I called Anthony at a huge low point with my property. I have an electrical problem that was causing sparks and hot spots. 2 panels have to be replaced. Both internal and external panel. Anthony was onsite that day. He told me what I needed to do to make the house safe. He explained and answered all my questions. He gave me a full detailed list of the items to be used and the actual problems that they would solve. I would highly recommend Raptor and their team. They will take GREAT care of you. read more

We requested a quote to rebuild our messed up main panel and move/replace some interior switches and receptacles. The quote was sky high and they were trying to close the deal with scare tactics. We got it all fixed at about 55% of what Raptor wanted. read more

We are incredibly grateful to Raptor Electrical for the amazing work they did on our home addition. After a previous contractor built an addition so poorly that we ultimately had to demolish it and start over, we were understandably nervous about trusting another company with such an important project. From the very beginning, Raptor Electrical restored our confidence. Their team brought together some of the best subcontractors and employees we could have hoped for. Every person who worked on our home was not only highly skilled, but also consistently kind and attentive to even the smallest details. It was clear throughout the process that they truly cared about the quality of their work and about doing things the right way. Having them in our home felt easy and reassuring, which meant a lot after our earlier experience. We always felt comfortable trusting them with the project, and the final result reflects their craftsmanship and dedication. We would wholeheartedly recommend Raptor Electrical to anyone looking for a team that combines professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for their clients. read more

Had Raptor Electric out to help with electrical repairs related to a bathroom leak, and they were great to work with. Easiest 5 star review. They have fixed multiple breakers, installed several outlets in addition to a full electrical panel move. They also assisted in identifying spotty work done by previous companies that could have led to major damage. They have been my go to for years and have been able to quickly assist us as needed. Fair prices and I'm kicking myself for not realizing they could have done other projects better and for less money. read more

Excellent and fast service was diagnosed and completed in just an hour or two for our laundry room exhaust fan. Would highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Raptor Electrical for my patio renovation project. After researching several electrician companies online, I decided to reach out to Raptor based on their positive reviews. They did not disappoint! From the initial phone call with Luis, one of the owners, to the completion of the project, the entire experience was exceptional. Here are the highlights: Engaging and Thorough: Luis asked detailed questions to understand the scope of work. His probing approach ensured that the desired project outcome was achievable. Clear Process: Luis explained their process, leaving no room for confusion. He even proposed a site visit the next day to assess the project requirements and finalize the plan, including pricing. Smooth Execution: We agreed on everything, from the schedule to the specifics of the job. As someone with 30 years of experience as a global program manager, I can confidently say that the project couldn't have gone any smoother. Professional Team: Luis' brother Alejandro (also a co-owner) and the Raptor team arrived promptly on the scheduled day. They installed two outdoor fans (65 and 55 inches) along with new approved GFCI plugs, custom wiring and outdoor light switches. Plus, they installed new exterior lighting that instantly transformed the home look. The attention to detail was impressive. Constant Communication: Alejandro checked in with me at every key project step. This level of communication ensured that we stayed aligned with the planned outcome. Final Touch: At the end of the job, they walked me through everything they had done to make sure everything was as expected. And they cleaned up thoroughly, taking away all project-related trash. I'm really happy when I can find a company I can trust, especially when it comes to electrical work that can be a safety issue if done wrong. Raptor Electric is a fantastic, project management rich company that delivers. Thank you to Luis, Alejandro and to the two Raptor gentlemen that helped make my vision possible. Excellent job! I'll be back! HIGHLY recommended! read more

Raptor has done several jobs for me: install EV charging station, replace Clothes Dryer outlet, install GFI protection for Garbage Disposal and Dish Washer, plus move and replace dining room light. Always easy to work with and quality job. I especially recommend them for lighting because they are one of the few contractors who can both move/install lighting AND patch the ceiling so you can't tell it has been moved. I attached a picture of the lighting they installed with a closeup of the area where the old light was located (other side of ceiling register). read more

