We always shop at the Trader Joe's next door and decided to treat ourselves to some Baskin after today's crazy work day. We got a small cookies n cream cake to take home to satisfy our craving and I also got a small cappuccino blast which I haven't had since I was a kid! My mom and I always used to get it and it really brought back memories. Deliciously made and the workers were friendly. I was craving a milkshake, and one of the things I love about Baskin Robbins is that they can turn any of their ice cream flavors into a milkshake. One of my favorite flavors is chocolate fudge, and I must say it is AMAZING in milkshake form. This location has tables indoors if you prefer to enjoy your treats there. Really fast! We came in with our kids after soccer practice and we were in and out in what felt like 5 minutes!

I took my wife here after we celebrated our 2 years wedding anniversary at a restaurant nearby. I also wanted to use our T-Mobile Tuesday coupon so it was just the perfect day. I found parking easily since I came at night and most of the other stores already closed. This Baskin Robbins had a line, I think other people were using their coupon as well. When it was our turn to order I got the chocolate chip in a cone and my wife got her rocky road in a cone. When it was time to pay, I wanted to use the QR code from T-Mobile but they said family night single code discount was already applied so I couldn't use it. The lady was very nice and accommodating to is.. She said they have other cakes available inside if we don't find anything we like in their refrigerator and counter. There are plenty of employees which is great because even on a Wednesday night at 9:00PM this place was super busy! Bad customer service! Came in to get 3 quarts of Rocky road . They had 0 left told me to come back tomorrow or Tuesday when they get more. Btw the refrigerator was empty maybe 5 prepackage ice cream left . When I asked them if they can sale me one quart at price of prepackaged one since they are out they told me NO! i ordered a custom cake for my brother's birthday, and my mom asked me to leave a note asking them to not add a border to the top of the cake so it didn't cover the edges of the custom photo. when i came to pick up the cake, i realized they in fact leave a gap between the photo and the edge to avoid the frosting from doing that. i mention that i WISH i didn't add the note about the border to the gentleman who got my cake for me, since it wouldn't have covered the image, and he immediately offers to add it if i wanted it! he asks another guy, who then comes over and adds the frosting for me. it came out beautiful, and i really appreciated the great customer service from the moment i came to the moment i left. i wish i remember both their names to thank them directly! read more

They actually make a pretty thick shake, none of that runny nonsense, and if you get a flavor like snickers you end up with a decent amount of candy crunch. They made me disclose what my medical issue was in front of a full store of customers. And the owner made a face when I told her what it was. Every time my family and I visit Tara is extremely welcoming and helpful whether we need help with making a cake order or picking a topping to go well with a flavor. I'd say this review is more for Tara than the establishment because other employees along with the "manager" have been rude in the past.
