Went here two or three times while in Boulder area. This was my favorite pizza I had the entire 8 months I lived in colorado. Service was great, liked the pour your own beer/wine and the pizza was amazing! read more

While the pizza was some of the best you'll find in Colorado and the decorations on the wall looked really nice. The thing that really stood out to me was the customer service. These people really care about what they do and they serve you with a smile across their face and always have good recommendations on what to try. read more

The pizza from here is pretty good! The service was quick and awesome too. I do find the pizza to be on the expensive side but if you are with a group I think it's worth it! read more

Food was excellent. Best cheesy bread ever! Awesome dipping sauces. Verde Verde pizza was perfect, just enough spice.

Very worth the $$! The Ruby pizza was unlike anything I've had before and was delicious; pepperoni was great as well. The cheesy bread is the best thing I've ever put in my mouth!!! Enjoyed the self serve bar setup as well. Food came out faster than expected! read more

The service was amazing. Everyone was so nice. The chef checked in with us and asked us how we liked it. It's always cool when you have personal interaction with the people cooking for and serving you. Then you get to see what kind of vibes they're spreading around your food. The pizza crust had nice flavor and was the right amount of crispy with soft. Margherita pizza was loaded with flavor. Also loved the salad. It was pretty and tasted good. Highly recommend saving room for dessert. read more

Next level pizza so so good and the staff is incredible! I would suggest this place for dine in or take out and you can pretty much guarantee that anything you get here will be good! read more

We decided to take a little drive to Boulder, grab a pizza and find an overlook to chow down and take in the scenery. I wasn't familiar with Boulder since I just moved here and found a few noteworthy pizza places and finally decided on Barchetta because the pizza pictures were amazing. We decided on the Bee Thousand Pizza and the combo of sweet and heat was perfect. We pulled in and there were pickup parking spots in front of the restaurant. I was just in for a moment but I loved the retro decor and the smell of pizza was amazing. I'll definitely be back to dine in! read more

O.M.G. Best pizza I've ever had. We had the Barchetta Red and Bee Thousand, to die for. The undertones on the crooost were 10/5 madones! The beverage dispensing system is genius. Chef Jesse and the team's hospitality are above and beyond. The vibe is beyond cool and I can easily say that this is my new favorite spot in Boulder. Do yourself a favor and just go here, forget any other dinner plans, roll up your sleeves and let the cupping pepperoni oil drip down your elbows. Bravo Barchetta! read more

Barchetta - The Big Papa white pizza with pepperoni added... - Pizza Near Me - Boulder, Colorado

I have been eating your pizza for over a year. Your pizza is very good, and consistent. Our pizza tonight was very salty. I wanted to comment on this because it seemed excessive. I understand the need to put salt on pizza sauce etc... but you are now competing with Audrey Jane's as the saltiest pizza in town. Please address this. I have eaten pizza all over the country, and in Europe. You are putting too much salt on the pie! 50% less salt please! If I get another pie this salty from Barchetta I will start making my own pizza, Thanks for paying attention to your customers. read more

Great spot! I was in town for the weekend visiting my Freshman Buff who took me here. The pizza was great and the staff was super friendly. Very cool place. read more

Decided to try the pizzas showcased on Triple D: Verde Verde & Royale with Cheese. Crust is thin, flavors in both are so well done. Royale with Cheese really does taste just like a cheeseburger! We will order the Verde Verde again and again -- never get tired of that one. Also ordered the Mycophile (mushroom) pizza, also good -- very "garlicky". The Bella & Caesar salads were good and each were enough for two. Dining area is bright, staff is friendly. We'll be back! read more

Lively atmosphere! Friendly and welcoming staff. The self serve alcohol (wine, beer) drink wall was wonderful and easy to use. Salad and pizza was awesome! Seems like a local neighborhood favorite. We stopped in on our way back to Denver from Estes. read more

The intrigue here for me was the blue awnings so I had to stop. Pizza is the main menu item and interesting appetizers. I recommend the broccoli and pickeled veggies! Beer and wine is self serve from a tap system... be careful it is a fast pour! When you place your order they take your credit card and give you a swipe card for your self serve and you place your card in a box with varying options for a tip. So easy to check out at your convenience rather than wait for your server to bring you the check. Great service and atmosphere! Highly recommend! read more

Good quality pizza. Our service was fast and pizza was very good. We were there at lunch and no one was there.

Good pizza by imo way overpriced. For three people, two pizzas, a salad, and three drinks it came out to $110. At a pizza joint. That's insane. read more

Growing up on the east coast has made me a pizza snob, but I can only rave about this pie. The Queen - margherita redux pizza is so fresh and light, and the garlic really shines through to balance it out. It didn't need the mushrooms I added, it was just one of those days. The building is a bit inconspicuous, so I had to double check my Google maps, but plenty of street parking nearby. Come check them out! I know I'll be back. read more

Barchetta - Queen Pizza + Mushrooms - Pizza Near Me - Boulder, Colorado

Finally!!! Some really really good pizza in Colorado. East coast people can sympathize, pizza in Colorado just doesn't measure up. Barchetta does it. We had the sausage, pepperoni, jalapeno, olive pizza and had to force ourselves not to eat way past full. And honestly, those leftover slices are getting downed any minute now. Price point was a little hard to swallow, but instead of once a week or every couple of weeks we will have to have a monthly pizza party! Be aware the salads serve two if not more people. Yum! Thanks we will be back! read more

Great pizza, love the appetizers like the broccolini and the beer/cider by the Oz wall. Been there se real times and it was always great!

