Every now and then I'll pop into here while at the Northridge mall. It's a cute candy shop with a wide selections of candies and sweets. Right when you walk in you're greeted with nothing but candies and more candies. Besides all the amazing truffles and beautiful individual treats enclosed in the glass case, there's so much to choose from. The colorful creations all look similar but is different in its own way. Same same but different. Beside the counter, each section has its own treats. From rice crispy treats to chocolate, gummies, cotton candy, and so on. There's even a big selection on pezz dispenser. If you know about these growing up, it was a fun little treat. I tend to pop in and check out the international treats as they do carry some of my favorites. Of course the prices are pretty steep but with international treats, it's a given. There's so many package candies on display as well as candies by the pounds. Whatever your craving is, the kid in you will alway come out when you come in here. Also it's so colorful what is major eye catching. read more

I stopped by this Lolli & Pop to refill my jar that I got when they first open. The price to refill the jar is very reasonable. I really like the dinosaur gummies that they have here so that's what I filled up my jar with. A worker from when I first came here, showed me the trick where you push down the gummies in the jar to make as much space a possible so you'll get more gummies so that's what I did. The customer service here was great when I was here tonight, there was only one lady working. read more

I went here on Jan 29. I love that they sell universal yums, a candy subscription box. I got the Mexico box. The cashier was efficient when charging me for the universal yums box. It was well lit inside and pretty empty. I was the only customer inside, people weren't there when I went in the afternoon. read more

Spent a warm day staying cool inside the mall. My son wanted some gummy worms. Stepped into this shop. First off, from the outside to the interior design and decor, this place looks incredible. It's self serve. They have plastic bags you can fill and pay by the weight. The place is very sterile and clean throughout. Believe me when I say I checked. They have just an incredible assortment of hard candy, chocolates, jelly beans, licorice, lollipops, etc. It's what every candy shop should be. My son wanted a few things. I grabbed some milk chocolate covered raisins. Cashier was not as friendly as she should've been. I'd definitely recommend and I'll definitely patronize them in the future. read more

Lolli and Pops has been one of my favorite candy shops since they opened. I can say that I have been to most of the locations in LA and I had great experience in all of them. This store has a variety of candy/ chocolates. They have a self service selection in the store. They have plastic bags that you can fill the bag with your desired candies and pay in the register. They are priced reasonably. They also have a variety of candies/ chocolates from all over the world. Chocolates from Switzerland caught my attention since it had a nice packaging and looked so yummy. I forgot to take a picture of it. This store is very clean and well maintained. Every time I visit, it's really clean and organized. This store is located inside the mall, so parking is not an issue. Disappointing experience due to poor staffing and absent management Stopped by this small candy store over the weekend and was really disappointed with how poorly it was staffed--especially considering it was a busy day at the mall. There was only one cashier working the entire floor, and she was clearly overwhelmed trying to help multiple customers, answer questions, and ring people up all at once. When I finally made it to the counter, I asked if she was working alone, and she told me her manager was in the back. Honestly, it seemed like the manager had no intention of stepping in to help. Watching one employee struggle while the person in charge just hides out is frustrating--not just for customers, but it's also unfair to the worker who was doing her best under the circumstances. The cashier deserves credit for staying composed, but the lack of visible support and leadership really ruined the experience and it has happened more than once. Management needs to do better--especially on weekends when foot traffic is obviously heavier. read more

"Diabeetus!" Willy Wonka would have a small stroke if he were to walk in here. They have sweet and sour gummies, jelly beans in flavors like buttered popcorn and cream soda, chocolates like salted toffee, peanut butter malt balls and birthday cake cookie dough bites. They also have a mouth watering selection of cake pops, huge chocolate cups filled with s'mores fluff, peanut butter, as well as truffles in all flavors. Lolli & Pops is de-lolli-full! This sweets shop inside the Northridge Fashion Center is one you definitely must support and try. The customer service is personable, kind and attentive. They greet and assist every single person in the store while still keeping up with best health and safety practices including a "we serve you" policy rather than the traditional self serve you pick and scoop your own pounds of delectables. We took a few extra minutes to pick what we wanted before checking out to make life easier for not only the two awesome L&P guys on duty, but for ourselves as well. Rafa, the guy who helped us out most is super chill and very helpful! I was surprised at all the vegan friendly treats clearly marked as well as the dairy free and or gluten free chocolates and candy labeled throughout the entire store. They layout is super easy, spacious and extremely well keep. Aside for candy Pops also has pop... Mostly in the form of novelty soda with unique flavors like bacon soda, but also root beer, ginger beer, cola,lime and Duff (orange flavored energy drink, safe for all)!! Definitely stop in for something sweet for yourself and others asap. A lot of great pre-packaged goodies here as well including great stocking stuffers and gifts year around. read more

This candy store has been inside the Northridge Mall for about 4 years and this was my first time inside. It's fun to be a kid in a candy store at times. They have lots of different themed candies from around the world. Did I feel like some of it was overpriced? Yes. However that's pretty typical for a candy store. I asked the associate for some of their top seller treats and she showed me a cookies and cream cake pop which I got and it was delicious. My family and I have been shoppers of Lolli and Pops since they opened and the customer service has always been wonderful. Well today my family and I went in hoping to use our points for some free treats, unfortunately all of our points had disappeared in their system, luckily I hold on to all my receipts so I showed the young lady working Jacky and she did a great job of helping me with this situation she contacted management and got a speedy response. This is my favorite mall candy store and I always get excited to see one of their locations pop up! Service is wonderful and I really love their selection of gummy bears, you instantly turn into a little kid again mixing up a bag of goodies for yourself. I am OTT happy that Store Manager Brenda was so helpful by telephone today and was willing to help me get the L&P gummy bears I have had on my mind since March, when I bought a container at a gourmet shop in the San Francisco airport. There are no L&P stores close to me, all more than 1.25 hours away, and while that is not like, 3 states away; in my busy world, it has not been possible to visit one of their locations in all this time. But, I so wanted to buy more of these -- I have never tasted any gummy bears quite like these (and I have tried them all!) -- they are so full of flavor, and long-lasting when you eat them -- you don't have to eat them by the handful to be satisfied, a few at a time is perfect. Consequently, I have been trying to make the 10 ounces I bought in March last for the past 3 months, and it was working, but last week, it became clear that I had to get an additional supply, as I am down to the last four! Brenda understood, and placed a phone order for me, and she is shipping them to me this week! She was so kind by phone -- I so hope to meet her in person one day -- a very cheerful lady and one who truly understands her brand's customers and products. I'm so sad to say that I will no longer be coming here often. They raised the price to $8 now it is no longer $5 for refills. I understand the concepts but I think it's really not worth to buy a refill for $8. I would understand $6. If you come here to buy candy, it's more for the novelty and the design of the store. The Asian candies at this store are drastically increased in price (about %400 Mark up). The chocolates don't taste that good either. The only redeeming candies at this store are their gummy bears. read more
