Had a taste for pizza so decided to give Rosati's a try as I am familiar with Barraco's pizza joint nearby. I called the order in for a large 16 inch sausage, mushroom and onion pizza and wanted to try their dough nuggets. When I was in college in DeKalb, IL, many students ordered what was called "beer nuggets" which was cooked pizza dough in small pieces which was cheap, good and filling so wanted to see how these were. I was told the order would be ready in 45 minutes so got there early and waited in the parking lot. When it was time, I went in to get my order which was ready. The young lady who tended to me was very friendly which I appreciated. The dough nuggets were so so good! WOW! Flavorful, tasty with garlic and parmesan cheese on top of them. The pizza to hubby and I was just okay, nothing to ride home about. Barraco's is better, sorry to say. I will say that I will definitely come back for those nuggets though and highly recommend them!! First time trying Rosati's and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a 16" sausage pizza for delivery. The reason for a 4-star rating is #1 when I called the lady picked up right away and answered with a friendly business-like voice #2 delivery was sooner than later #3 delivery person was friendly and polite #4 the pizza was hot and delicious. I was visiting my sister and she suggested that we order a pizza so I went with Rosati's Mount Greenwood because they were the closest pizza place to her house. They put a pizza menu on the box with some really good deals. The pizza is good, but the service is horrible. The first time I called a couple months ago using a coupon. It was delivered missing an item and I was charged more than I should have been. I called, the overcharge was fixed and I was told there was a note to include the missing item next time. Surprise surprise, there was no note. I had to argue to get my item added to my order. Fast forward to tonight 1/11/21 and I show up to get my pizza right at the time they said it would be ready and surprise surprise (not really at this point), it wasn't even in the oven yet. Tried Rosati's for something different. It was ok. Some people say there's no such thing as bad pizza. Well this sums it up. Traditional crust and sauce. Does not stand out but you'd eat it regularly if it was there. I'd recommend if you don't want your cheese yellow get it slightly well done. read more

This restaurant isn't even worth 1 star. I simply asked the attendant to switch the telephone number out on the order so my reward number could be received. The worker began to tell me how she doesn't know how to switch the number and the white guy standing next to her puts his hand up, makes a noise and brushes me off to take a white customer. As I leave, I hear them laughing and to make a long story short the worker/manager yelled at me to go to Dominoes and that I'm not welcome here and tried coming around the counter to fight my husband. None of the workers were wearing masks and this is no way to treat a customer. In these times if someone calls you racist, accept it if you are not treating people of a different color equally and act better. This was the worst experience ever! Ordered through Uber eats and this is by far the worst food experience of my life. Pizza was tasty but cold and $20 for a small. Don't even think about ordering the fettuccine Alfredo Terrible at best. One chicken breast surrounded by a less than subpar Alfredo sauce again horrific was at least hoping for the garlic bread to be good but... They left it out of the bag. They offered us a 14" pizza with 12 wings for $15, A much smaller pizza, and 6 less wings for a mere $3 less? Not much of a deal for crappy pizza. I went in there in person and asked if they changed their number (that they have posted in bright neon lights) and he said no. I said well why doesn't anyone ever answer the phone and he told me to call Pizza Hut and that they have better pizza anyways. My friends and I went at 840pm and they said "sorry I'm going home". My husband and I ordered 2 beef sandwich's they said it would take 75min, okay not a big deal.... after 90 min I call them to see where our food was at... they put me on hold for 7min, I call back, they then put me on hold again... 7min into being on hold for the second time, I drive to Rosati's, & 3 guys are hanging out in the back talking to each other, one comes to the front as asked me what he could help me with I show him my phone and show him I'm on hold waiting for them to answer my call, The response:::: we are busy!!!!! I asked for a refund which I did receive, after I got attitude from one of the workers and him saying "good for you for coming up here " while dancing & holding thumbs up at me!!!!! We ordered from Rosatis last week and it was delicious. So, we ordered tonight again. We ordered a small deep dish and wings. The deep dish was burnt and the dough was mushy. That didn't make any sense. The wings were done, but had an odd taste. Not 10 minutes after eating both my husband and I felt horribly sick. 30 minutes later, we both still feel terrible. While I was hesitant to try this place after seeing the reviews We needed a quick bite and something close by. I'm so glad I tried it myself, friendly staff (courteous on phone and to drivers) and gave approx wait times for orders. I just picked up some pizza slices and fries and found the pizza to be delicious!! The sauce is great vs other pizza slice places around that we have tried hay seem very bland. Prices are pretty good (cheaper) compared to other places around (including EP and ok lawn) and like another reviewer mentioned they have their takeout menu filled with coupons. I use to be a regular at this location but on New Years eve the workers must've been drinking because they were rude and told me they didn't need my services nor the problems from my kind. I tired calling to talk to a manager but the workers continued to hang up on me. When I finial talked to the manager he blamed me for his workers messing up my order and not putting it through. When I asked to speak to the owner he told me he would be back Jan. 28, 2016. So I called today and he said he don't know when the owner will be back. If you didn't do anything wrong why wont you just rectify the problem. I ordered a large amount of pizzas tonight for an event i hosted and not only did i not receive my order but i also was being harassed by the staff with constant calling and no one talking when i picked up and when i would call back they would say hello and that was it! To be honest, I have no idea if the pizza is good or not. After waiting an hour and twenty minutes for our pizza, I called to check on it. We had been sitting in our living room waiting for it. I was told that the driver stood at our door for ten minutes, and that they had called both my, and my husband's cell phone. When we checked our phones, they had not called us.
