I don't come to the northridge mall much but when I do, I hate passing Cinnabon (very strategically placed) because I always want to stop for a mocha or a cinnamon roll. I've had a few of their mochas which are all tasty and the cinnamon rolls are on point. When you need something sweet, a cinnamon roll and/or even a cold mocha drink will do it for you, no matter the time of day! read more

I really think they lace Cinnabons with crack, they're so addicting! I always get an original since I don't need any more calories upgrading to a carmel pecan though they look so damn good. The actual Cinnabon store is small since its in the food court of the mall. I do wish they had a physical shop so that you could avoid the whole mall hassle. Went in line to order a 15 mini-roll box and was told it would only take 5min to be prepared. I waited 20min instead (more than 1 minute per roll being made) and had to ask them TWICE to see if it was coming yet. First time being told it would be another 3min is understandable, but the second time, I saw them give my long-awaited order to a costumer who had come AFTER me and they didn't even blink an eye. My kids love their product until yesterday (Sunday 9/25 around 5:15pm). I usually buy the MiniBon Cinnapack (15pieces) @ $18.79 per their menu. The cashier check the box near the register and they have it and about to ring me to pay for it. However, I told that him that I don't want any glaze (sugar frosting on the top) and is willing to wait (at least an hour) to make it from scratch which I usually do. That's when the problem started. The cashier consults to his supervisor (I assume) and decline to sell me the MiniBon Cinnapack of 15 pieces for $18.79. I told him it is the price on the menu. He said the price has changed and haven't updated their menu. I told him, it's ok and ask him, how much then? He doesn't know either. he said they have price update. He doesn't want me to buy the pack, he wants me to buy individually. So instead of paying $18.79 price from the menu, he wants me to pay $59.85 ($3.99 each*15). My shoulder falls when he told me about. I love their product but not to honor the price on their menu is unfair. Might as well report to business bureau for unfair practice.It is a shocker for me too as I always buy it at that price. And if i take the ready-box pack, they have no problem selling it to me. If i could give NO stars I would, My husband and I came to the mall being that it is nurses week to get a cinnabon after long 12 hour shift only to be embarrassed and denied one simply because my husband is an LVN. We got one out of pitty. We found this offensive and embarrassing when the employee did this to us in front of a line of people. I didn't know that your company was to discriminate against LVNs vs RNs when my husband has been working hard and helping people for 8 years at Kaiser Permanente. This was the first time this has happened in 8 years. How could this branch get to pick whether or not Licensed or Registered nurses get one or not but in a hospital setting ALL nurses are working to save you or your family members. Was feeling like a cinnamon roll before I had a an appointment to get to. I ordered a full sized cinnabon. The guy who helped me puts it on a plate that had been used prior for something else. Ewwww!! Gross!!! That can't be sanitary. I don't know where that plate has been. Why wouldn't you just throw it away? The plates probably cost a nickel to buy. The cinnamon rolls plus tax are way above $6 a piece. Come on now. I made him give me a fresh plate with a fresh cinnamon roll on it. He then proceeded to put the plate back in his fresh stash and give or to the person behind me. Two stars for the cinnamon roll because I was hungry was just good for the time. Nothing elaborate. This Cinnabon is hands down one of the best. Let's be real here. This Cinnabon is one of the few that actually make everything from scratch, the dough, the cinnamon brown sugar, the CINNABON, the drinks, etc. For them to be making the classic $6.56 is honestly fair if you ask me. If you think that's too much you're just broke‍Sucks to suck. Go somewhere else. The employees there are pretty nice and funny if you ask me. They make small talk with you while waiting for something and even though you can hear it in their voice that they're in a bad mood, they still talk to you with so much respect. I know 1 of the employees there and she's a female of the age 17. she works 9 hours a day, 6 days a week. IMPRESSIVE! To be honest I don't think I'd be able to handle a whole day serving rude customers and picky eaters. I'd give up. So if you're on the opposite of the counter and think they're being rude, think of what they've had to deal with all day. I'm a loyal customer and will continue to be one. I would like to say that I usually love Cinnabon! However I went in Friday December 30, 2016 around 840ish and I must say I was excited to order a mocha chill. But as I paid the young guy by the named of Brian was about to get my drink but for some reason you guys keep it in a weird looking container. He seemed confused as to which one it was as there was two. But my concern was when he stuck his head in the container to sniff God knows what. I asked for a refund back which is supposedly pending. But I'm truly disgusted on how things were handled especially from a food business. It grossed me out. I just walked in with my sister and she ordered the just the center of the roll. After she paid I told her I wanted a center of the roll too, so she offered to pay for mine. She asked the lady working for another center of the roll and she rang us up for 2 instead of one. My sister said no just one center of the roll because I've already paid for mine, so she said okay and gave us the total for 2 again. I understand it was a confusing situation so I tried to explain that my sister has already bought hers and she wants to pay for mine, so we were just buying one in this transaction. She finally rang me up for one and we paid. She mentioned that there would be a small wait for mine because they weren't ready yet and then she said there was one in the microwave that she gave to us. After taking a bite, it was extremely dry and there was no syrup in the bowl so I went back and asked her to exchange it. I do understand that this was becoming a little annoying to her, but I work in retail and I know how to respond to customers. Saying "Well they're all going to be like that" is not a response. Came here 10/4/17 in the morning. I wanted a Cinnabon with the frosting on the side, (for my diabetes), waited a while for it to come out of the oven, paid and came back. I asked for the frosting on the side and was having Cinnabon as a treat for my bday, but the lady in the front said they don't give out frosting anymore, even though I didn't have it in the Cinnabon to begin with.
