Awesome customer service ! Alana and Vanessa was so helpful! Definitely will be back for paint! read more

My contractor sent me here to select a paint color for my house. Juan was very unhelpful and annoyed from the moment I walked in. He was unwilling to offer any help or suggestions. I couldn't find a peel and stick sheet in the display for the colors I liked and he refused to look in the back to see if they had any. Another employee had offered moments earlier to look in the back if I couldn't find a color I was interested in but unfortunately she wasn't there when I came back to ask. read more

Was very pleased with Kyle Bowles service yesterday. It's a little crazy right now finding paint and usually go to Dunn Edwards but was very impressed when I thought I would try Sherwin-Williams out and I called on the phone and he saved me the last can of paint and I came right in. He helped me with the color helped me with all of my questions and had an overall great experience. Reading some of the reviews this place may have been having its ups and downs but I can promise that the service I received was excellent from Kyle. Will definitely try them again read more

unfortunately my rating will be a single star, this incident has been happening for some until someone had to step in to report this employee who's name is "juan" he has the worse mood and bad customer service i really dislike this guy. He is always i a bad mood and is very disrespectful very bad thinks he can talk to anyone however he wants and thats not right, his own crew asks if hes okay because they see the attitude he shows to the customers. i wont recommend doing any transactions with "juan" very bad read more

These guys know what they're doing. Great tips for the painting project I was starting and competitive Prices. The staff is fantastic, and worked with Mia and the color palette I was interested in. The paint itself is fantastic, really brought the idea I had for the room for life. If I need paint, this is where I will go from now on. read more

This is an expensive paint store, but they are actually helpful. Plus they have nice color palettes including historic color palettes for bungalows. Plus they carry peel away paint stripper. The staff is helpful especially the manager. She helped me pick out stain and paint for a garage and saved me tons of time. If you open a "cash account" they will give you a 15% discount. read more

I can't believe no one has given a review in the past 4 years? This place is awesome! My wife and I recently bought our first home and we were totally overwhelmed with the process of repainting the entire house. We saw that SW had a 25% discount coupon from the paper so we made a trip to check it out. The staff were extremely helpful! We have a toddler and expecting another baby within a few months so having no VOC was extremely important to us. They explained to us the difference between their paints and even offered to come out to our new house for a free consultation to get an idea how much paint we need! We end up getting just the right amount and they were able to match to the exact color my wife wanted. We had to come back 2-3 times to get additional supplies and they even remember our names! All in all, great customer service, great price, great quality and you can't top that elsewhere. If you have a small project or an entire renovation, call these guys up. read more

You can't beat the quality of Sherwin Williams paint! I swear by them :-) Restored and remodeled six houses in three states and this paint endures. Even washed it down with Clorox Soft Scrub and Clorox Cleanup after a renter and it looked like new :-) read more

Best Customer Service These guys will try to get you whatever you want even if they don't sell it. The color selections are beautiful and by far the best for interior decorators. You can't possibly be disappointed with the great covering paint or service. Go here before you try Lowes or Home Depot. They are worth it. read more

I have received excellent service at this store, and I would not hesitate to buy paint supplies, such as brushes, rollers, and masking tape here. Unfortunately, this store has a fatal flaw when it comes to selling actual paint, and I will never buy paint here. I have recently purchased about 15 one-quart samples of paint, trying to come up with the right colors to paint a couple of different rooms in my house, but I couldn't get the color right. The actual paint always seems to end up being a different color than it appears on the little color chip that you get from the store. The guy behind the counter told me it was the lighting in my house, which seemed plausible. Well, after all these samples that I bought, at a cost of over a hundred dollars, it finally got through my pea-brain that it isn't the lighting at all, it's that their color mixer simply isn't accurate. As an example, one color that is supposed to be a khaki green (at least it looks that way on the sample chip) turned out to be chartreuse (a bright greenish yellow) on the wall of my house. Nothing like what it was supposed to look like. So - Unless you have bought a specific color here before, and had success with it, I recommend that you buy your paint elsewhere. I have had good luck at Home Depot and OSH. read more

It's usually always empty so we get some good service here. This location almost always has the paint we are looking for, unlike some other branches where they were "out of paint" so even though it's a bit far, we drive here. It's also close to a target and a place that sells applewood for bbq's. they also have a decent selection for wall paper. read more

Sherwin Williams is good stuff, the architecture firm I work at spec's it or Dunn Edwards for all our projects. They're about the only paints I would use after seeing a variety of options in the field. Great stuff. This store is expensive, but they have just about everything you'll need for painting your place and they carry just about the best paint that's readily available. Staff are nice and pretty helpful. Pros: -Great product. -Helpful staff. Cons: -Maybe a bit more pricey than other options, but you get what you pay for. read more

Zero service. Visited twice based on recommendation from our contractor. Both times different people working, no greeting when entering. We spent 20 minutes choosing colours dnd not once did we get asked if we required any assistance. read more

Today was my first and last visit to a Sherwin Williams store. Lets establish first this is a very small store, so making eye contact isn't difficult. There were two people at the counter and neither greeted me as I walked in nor did anyone come to see if I needed help (which clearly I did). So after my failed attempt at getting the guys attention as they were yucking it up in front I walked out. They didn't even try and stop me at the door. I went directly to Dunn Edwards and had the complete opposite experience! Not hard to know who got my business today! ;) read more

