I don't know how to begin. One of my favorite places since I was a kid has totally done a 180. I never knew politics would effect an establishment like this. I wasn't allowed to sit with my 4 kids at this location. Store is run by a rude manager and horrible workers. This stems from upper management. Not only are the rolls horrible but the customer service has taken a dive. You're better off getting the Pillsbury rolls from the supermarket. Probably will taste better. I've always loved their cinnamon rolls. Growing up my mom would occasionally pick up a box of cinnamon rolls to take home. This was a special treat that I'd enjoy cause the mall was about an hour and a half from us. So these rolls have been a long time favorite of mine. I've tried the Pillsbury cinnabon rolls and they tastes nothing like cinnabon. In fact I didn't like them at all. Cinnabon just knows how to make the perfect roll. Cinnabon is always better fresh. If you're lucky you can get a warm, fresh roll to enjoy there. If you take the roll(s) to enjoy at home be sure to reheat them because warm cinnamon rolls are the best! Sometimes I'll grab a drink from cinnabon. I recently tried their red velvet hot cocoa, which I enjoyed. It had a nice rich chocolaty flavor. Quick review; not as mind blowing as I remember it as a kid. But still good. Maybe I was just young and easily impressed. I was at this mall shopping, came across Cinnabon on the corner, said to myself, 'self, let's start the day off right: healthy, nutritious, and off course totally bs myself. That's where cinnabon comes into play. I got the mini I think it was. Or was it the medium? Oh who knows, they gotta always complicate things! Honestly, it wasn't as moist and gooey as I remember it being. Granted it's been like 20 years since I ate one of these. The formul may have changed, or maybe I have. It was alright. A-Ok as Yelp calls it. Soild 3. But I can imagine these straight out the oven being amazing. I may have gotten a batch that's been sitting. What more can I tell you, it's a cinnamon roll. We've all had it. But Cinnabon does do a good job with all the components. The dough is not over cooked, it's actually a little pale, but that slight under baking makes them soft. Kind of like how you bake a cookie. You go a bit longer it goes crunch, little less you have chewy. Frosting is thick, coats the buns well. The cinnamon filling inside the buns is probably what makes these stand out. They use a special type of cinnamon I believe. Though I read that somewhere. Anyway it's good. Wrap it up bro, is it good yes. Is it worth getting it again, probably but only if a fresh batch come out. If I'm going to stuff my face with meaningless calories it better be damn worth it player. I was not impressed with the service at the mall location, the kids behind the counter seemed more concerned with talking to each other then listenung to what i had to say. Also the buns are now a bit smaller and 15% more expensive, how dare they charge for extra frosting even when you get the six pack. Bad service, too expensive. This is my childhood favorite that has remained one of my staples for sweet treats. Cinnabons and Disneyland churros both hold a special place in my heart that I have never grown out of. You can't goto Disneyland and not get a churro or two, just like you can't pass by a Cinnabon without getting the world's best cinnamon roll. My friends and I have tried so many cinnamon roll recipes at home and have tried so many other versions of cinnamon rolls from other bakeries, hands down Cinnabon takes it to the house. Cinnabon just knows how to make the perfect flavored and textured cinnamon roll. I'm not even a huge fan of frosting but I thoroughly enjoy Cinnabon's frosting. This particular location is quite lovely. Staff here was very nice and helpful. There is always a high turn around so they're always popping out fresh rolls. I always grab and go and have yet to dine at this location. I love the classic roll and always just stick with that. I personally found the pecan roll to be a little too sugary for me. My latest discovery: the box of mini Cinnabons!!! There's about 16 pieces to a box for $18. Generous amount for seven adults, no leftovers. They are just as tasty and perfectly textured like the original size. The size of one mini Cinnabon roughly compares to the size of a standard cupcake. Expert tips: when eating a Cinnabon at home, always reheat the Cinnabon on a microwave safe plate, such as a microwave safe porcelain plate, for 30-40 seconds covered or uncovered. I've never seen a Cinnabon splatter in a microwave so I personally don't cover. As a general rule once you can see the frosting become slightly melted then it has been warmed to perfection. If your microwave runs extra hot then maybe even as low as 20 seconds. Do not hit the minute express button and walk away from your microwave, you risk drying out the Cinnabon or turning it into a lava hot mess. I've never had to use a toaster oven to reheat because Cinnabons are so perfect and maintain that signature subtle baked texture even after a few days in the fridge. read more

While Shopping at the Northridge mall yesterday...I stopped by and looked in the case at Cinnabon...haha...just to see what it all was lookin like. I decided to buy just a lil 4-pack of minibons to go. They are like lil bite size glazey gooey sweet scrumptious morsels...and 4 bites is all u really need anyway. The items here are not cheap either~~$3.17 for the minibons I noticed they now have cupcakes.....with 4 different flavors to choose from. They cost $2.50 each (Damn) You can get a 4 pack, 6 pack or a dozen~~ in a lil box too. The Flavors are: 1. Cinnacake Classic 2. Chocolate Passion 3. They have a few tables, counter seats (too see how they make the goods), and a couple of pre-made stuff. Staff Whateves. Food 6 pre-made cinnabuns ($13.99) are our normal purchase. The middle is by far my favorite because it has the most of everything, you know cinnamon and cream, and tends to be extremely gooey and soft (no, not like the kids). When I'm feeling extra risque I go for the Caramel Pecanbon which just melts in your mouth particularly because the caramel mixes stunningly well with the cream and the nuts add a nice little bite. The young girl working there had the worse attitude and was so rude for no reason. I really don't understand why retail stores hire rude unfriendly staff that obviously are not people persons. I love Cinnabon. The rich gooey melt in your mouth combination of sugar and cinnamon topped with cream cheese frosting. Loooooooove! I only go to Cinnabon once in a while, but when I go, I go all out! I like the original roll and I always get a side of frosting.