I've used Raptor Electric and GC three times so far over the last few years - first, a few years ago to help run an electrical connection to a new HVAC minisplit, and in 2024 for a master bathroom repair and renovation, as well as an exterior window trim replacement. For anyone who has ever had a fairly involved bathroom repair and remodel, the process can have twists and turns when "surprises" are discovered from problematic prior construction. Communication and a trustworthy relationship with your contractor are critical in such situations - both towards fixing such problems, but also in helping you as the client understand the 'why', the and their costs of all options, to arrive at an amicable solution. Luis, Alejandro and the Raptor team care about keeping the customer informed, manage expectations, and produce beautiful results. For all projects small and large, Raptor's workers arrived on time, met and at times exceeded expectations, completed work within the anticipated timeline, and performed high quality work. I was also able to test their warranty from their completed work, which met my expectations towards making fixes (we had holes in our grout after curing, and Raptor scheduled a few weeks later to make the successful fix). Finally, Raptor's pricing and bids in my experience were reasonable and in line with the market, especially in the context of the tremendous inflation we have all experienced in the last few years - they need to make ends meet too and business costs have risen. You can certainly skimp by finding a cheap contractor out there but expect the unexpected. In my view, spending a little more with Raptor is worth the piece of mind (and they also carry liability insurance - for further piece of mind!). read more

It was such a pleasure to work with this company! Luis and Alejandro installed two outlets, five recessed lights, and a motion detector light. They even figured out how to get our hot water heater working again! They answered all my questions, made any adjustments needed, and sent a painter to fix the bathroom outlet area. Everything turned out perfectly! I highly recommend them. read more

Nothing but top notch!. Cant say enough. Alejandro was very responsive, quality of work was spot on. They replaced my 30amp breaker to a 40amp to accommodate my new double over. Great response time, they were at my house within 30 mins. Explained us the problem and fixed it very quickly.

Very reliable and effective. Everyone I dealt with was so nice, too! Very courteous and accommodating.

In all the homes I've owned and different trades I've worked with, Raptor Electrical Services is one of the most professional and high quality I've had do work for me. I worked with Alejandro on having an inlet box and transfer switch installed in my home, so I could use a portable generator to power essentials during an outage. Alejandro did an initial estimate with pictures, and then came over to do a more detailed review of the project. His communication was always prompt, price was fair and the quality of work is amazing. If you're looking for an electrician, I highly recommend going with Raptor Electrical Services. I would trust them to do work for my friends and family any time. read more

I had hired a low bidder electrician from this site and had a very bad experience. Individual came to my home, removed my power center to find he had the wrong parts and the wires were too short to install new panel for a generator disconnect or transfer switch. This guy abandons project and called the police and the COA on himself. He then accused my girlfriend of assault!!.. Yes, really. Police came and cit came and were as bewildered as I. I called Luis at Raptor and he instantly got my project going with the city and and right parts needed. The next day he had the job almost complete except for the generator transfer switch and connector. Installed grounds, new meter box, 200 amp power center. Had power at 5pm on friday last week (10/27/23). Raptor Electric came through for me big time and did a great job with the installation.. Those guys went way beyond normal to get my project complete.. Thank you Raptor Electric. read more

When I called for a estimate, I shared what was needed for what I was told from my previous electrical company that was no longer taking new business. The gave me a quote so I'd know what to expect. The price quotes was almost 3x the price and I was told good luck finding the price I was quoted before. Very rude. *Update* Owner Luis kept repeatedly trying to call me. 3 calls back to back. After the bad experience just trying to get a quote, then to be harassed on the phone is unacceptable. You should never abuse customer information and call without my permission since I didn't sign a co Tracy to work with your company. Glad I didn't use his business. I had to block his number. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Most Unprofessional first impression I've ever had. read more

Alejandro was fantastic! We had those ugly fluorescent lights in our kitchen and I've been wanting to switch them out for quite some time. However, the task seemed daunting and spending $$$ wasn't something I was excited to do. I decided to call a few places for quotes. You wouldn't believe how hard it is for someone to return a phone call. Are you kidding me? However - Raptor was different. I inquired via their website and within 30 minutes received a call back asking a few more questions about what I was looking for. They told me Alejandro would call me later that day to discuss. And guess what? He did! We discussed it, I sent him a few photos, he gave me a rough price estimate and scheduled for him to come out and look at it in person. He came the next day, provided a quote and got us scheduled for just a few days later. He installed 9 recessed can lights as well as dimmer switches in our kitchen and y'all.. it looks sooo good! I wish I would have done this a long time ago. He has another team out here today (they are in the kitchen working as I type this review). They are filling the hole(s) from those ugly fluorescent light fixtures. His team has been excellent. Very communicative, pricing is reasonable and fair. I 100% will call Alejandro and his team for any future electrical needs. And if you still needed another reason to call them today.. here ya go: While up in our attic yesterday he noticed that our AC drain pan was leaking and the unit didn't look right. He was under no obligation to tell me about what he saw, but he did and I am so grateful. He took photos while up there and sent them to me. Cue the panic though...AC issues in Texas? That's immediately a scary thought especially as we are gearing up for the summer heat. I was able to call an AC Company who came out today and was able to get it fixed before it became a disaster situation. If you're looking for an AC company, I highly recommend "The Coolest!". They were phenomenal too. Very grateful for Alejandro. Honest, hardworking and reliable. Give him a call!! I will update my review with photos once the team is finished today! It looks great, y'all. read more

