Opening in old island where gas hose enters.

So, after complaining about having to fix the hole that was drilled without any thought....Barbeques Galore offered me a refund of the installation fee. Review has therefore been updated. At least their customer service is good.

Fixing options.

I went Barbeques Galore yesterday with my client. They were professional, nice and did give us a great pricing. Quality is decent. I am happy so far. Will recommend to my other clients. Thanks Manuel, you've been most cooperative.

Jose is like his right hand man and gets the job done. Not only getting the job done but does it very well. From his showroom, we were able to pick out all the designs that we wanted and seeing the end result, I was truly impressed. His prices are fair and he's upfront about everything. Amin will answer any questions you have throughout the entire process. Even if you text him at 9pm he will respond quick. If he says something will be done by a certain time frame, he will ensure that it is done. I really wanted LED mirrors at the end and he wasn't able to do it. We were even willing to pay extra for it! We ended up having to get plain, boring mirrors with no LED which was pretty disappointing. Also, one of the biggest issue I had was I wanted all the outlets changed since the previous ones were yellow and old but he said it'll be an additional charge. White walls and yellow outlets? EWWW!! We pretty much did a whole gut renovation and spent a fortune but couldn't get our outlets switched out. I thought it would be an easy switch but apparently he said it costs to change bc it has to do with the electrical aspect of it. Didn't know that but now I know. We ended up finding a handyman to do it at less than a fraction of his price. Although we had a few disagreements here and there but from start to finish, Amin was available to answer our questions, concerns and help fix anything. He is so easy to work with and made this whole process extremely seamless. The team was able to get everything done and we moved in on the date that we wanted to. I'm so glad we found Amin and his team!!

However, the seller associates and I believe one of them was a manager did not let me take the price of $8.99. I didn't like that so I said never mind. Usually when you have good Customer Service, they will let the customer get the price that it was in the same area even though it was a mistake. Anyways, this location is never really busy like how it used to be. I guess because of how the world has changed now, but they are fully stock with a lot of appliances and electronics. I will only come here cause it's only for convenience or if I need something quick. But after today, it did make me feel some type of way with the customer service. I see that poor reviews are a trend with Kathy at Aerus Electrolux. My vacuum was taken for repair…read morewith the promise of delivery in order to ensure house cleaning for an event. Jose never asked me for my card and I was clear in saying I was totally unavailable. I confirmed and approved cost with Kathy, and again, she didn't ask for payment. Only when thirty mins away form the delivery deadline was I informed that he would not drop it unless payment was complete. I was totally unavailable to be contacted. Kathy had never left me a message about payment the day before nor made herself available through email or text in order to take payment. The vacuum was not dropped off and I was not informed of that until the end of the day missing my deadline. Lesson for Kathy is "don't hold your customers hostage" unless they know if in advance what your payment process is. Better yet take a deposit when you take the vacuum. Kathy missed out on the sale of additional attachments and bags. I will never do business with her again. Oh and to add insult, Jose who was supposed to deliver the vacuum and informed me 30 min in advance about payment only made the situation worse when texting me attempting to "school" the customer. I have never been so angered by a business before. DONT O BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION.
