Dr. Morris is wonderful and Dr. Bun is awesome, but the office staff has been difficult to work with. I originally ordered a pair of sunglasses and was told they would arrive in two to three weeks. A few days later, I got a call saying it would actually take four months. I switched to a different pair just to get them sooner. When the glasses finally came in, the prescription was off. After waiting weeks, I went in to pick them up again, only to be told the new lenses do not fit my frames and I would have to come back again. This whole process has been frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, I will not be returning in the future.

I had noticed a change in my vision about 6 months ago. Time to head over to Glendora Optometry. This is a very cute and well-maintained office. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Sit down with Dr. Silva and I think the appointment lasted about 45 minutes. She was incredibly patient and kind. I wasn't quite as blind as I thought, but needed new lenses. Also needed new frames. Big shout out to Hector who is VERY honest when customer is trying on frames. There were a couple I tried on and thought they looked ok, and he said "no those aren't quite right." LOVED his honesty!! Pick frames. I go back a few weeks later and pick them up. Right away I can tell something isn't quite right with vision. But I figured eyes need a little time to adjust. I gave it two weeks and while it had improved, just seemed not quite right. Set up another appointment. Dr. Silva and I are really trying to figure out what the issue is. It wasn't a huge issue, but Dr. Silva was going to get to the bottom of it. We weren't really going anywhere and she said "tell you what, come in next week and let's try again." We really fiddled and finally came up with what the correction needed to be. I cannot emphasize enough how professional and caring this office staff is. If you are looking for an optometrist, I recommend them 100000000%!1