Thanks to this store, my dining room looks amazing. I walked in last weekend to a very friendly and helpful staff. I'm a total novice, but they treated me just as professionally as they did the pro painters who stopped in. I appreciate that. I picked out a few samples, thinking I wanted to go super light for the room, but eventually settled on icecube white with a tricorn black accent wall. I was hesitant about the black paint given how bold it is , but the staff helped me choose the perfect base and finish and I couldn't be happier. My walls went from drab to stunning. The black paint looks amazingly smooth and rich during the day when the light from a nearby window casts light on that wall. At night, the black adds a warm, inviting depth to the room. It contrasts perfectly with the crisp white walls, and I've received nothing but raves from friends and family. I will be going here for all of my painting needs going forward. You should, too! read more

Went there last week. A very sweet girl was trying to help me find what I was looking for. There were three guys doing nothing...not helping her one bit. Today, spoke with a rude employee. Is this the best they can do there? I won't go back ever again. read more

I came here trying to find some supplies to repair a property I was working on, and I was speaking/being "helped" by the employee Jilder and he was being extremely rude and giving us short one-worded answers but would add that he needs to leave soon and proceeded to tell us to go somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this paint shop if you have to be helped by him. But anyway, If you're wondering we did go to over to Home Depot to get what we needed, but I did thank him for his time. read more

Not only was Juan helpful in getting me the paint and materials I needed, but also took the time to find me a coupon and bring my paint out to my car. I would recommend this store location for all your painting needs. Thanks again! read more

very helpful employee named Kyle answered my tough questions about matching gloss and paint color, was super knowledgeable, and gave friendly pricing! read more

I had a great experience here with Cristy and Stu! On a Saturday morning they were busy with contractors, but still took the time to help me choose a color palette. I had to come back because I wasn't thrilled with how my project was turning out and Cristy remixed the color for me, with a smile on her face. Stu also restlessly tried to help me solve a painting problem. Thanks to them, my bathroom paint job looks great! You guys rock! read more

This is one store that I often return to for my painting needs. Their prices are competitive. Their S-W Harmony "Green Sure" has an excellent overall quality. For one thing, it doesn't have a "paint' aroma, but something very fresh and pleasant to it. The staff is professional and will answer all of your questions about their grades of paint and their palette. I believe they were very respectful of my knowledge and experience. Their color choices are timeless and classic. You will not tire of the color that you have chosen. The sales reps are very nice and they always carry all the items out to my car. read more

Great staff, great paint. They are a busy store so I can understand how a DIY customer like myself can be overseen, but they still helped me every step of the way. read more

When you decide to DIY a painting project and want professional results you need a few things: patience (take the time to prep your walls correctly and the time to edge perfectly); supplies (good quality paint brushes, rollers, paint trays, drop cloths, etc.); and the best paint on the market, Sherwin-Williams paint. I will never use lower quality big box store paint ever again. Painting with Sherwin-Williams paint not only makes your painting projects look amazing, it also makes your painting skills appear like those of a professional. I have now painted four rooms in my home with Sherwin-Williams paint and they all look magazine worthy. I have been to this location three times now and Jessica has been awesome. She is very helpful and she even remembered me upon my second visit. She also took the time to help me out with all my supplies to my car, you won't get that at big box stores either. Even though their paint may be more expensive than your other big box brands, you get what you pay for and will not be disappointed in the long run because the quality of their paint is the best I have ever painted with and I have tried them all. They periodically have sales too, so get on their email sign up and save on your next DIY painting project. read more

Went there to have a quick look at their wallpaper to re-do our new interior. I know we walked in 6mn before they close but I did not except the blond lady at the register so in a hurry of going back home !! So rude, when my husband said we will be quick and he wanted to know where it was located in the store, she kept telling us she needed to close in 4mn. The wallpaper area was full of people looking at it btw... ! I don't want to do business with people who do not want to work and make money! I will be very happy to buy plenty of wallpaper in an other store !! read more

My husband and I have painted our entire home using the Sherwin Williams harmony line. We have been really pleased with the quality of the paint thus far. We've had multiple consultations with their color consultant at their West LA store to figure out the best combination to achieve the look we desired using zero VOCs. At the Pasadena store, when we went in to purchase one last can of paint to finish up our project, we declined to be upsold to their "system" of paints. We just wanted the can of paint we came in for. Anyway, after the sales rep accused us of knowing more than he did, I knew I wouldn't be back. Apparently at this location, the customer is always wrong if they demonstrate having basic knowledge of anything. Overall, high quality paint and one sales rep with a condescending attitude. read more

They are amazing and so helpful! Mario took the time and answered my questions and even honored an expired promotion! I got too tier quality paint that I won't have to do multiple coats or prime! I'm never shopping at home depot for paint again! read more

My husband and I have shopped here a couple of times and the staff is always great. During our last visit, Cristina and Billy gave us outstanding service. Cristina was very instrumental in helping us choose the right paint within our budget. Billy's knowledge helped us understand the importance of proper preparation. It's this kind of service that will keep us a loyal customer for years to come. read more