Extremely overpriced for their services. They also don't stand by their work. I spent over $2,000 with them on electrical work, including installing 2 new GFCI outlets outside. One of the outlets failed within months and was only used twice. They quoted me another $275 to replace the bad outlet (which only requires turning off the breaker and removing a couple screws then reattaching). When I refused the replacement service, the owner called me and tried to charge a fee just for checking the outlet (and never stated this upfront prior to the visit). I replaced the outlet myself in 10 minutes for $30. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your electrical needs. read more

They scheduled a time to come out and look at the job before giving a quote. They arrived at the time they said they would. They showed up on time and did the job in one day. The final bill happened to be less than the original quote. read more

Moved into a new house 6 months ago and since then had some issue with the lights flickering and even more issues when adding led bulbs and dimmers. I called multiple very reputability companies to fix my issue over the last several months and if anything the issues got worse. I guess I should not drop the other companies names but they were all qualified master electricians from well known companies. The all charged me and did some sort of fix that never actually fixed the issues. Money down the drain. I have spend so much time and money new switches and light bulbs as that was mostly what I was told was the issue. I called Raptor by chance and they responded very quickly, I relayed my issues and told them of my frustration with other electricians. Alejandro said he can fix it, he was very confident, I was skeptical. He and his brothers showed up and got to work. First they listened to my crazy story and then He was the first electrician to go in the attic and found that someone had hooked up my pendant lights wrong crossing some wires in a very minor way. However that issue was causing the issues. They removed some lights fixtures and fixed the wiring in the house and also tested several dimmers that I had bought to see which ones would work best. Amazing team at Raptor -- don't use anyone else!!!! read more

A definite 5 Star for the fantastic team of Luis, Alejandro, and the get after it workers. One way you know you are working with a five star is on the delivery. I have used them for 2 services, inside and outside work, including the deck. They come by to make sure it meets your satisfaction, and what I like is Luis attention to detail, almost as a consultant to services. Long term value is important, and Raptor demonstrates that. Prices are reasonable, you are paying for value, but also they are bonded and insured, strong on the service and delivery side, but also strong on the operations side. They are great at communicating and get with you when they are able to and respond. Great at outside clean up and professionalism, they want to ensure your needs are met. Definitely recommend!!!!! read more

Upon leaving the successfully completed job, in less then an hour I must add, Alejandro asked, "Are you happy." I can say unequivocally, 100% yes!! Same day service even. I truly appreciate his willingness to fit me in on the same day I called. I needed help installing 2 light switches for our camper van conversion that is to say low voltage, 12v, electrical work. Alejandro only asked a few questions to assess the job and knew exactly what needed to be done. I give Alejandro 5 stars for quality, speed, precision, customer service and friendliness. Raptor Electrical Services did an amazing job! Not only did they really help out by squeezing me into their busy schedule, they were also so efficient and did a fantastic job. Had an amazing experience with Alejandro Rapalo with Raptor Electrical! The entire process of receiving a very timely quote, quick scheduling, arriving over an hour early AND the final charge being $75 less than what I was quoted all deserve a 5- review! Additionally, the attention to detail and the quality of the work was 1st-class! Just had Alejandro from Raptor Electrical out to take care of a number of electrical issues we'd been experiencing in our home. I contacted them this morning and since all of their guys were out and I was flexible, they'd send someone when available between jobs. Two hours later, Alejandro was here and we were going through each of the items on my list. He addressed two issues with lighting in our master bath and closet, replaced a vent fan in another bathroom, and we discussed another panel breaker issue. The price for their services were very fair and reasonable and Alejandro took the time to talk through the causes of some of the issues we were having and made complete sense. That educational aspect provided was just amazing and greatly appreciated! Will definitely be the first company I call or recommend for any electrical needs in the future! Already added to my Yelp bookmarks after this first experience! read more
