I'm sharing how good these guys are while hoping that they won't get so booked up that they'll never have time for me again. It's ridiculous, but the last place I thought to look for a handyman was right here on Yelp. *Forehead slap*. I hired several handymen using Thumbtack and Angie's list over the past few years but all disappointed for various reasons. This father and son duo charge by the project, not by the hour, but they are thorough, efficient and won't stop until they've got things sorted out just right. I had a laundry list of things that needed fixing as long as your arm and they made quick work of it. Their pricing was fair and they provided me with a carefully prepared list of each item and what materials I was responsible for as well as which materials they would supply. Ceiling fans instillation: When Lowe's instillation scheduling fell through, ( I will never buy instillation service with Lowe's again) I called these guys instead. Their price is pretty reasonable compared to others and they installed five ceiling fans in about three hours. I also like that they're available on weekends because of my work schedule. We had an issue with some lights and outlets not working. We were quoted double the price from an electrician, but Jose was able to come out and fix it. Arrived one time (and sooner than expected). He and his employee were very fast in diagnosing the issue and thorough. They tighten all the wires in the outlets and recommended some fixes for us in the future that we could do in case of a power surge. 2 stars because they showed up a couple of days after I called to replace some moldy drywall in the ceiling about 2 ft long. And they did a good job-ish. I paid $650 for 2 workers for 2 hours (very expensive) but they were available. My tenant later told me that looked at their refrigerator and noticed that there were several magnets, mementos and items missing. He happened to check the garbage bag that the maintenance workers used for the trash on the mold project and, after combing through mounds of mold and plaster wall he finally found them. This is completely unacceptable and to have them be just thrown in the trash even in an accidental manner shows a complete lack of professionalism. After letting them know, they just apologized and refused to reimburse any of the cost which I was going to forward to my tenant for his trouble. "Hi. My sincerely apologize, you are definitely right is unacceptable and not the best professionalism on our side. Again i know my apologize is not enough I will explain this to my dad and our workers to be more careful to avoid this type of incidents" read more

Hired for walk in shower install. Seemed like a pretty good job on the shower install but then completely botched shower door install and I had to pay to have a more skilled contractor completely reinstall the door with all new parts except glass doors. Now I have extra drill holes in the tile from the incorrect install and wrench marks all over the new black shower head. And there is water leaking from the shower head arm where it goes into the tile so now I have to hire a plumber to correct that. read more
