's next door and decided to treat ourselves to some Baskin after today's crazy work day. We got a small cookies n cream cake to take home to satisfy our craving and I also got a small cappuccino blast which I haven't had since I was a kid! My mom and I always used to get it and it really brought back memories. Deliciously made and the workers were friendly. I was craving a milkshake, and one of the things I love about Baskin Robbins is that they can turn any of their ice cream flavors into a milkshake. One of my favorite flavors is chocolate fudge, and I must say it is AMAZING in milkshake form. This location has tables indoors if you prefer to enjoy your treats there. I took my wife here after we celebrated our 2 years wedding anniversary at a restaurant nearby. I also wanted to use our T-Mobile Tuesday coupon so it was just the perfect day. I found parking easily since I came at night and most of the other stores already closed. This Baskin Robbins had a line, I think other people were using their coupon as well. When it was our turn to order I got the chocolate chip in a cone and my wife got her rocky road in a cone. When it was time to pay, I wanted to use the QR code from T-Mobile but they said family night single code discount was already applied so I couldn't use it. Bad customer service! Came in to get 3 quarts of Rocky road . They had 0 left told me to come back tomorrow or Tuesday when they get more. Btw the refrigerator was empty maybe 5 prepackage ice cream left . When I asked them if they can sale me one quart at price of prepackaged one since they are out they told me NO! My lady friend loves their ice cream cakes- and they actually have cake in them!- so we end up getting those pretty frequently for special events... or events..or Tuesdays. Personally I'm a milkshake fan-anything that allows me to eat without chewing- and that is generally what I get here. They actually make a pretty thick shake, none of that runny nonsense, and if you get a flavor like snickers you end up with a decent amount of candy crunch. It can often times be busy/there can be a line which is the worst- I'm here to drink 5 lbs of ice cream not to mix with the unwashed masses of deploreables- but there isn't much you can do about that. read more

i ordered a custom cake for my brother's birthday, and my mom asked me to leave a note asking them to not add a border to the top of the cake so it didn't cover the edges of the custom photo. when i came to pick up the cake, i realized they in fact leave a gap between the photo and the edge to avoid the frosting from doing that. i mention that i WISH i didn't add the note about the border to the gentleman who got my cake for me, since it wouldn't have covered the image, and he immediately offers to add it if i wanted it! he asks another guy, who then comes over and adds the frosting for me. it came out beautiful, and i really appreciated the great customer service from the moment i came to the moment i left. i wish i remember both their names to thank them directly! read more
