They had a large selection of remnants of some beautiful pieces to choose from. After a long search, I found a piece called Taj Mahal for my desktop. Fortunately, they were able to put me in touch with another company who made the base for my desk. Direct Natural Stones worked seamlessly with the other business and when the desk frame was ready. Direct Natural Stones fabricated the table top and the result is an amazing piece of art that is now my desk! I have other pieces of furniture I'm planning to have made and there is no question I will come back to Direct Natural Stones for all of my stone needs. We replaced the quartz in our kitchen after a terrible install last year by a another company. Jess helped us find a beautiful quartzite stone. She was very patient with us, visiting various showrooms until we found what we wanted. Then Steve came out and measured our kitchen. He had great suggestions about the edges and radius of the corners matching the fluted corners of our cabinets. He took a lot of time to get all of the measurements correct. Our kitchen has tricky angles and they were able to do the whole kitchen with only 2 seams. It is a large kitchen and we used a total of 3 slabs (77" X 130"). They allowed us to look at the layout on the computer and match the veining. One slab had to be horizontal and it was matched with a vertical section, but the matching is so good, you can't tell that the slabs are different directions. We are so thrilled with the quality of Toor's work that we are now having them redo our bathrooms and utility room quartz that was just installed last year.

It took 12 weeks and was done incorrectly. The fact I do not speak their language was important as communication with the techs doing the installation had to go through Ronnie. Ronnie assured me this was not a difficult job and one they have done often. which I do not now believe at all. This is another situation where it is important being very knowledgeable yourself and not depend upon someone else's assurances. Again, I cannot recommend this company. We paid another company to correct the issue due to Best Stone not being available for another couple of weeks and when I asked Best Stone to split the cost, was told too bad they would have fixed the issue at no cost. The problem was they were not available, did not seem to understand the issue, and we were already over 12 weeks into the project with an event on the calendar.

We received a quote by the end of the day and waited a few weeks for actual measurements of our counter and backsplash space for replacement. Waited another few weeks to have them start demo on a Tuesday to disconnect stove, water, sink and dishwasher, and waited til Friday for installation of counters. Was originally planned for Thursday but due to miscommunication I wasted a full Thursday waiting to find out no one was coming. Came the following week to do backsplash and complete the job. For future reference, I would get an estimated timeframe from start to finish. Scheduling and communication seemed to lack and had difficulty trying to make my personal plans around them so I basically couldn't plan ahead for anything for 1 1/2 weeks. When I mentioned this to my sales associate he was very specific of a 3-4 day start/finish that was never mentioned to us, nor estimated in our contract. Well, we were way over their timeframe based on the wait time of scheduling. Since we had to go without sink water since Tuesday, a plumber came out Saturday to reconnect sink, stove and dishwasher for the weekend until completion the following week. I feel that the daily teams did a great job however I feel that my associate person could have given everything a thorough inspection, especially on completion day. Pictures and admiration does not pass as a full inspection. We ended up not having silicone caulk between the counters and backsplash therefore the grout was cracking, there were some quartz blemishes that needed touch up, electrical outlets were having problems, etc. and I had to make my own punch list for followup which again was not reinspected by my associate. So for over a two week period the job from start to finish was complete. I ended up caulking the counter to backsplash since nothing was scheduled, it was always next week.....not a scheduled day. I surrendered. Before this begun, full payment was done therefore I felt that they were done with us and left it at that. I still gave them 4 stars being that 90% of the job was done good by the assigned teams.

We used three different slabs. All four layouts were beautifully done using up to date imaging technology, so it was easy to visualize the finished product. The crew is awesome! They were diligent, and communicated clearly. The installation went smoothly, with a perfect fit and finish in all four bathrooms. This was all done at a very reasonable price. That being said, stone countertops are an improvement meant to be appreciated for many years. Our countertops are just gorgeous and I know their beauty will return a lifetime of pleasure. Antonio and his team made our vision come true. Starting with Anna who drew up the schematics and was very communicative and professional every step of the project. Antonio's idea of the shape of our breakfast bar done in quartz was perfect for our space. The bar has a waterfall at each end and gives more seating than we thought possible. The porcelain island was extend in length by 16" to accommodate 6 to 8 seats. all the counters and backsplashes were done in porcelain to give that exquisite look. They added a shelf wrapped in porcelain that is flushed with the cabinet. Below they extended the countertop and add a waterfall leaving a space for the wine cooler They also applied the porcelain around the windows from ceiling to the baseboards and added crown molding to finish the look. Eduardo and his team of installers were very professional, courteous, thoughtful, respectful and diligent. We are so very grateful and pleased with Legacy. I used the website Countertop smart.com, so I was able to insert measurements, get an estimate, and choose an installer easily. Perfect Countertops had good reviews, a good price for installation and a two-week installation date which fit my schedule. Though I am very happy with the finished project, I was frustrated with communication with Elier and delays. The countertops were demo'd on one day, countertops installed the next day and the matching backsplash was installed 7 days later - which delayed installation of the cooktop and faucet. (And increased my anxiety as I had a dinner party scheduled the next day! I never heard the reason for the weeklong delay.) The installation was complete 5 weeks after measurements, not the 2 weeks planned when I scheduled it. So as with all construction projects, allow plenty of time for completion. I would recommend Perfect Countertops if your schedule is flexible.

Had Elier out to give me a quote on Level 1 granite for a house flip. He quoted what he had in…read morestock (2 colors for spec houses and apartments) which did not match my paint colors. I asked if he could quote me on a few other colors I had found online that were also Level 1. He first told me I would need to call his suppliers to locate it but the next day he told me he would look into it and get me a quote. After a week of not hearing anything I called one of his vendors that has every color in stock. I texted Elier and let him know but I have been ignored. I owned a glass company in Austin for over 15 years and I am proud to say I NEVER mistreated a potential customer. If I told you I would call you back in 2 days, I called you back in 2 days if not sooner. What happened to good CUSTOMER SERVICE? I would not recommend this company if you want someone that will work with you and give you options.

The installer damage a cabinet because they did not remove all the screws from the countertop before removing it. They could not get a replacement cabinet so the installer had a 'friend' try to repair the cabinet which was unsuccessful. Other problems include poor application of caulking, spaces between the granite, and complete disrespect to my wife. And all this after I prevented their equipment from being stolen - they left all their hand and power tools on the curb where someone was loading them into their own truck until I notified the installers. Waste of time and money business.