Great pizza and great vibes. Loved the concept of the place, built in what used to be a car shop. Tried the red and white sauces. Both great. read more

My go to pizza spot with my family. I'd highly recommend if local to the area for a great pizza.

I appreciate they had a vegan pizza but would have been much better with vegan cheese. Pretty pricey considering it's only red sauce and a few veggies. Crust is thin but tastes great. Nice outdoor area for dogs. read more

Barchetta - Vegan pizza - Pizza Near Me - Boulder, Colorado

Great pizza with a variety of toppings and fun atmosphere. A bit pricey tho But a fun dine in experience and friendly staff.

Tried to order for delivery, today (8/5), it was cancelled. I called the restaurant to ask if they were taking orders from uber, they said "yes, try again" so I did, it did not go through, shared that with the person who answered and they said there was nothing they can do about it on their end. No biggie, but odd that they offer delivery through Uber Eats but do not accept the orders. read more

Barchetta - Pizza Near Me - Boulder, Colorado

Barchetta was one of the most pleasant casual dining experiences I've had! I called ahead to see if there was outside seating and if I could bring my dog - the woman on the line gave an excited affirmative to both questions. Upon arrival, the service was friendly and helpful. Added bonus - my partner and I quickly befriended the couple at the table beside us. We exchanged bike routes and pizza suggestions. The pizza itself was well worth the money and much larger than the 14" they claimed. We had the Rallier and Bianco - both were delicious. If I had to pick one, I would get the Bianco but add the sausage that's on the Rallier. The only improvement would be a better ranch dressing recipe - if you love dill, you'll like the ranch but it was a little overpowering for me. Highly recommend this place! read more

Stopped here after a hike in Nederland. We got the Red Barchetta and is was super good! The crust was some of the best I've ever had and dipping it in the spicy ranch was perfect. I also appreciated the availability of high chairs and a changing table in the bathrooms as I had my toddler with me. Great set up with serve your own beer but someone checked on us every few minutes as well. Will definitely be back. read more

Talk about the bees knees, this place is the shit. Not a full 5 star, but damn close. Food is spectacular, awesome beer and wine wall and the service was quick and efficient. Definitely a great place to get sneaky drunk and enjoy some quality conversation. read more

Oh what fun! Very cool corner pizza place. Brought family/kids here and just had a delightful night. Hand washing station was a hit (reminded kids of the ones on Disney Cruise Line) service was friendly and efficient. Queen Pizza was hands down favorite, the other one (just regular cheese) was good. Adults were excited about the wall of fun/wine & beer station. Prosecco tasted like summer in a glass. Love this concept and set up and music they played was awesome, I almost burst into tears when I heard Pavement but drank more Prosecco instead read more

Did take out Pizza was good not great (had 3 to go) The downside is they are small and expensive The beer concession is cool Also got a side of meatballs ..... they were small, dry and hard. read more

Disappointing. We are tourists passing through Boulder and saw the great reviews for this place so decided to give it a try. Barchetta must be the only pizza option in town or locals just really love mediocre pizza, for this place to have such high ratings. We paid around $28 for a thin crust margherita pizza with nothing else on it. The flavors were fine, however the crust is so thin it got soggy very quickly. Would not waste time visiting here in the future, but again I guess if it's the only option in town it's any wonder locals rave about it? read more

We got a supreme pizza. It was good. We also got giardiniera. It was good as well. We ordered it for delivery.

My friend and I decided to try this and we absolutely loved the Barchetta. It was extremely good, on a critic scale I'd rate it a 7.2/10. The sandwiches on the other hand were either good or bad. One was terrible and the other was eatable. I'd definitely come back though! read more

Chose it bc they had a dog friendly patio. LOVED the menu and the food was great. Terrific pizza and salad. Lots of options for the different dietary needs. After 4 you need to order full pies (not slices) but the college students were happy to take home all the leftovers. Caprese salad was especially yummy. And the staff was really nice. Highly recommend. read more

Excellent thin crust pizza!! Best we've had in a long time. We ordered the Rallier and a Caesar salad, split between 2 people. The food was amazing- great salad and absolutely amazing pizza!!! Ambiance is pretty cool- it's a neat place... very casual and fun! Go now- you'll love it! read more

This place has a very anti-customer business model. You get a card that you use to pay for drinks by the ounce which you pour yourselves (you pay for food separately at a counter with your credit card). At the end of your stay you have to put your beverage card in a box that will add a 15%, 20%, or 25% tip to your drink bill (if you leave with the card it automatically tips 20%). Essentially you have to pour all your drinks yourself AND you have to tip an imaginary employee. They don't even give you the option to not tip, even though you did ALL the work. Also, if there is someone who isn't used to pouring their own beer from a tap (which they probably won't be if they haven't worked in restaurants) then they also will likely waste, and pay for, lots of extra beer due to pouring incorrectly. They get 1 star back for having a couple impressive beers in their small selection. read more
