3.9. This review is based on ordering after hours. It's between 1am-5am on the south side and you want something other than burgers, hotdogs and any fast food chain. Solely for takeout. The wings, pasta, calamari and beef(forgot my cheese) were good. The burger(medium) was ok. The Parmesan garlic fries were great. An overload of Parmesan on the fries did it for me. Loved them. I look forward to trying more items on the menu that would boost this to the 4th level of stars. Overall a 24/7 place like this where you can get dinner dishes at 4am is good in my book. The Alfredo chicken pasta adding shrimp was a hit.

What is it on 95th Street? They have great restaurants.... We usually order from Palermo's which they are on my top 10 but barracos is not far behind... I have to tell you one thing I absolutely love and it's something as simple as the bread that is served in the beginning with their seasoned olive oil is out of this world..... It was a beginning of a great start with our meal. We started off with a pizza which was delicious but we were to full to truly enjoy the Alfredo and lasagna that we had ordered, but we certainly did take it home to have another meal....... The server we had was very friendly and efficient....... The only issue that I came across was when we walked in there was nobody up in the front. Somebody came from outside who worked there and passed us.. a few minutes after finally somebody came to see us.... But overall was a good meal..... Will definitely be going back

Good gluten free pizza is hard to find....but I can stop looking. Barracos pizza is darn good. The crust is crisp and the toppings are so fresh. Really cannot tell that it's GF. Knocking off a star because the middle of the pizza is always stuck to the cardboard and barely edible. I took a bite of the regular pizza and it's delicious as well. Also a big deal to me that they offer shrimp as a premium topping. Hoping to dine in one day as I've only gotten carryout. Pizza here is pricey but worth it for GF!

Barracos was very accommodating for our group. Although it took a long time to get ahold of anyone, I understand the understaffing issues these days. Once at the restaurant we were satisfied with the service, and the food was very good. Only a few small issues was actually amazing for a large group. I would recommend this location.

    Ask the Community - Barraco's

Does Barraco's have the knowledge and ability to make some Vegan pizzas?

Not positive but I don't see why not. I know they have gluten free pizza and you can skip the cheese. Best to call them before you go.

    Do they have good mostaccoli?

Yes! The sauce is good and the Mostacholli is cooked fine. Its an Italian restaurant!

Peace and love, everyone!!…read more It's been a long minute since I left a review, so I'm happy to talk about a new food place! My wife and I finally ordered from Paisans Pizza in Oak Lawn, something we've been wanting to do for a long minute. As I have been working out and watching how much I eat since December, I very much look forward to having a 'big back day', as my daughter says! So the online ordering process was very easy. I ordered a medium cheese pizza, a medium sausage pizza, the Southwestern egg rolls, and finally some garlic parmesan wings. When I went to pick up the food, it took a few minutes to find a parking space as there are no spaces for pick-up orders. But when I went in there, nice ambiance with the planes, the cars, and the camper, which is where I had to pick up my order from. The place was jumping (I was there about 6pm on Saturday), and it seemed like a nice overall vibe. Ok so I pick up my order and get back to the crib! First, the pizza: both pizzas were really good. Nice amount of cheese, nice amount of sausage, for both, nice amount of sauce. Now the pizza was good, let me be clear, but on the box it says the 'best pizza in the world'. So my honest opinion is that is it better than all the other pizza places in the area (Domino's, Nonna's, etc)? YES...easily! Is Paisans better than Beggars Pizza? I say yes, my wife says no. Either way, we both agree that they have some good pizza! The garlic parmesan wings lived up to the hype. Crispy wings, nice amount of seasoning, not overpowering. As for the Southwestern egg rolls, this was the only thing I ordered where I was like 'meh'. The shell wasn't really crispy, I think it was a bit bland, and the sauce cup had opened up and spilled in its takeout box. Put it this way...Chili's Southwestern egg rolls are much better, by comparison, in terms of flavor. All in all, this was not a bad eating experience. The food was good all around, and for me, only the egg rolls could have been better. Also, the food was a little on the expensive side....so that is something to keep in mind also. So, does this mean we'll be back? Absolutely! Food.................................B+ Price.................................C (the food is very expensive) Ambiance........................A Customer Service...........A (Ready on time and attentive, friendly employees)

The real star of this place was the service. You know the place is special when you're the only one they ask 'What's the name?'. Everyone coming in, I hear being addressed on a first name basis. I hear them telling long time customers, 'I see you changed it up today'. That was so awesome to see. So many places don't take that time. I got to meet Natalie and Frank. They run the place. Oh!
