I can't even tell you the last time that I've had a Cinnabon or even been to one. It's not something I crave but we just happened to be in the mall and it was on the way back to the car. This location, inside the Northridge mall across from the food court. It's actually a nice location as it's somewhat of the food court location but not. It's a corner spot so it's an open layout. There's a couple of tables and chairs but there's also the food court if you need more seating. First off, I didn't know that they had other sweets beside Cinnabon. That's says how often I come here...lol... Behind the glass, you could see the sweets being prepared. A good amount of staff working away in prepping what everyone loves. Rolling, arranging and glazing the goods. Besides them, there were cookies, different types of Cinnabon, also minis available. There were even churros which I would have never guessed. I just wanted one just to snack on. But when did it cost over 8.00 for just one. Prices have gone way up from the last time I've been here. I know they also sell them by half dozen and dozen. Seating: plenty of seating inside, as well as outside (located in the Northridge food court). Food/Drink selection: Plenty of selections to choose from in both areas. This Cinnabon has been open in the same storefront since I was in elementary school, so it's a bit nostalgic to return and order a cinnamon roll from them. Like many others, the prices have increased but in comparison to its competitors I found their prices to be similar. They have a lot of different options and you can also purchase your order online to skip the line. I ordered a classic roll and the bon bites that come in a pack of 4. I don't really see the savings considering the bon bites are about 50 cents cheaper than the singular classic roll but to each their own. Still, the quality is just as amazing as I remembered it. Also, no recognition no let me handle this persons order and this one's coffee and this one's this and that be right with you, no. Nothing. We ordered an original. It was soupy and swimming in cinnamon sugar goo, that was undercooked, raw dough and it was disgusting. Not to mention they used to slather the cream cheese frosting on. There was barely a shmear. Unfortunately, the Cinnabon at the Valencia mall closed so we went to the Cinnabon at the Northridge mall. They're really nice.

I usually enjoy Cinnabon, but this visit was very disappointing because of the customer service. The staff was rude and unhelpful, which really ruined the experience. A smile or a little courtesy goes a long way, especially when people come in looking forward to a treat. The cinnamon rolls themselves were good, but the negative attitude from the employees made it hard to enjoy. If you're looking for a sugar bomb loaded with enough calories for 2 days worth of eating, look no further! As a kid I loved Cinnabon. Now that I'm in my late 30s, I still love the taste, but I just can't eat a full cinnamon roll. It's just too rich/too much. But that's fine. They will last a day or two so I just eat half one day and then stick the leftovers in the microwave for a few seconds later for wonderful leftovers. As a whole, however, I feel like the rolls are $1-$2 too much. I wish they could find a way to lower the price down just a tad. Since most of the food here is remade, any line will move quickly. They are also always making/cooking more so chances are you are going to get something made recently. Staff is very friendly. They do a great job of both moving the line along and giving each customer their own time at the register. Eating area is small, but nice/clean. You can always take your food a few steps away to the mall food court eating area as well so you will absolutely have somewhere to enjoy your sweets if you are choosing to eat it right there on the spot. This Cinnabon has come quite a ways and I had a way better experience on my recent trip. I walked up looking for something to take to my office the following day and a female employee who sadly I did not catch the name of, let me know about the special Christmas boxes available with regular sized cinnabons, mini bons and others. I took a moment to check them out and chose a minibon set that had 16 mini bons for about $14. The cashier was also friendly in asking if I needed anything else. We used to get the Cinnabon Stix things but they're just not the same! They're not that great and would prefer just a classic roll. If I'm feeling the extra, I'll go for the pecan bun. This is the worst place for customer service! Managers please educate your cashiers, If you are closed they can let the customers know they are closed instead of making bad comments. You cannot buy a fresh Cinnabon box at this place. You can order 6 fresh Cinnabon individually and pay for them individually and they will put them in the box for you. However, they will charge you for each individually and they have no problem with doing that as long as they don't have to honor the price that they've advertised. read more

I don't know how to begin. One of my favorite places since I was a kid has totally done a 180. I never knew politics would effect an establishment like this. I wasn't allowed to sit with my 4 kids at this location. Store is run by a rude manager and horrible workers. This stems from upper management. Not only are the rolls horrible but the customer service has taken a dive. You're better off getting the Pillsbury rolls from the supermarket. Probably will taste better.
